Villa Franca

Lovely property in the middle of olive groves. Property is located 10 minutes drive from Pula and Nora, great for visiting the lovely town of Pula and the archaeological site of Nora or the surrounding beaches, but you need to drive everywhere. Bottle of water on arrival, bring anything else you need as there is no shop within walking distance. There was a small communal fridge where you can put a few things. The pool and garden are brilliant with the beautiful scent of pine trees in the air. Room and beds are comfortable with an air conditioner. We stayed one night to explore the area. I drove to Nora for a magical sunrise. Worth getting up early, park by the archaeological site and the sun rises from the sea a few steps from the car park. Kids loved the warm pool. The hosts are lovely and serve you a nice breakfast, although it has only sweet options. The house lady doesn't speak English, but she is very charming and with my little Italian we got along well.

Very nice, great for relaxing, with a large grassy garden, trees for shade and a pool, which is definitely welcome in summer.

We were happy with our stay at Villa Franca. The lady is very kind and helpful and the place is very quiet. It is essential to have a means of transportation. I would recommend it.

Upon arrival, I immediately appreciated the beautiful garden, the pool, and especially the hospitality of the lady. However, unfortunately, I slept very poorly, the mattress was very hard, higher in the center and lower on the sides, with the feeling of constantly falling. Too hard, like a board. The pillows were very thin and very soft, empty. The third bed was positioned under the heat pump and was bothersome. The room is a bit too small. Honestly, I wouldn't book again because not being able to rest at night destroys me.

The owner is always very helpful, the property is well maintained and being in a slightly secluded location, and therefore isolated from the traffic and noise of the town, allows for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

When you book at Villa Franca, know that you will leave different from how you arrived because the lady will be able to convey something that will change you forever. It could be her knowledge, or perhaps her sweetness, or the calm tone of her voice, the availability or her welcoming... whatever it is, I think you will appreciate it. There is not much to add to all that I believe, as an experienced traveler and tourism professional, is the true essence of a Bed and Breakfast. Add the stunning pool, the clean house and the location for a true relaxation and the mix is complete. I will never forget this weekend. A huge thank you.

What can I say, a magnificent holiday that we will cherish in our hearts. Perfect location and host.

Beautiful property in an optimal location to visit the beaches of Chia and very close to the lively Pula. Comfortable and welcoming, managed with care and attention thanks to Mrs. Franca who is helpful and pleasant.

The structure is very well-kept and clean, and the pool offers the opportunity to relax at any time of the day. The friendliness and availability of Franca were unbeatable. Absolutely recommended.

We had a great time as guests of Mrs. Franca, a very kind and friendly person, who tries to satisfy her guests to the best. The breakfast is abundant; Mrs. Franca's cakes are delicious. The structure is very clean and welcoming, very quiet. A vacation in full relaxation.

Everything is beautiful. From the booking you realize the genuine friendliness of the managers, confirmed when you arrive at the property. Definitely deserving of top marks. The pool is also available in the evening. Beautiful. Highly recommended.

The kindness and availability of the landlady is definitely the best introduction to this B&B. The room is very clean and detailed, the breakfast is varied and abundant with homemade brioches or cakes and there is no lack of fresh fruit, and the pool available to guests completed our week-long stay in the best way.
