Great hosts, convenient location with free parking just outside and a supermarket across the street. For us that we wanted to travel around, it was a good starting point.

Beautiful structure, new, well furnished, large rooms with spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast. We used the indoor space to park our motorcycles, which was very appreciated. It is a bit out of the way from the center of Cagliari and the Poetto beach, but it can be reached in about 10 minutes. Recommended!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hosts welcomed us with great kindness and availability. Rooms clean and impeccable. Fresh and perfectly clean bedding. The breakfast deserves an extra compliment because it was delicious with fresh pastries from the pastry shop and freshly sliced bread. Moreover, the handmade gadgets by the owner are magnificent and unique. Don’t let it slip away if you go there, they are in a small showcase in the breakfast room.

I stayed at this property for health reasons, and it is very close to the University Polyclinic of Monserrato, just three minutes by car. The property is brand new, and the managers are absolutely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property. The overall rating is EXCELLENT.

Absolutely recommend this property! We stayed for three nights because our newborn baby was hospitalized at the university hospital, reachable in two minutes by car from the B&B.\n\nThe managers are extremely helpful, the breakfast plentiful and varied, the room elegantly furnished and the en-suite bathroom spotlessly clean (essential condition for me following the cesarean).\n\nThank you again for the hospitality and attention given to us given my health conditions! A hug.

I stayed only one night but the difference with the other places where I have been was evident. The structure is beautiful and the room was brand new, comfortable, bright, and quiet. The bathroom (in the room) is new and spacious. The kindness of the owner. The cleanliness of the room. Sincerely recommended.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast to be close to the Policlinico and I had a great time. As soon as I entered, I felt like I was at a dear friend's house, in a very familiar and peaceful environment. Mrs. Ada was very kind, the room was spacious, comfortable, bright, and clean, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast suitable for all tastes. Thank you for everything!

I stayed at this property with my son for three days and it was beyond all expectations. The room was spacious and very clean, the breakfast plentiful, and the furnishings new and modern. In 10 minutes by metro (stop a stone's throw away) I reached the center of Cagliari. Mr. Luca was very kind and helpful.

B&B extremely welcoming, modern, and clean. Very convenient large parking in front of the property (with a market 100 meters away). Room equipped with all comforts, including TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Spacious balcony big enough to have a meal for two (with a table and chairs). Spacious, clean bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. The rich breakfast was served in a very pleasant space, impeccable also in style. Last but not least, the kindness and availability of the managers who did not hesitate to recommend a good pizzeria and provide us with essential directions. We will choose it again without hesitation. Sun & Sardinia.

Excellent value for money and the warmth of the owner is priceless. Being there for a heavy and tedious health examination didn't weigh on me at all thanks to the warmth, kindness, and human warmth that you breathe inside Sun & Sardinia. I will definitely come back, but this time for the pleasure of showing the wonderful people I found in a truly wonderful, welcoming, and quiet B&B to my loved ones. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Sun & Sardinia on February 16, 2015, for just one night after spending Carnival in Oristano. We enjoyed our time throughout Sardinia (which I did not know). In particular, in this B&B we had a great time, moreover it is a brand new structure and everything is very clean. The 10 rating for the location is for the convenience of reaching the airport. To visit Cagliari, a car is of course needed. I hope this review is helpful to future guests, whom we hope will always be numerous. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. When we return to Sardinia, it will be our base for the airport. Thanks to Luca and his father.

I stayed at the Sun & Sardinia property for a total of 8 nights for work reasons. I was assigned a double room even though I was alone. I appreciated the cleanliness and the availability of the managers, very kind. The breakfast stands out for its abundance, quality, and variety, which is essential in a B&B. I am Italian but I live in England. My boyfriend and I were looking for a break, sun, and genuine food. I discovered Sun & Sardinia by chance online and it did not disappoint my expectations! A week of pure relaxation! Thanks to the simplicity of the structure and the family management, I felt really at home... actually better! A stone's throw from a stunning sea but not far from the town center, it is the perfect location for an ideal vacation. I absolutely recommend it.

During the week spent at Sun & Sardinia, I received impeccable treatment! The structure is brand new with maximum cleanliness in all the rooms. The managers are always friendly and available to recommend typical places to visit, and the breakfast is fresh every day! I highly recommend this B&B.

Excellent. The structure is clearly brand new and very clean. Especially by car, the city center can be reached in a few minutes. At the same time, we were able to easily visit coastal villages like Villasimius. We felt at home, extremely flexible family management. For example, since the room was not booked on the day of our departure we were able to check out later than expected. The breakfast was also adapted to our needs. I am allergic to gluten and specific products were provided for me. I would say excellent value for money.

Clean, tidy, great location (hospital one minute away, Conad 30 meters away, Auchan less than 2 kilometers away, Cagliari just a stone's throw away), quiet, new building with an elevator, spacious rooms with private bathrooms, available parking adjacent to the property, excellent family management (it feels like being at home). They are very helpful for anything, and last but not least, a varied and abundant breakfast: yum yum. Great, I would come back immediately.
