During the spring and summer months, and often in the fall due to the mild climate of our location, breakfast is served in the cozy veranda of the inner garden, where you can enjoy the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, surrounded by Myrtles, Helichrysum, and Rosemary, at the foot of our charming olive tree. During less "favorable" weather conditions, breakfast will be served in the spacious living room equipped with all comforts. In addition to a selection of treats from local products, you can enjoy fresh local bread, croissants, cookies, fruit juices of various flavors, milk, tea, coffee, and cereals from 8 to 10 in a serene and relaxing environment. Upon request and with reasonable notice, we can arrange special breakfasts for those with celiac disease and intolerances.

The hosts are friendly and helpful. On arrival there was no refrigerator in the room. However, they immediately provided one when we complained. However, some items listed in the description are missing. There is no table to put things on and no kettle. In the room there is neither Wi‑Fi nor mobile network. Breakfast is vegetarian and the selection is very sweet. At breakfast you sit directly in front of the living room, so you have the feeling of disturbing the owners' privacy. At the pool there is only one sun lounger. It's great that they lend sun umbrellas for free and are quick to respond to questions.

The accommodation is lovely and peaceful, the host takes care of all the details to make you feel at home. We had a flight delay and there was no inconvenience in waiting for us. Provides information about the area, beaches, restaurants, and visits. Parking right at the door. Very attentive to the needs of the customers. Delighted with the accommodation.

Accommodation absolutely recommended, spacious and well-furnished rooms, impeccable cleanliness, abundant, varied, and always delicious breakfast. Giulia, the hostess, is very helpful without ever being intrusive. The location is very convenient for the town center and strategic for visiting the coast. Highly recommended!

The perfect stay! We had the pleasure of staying for seven nights in this small oasis of peace, located in a strategic position for those who want to visit one of the most beautiful coasts of Sardinia with wonderful beaches. Giulia is a fantastic host, welcoming and always available. She made us feel immediately at home. The excellent breakfast, served by the pool, is very rich, always fresh and varied every day. Everything is accompanied by the cuddles of their wonderful dog Lady. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable, during the stay they changed sheets and towels, and every day the room is tidied up. Lastly, not least, the excellent quality-price ratio is certainly one of their great strengths. If we were to return to this beautiful area, we would undoubtedly choose their B&B again. Best regards.

We had the pleasure of staying for 9 nights in this beautiful and welcoming property which I recommend with all my heart to those who want to visit one of the most beautiful coasts of Sardinia with wonderful beaches.\n\nWelcoming us in this lovely B&B was Giulia, to whom I give compliments for her hospitality, the many tips on beaches to see, restaurants and other insights and especially for the excellent and abundant breakfast served by the pool, with great care also for my lactose intolerant girlfriend.\n\nNot to forget the impeccable cleanliness and the quality of the room (deluxe for us).\n\nIf we were to return to this wonderful area again, no doubt B&B Spapparra!\nPietro and Rosa.

Small oasis of peace, in a strategic location to reach the nearby beaches. Young owners always attentive to the needs of their guests. Clean room and tastefully furnished. Varied and abundant breakfast. I would recommend it without a doubt. Greetings to Giulia and Filippo.

Lovely and welcoming place. Convenient location to the center. We spent nine nights in the structure, we had a great time both in terms of tranquility, comfort, cleanliness as well as the excellent and abundant breakfast. The B&B Spapparra is definitely one of the best I have found in many years of vacations around Europe. We stayed for five days but we would have stayed the whole summer. The value for money is excellent. The attention to detail is very high. The accommodation is located in the center of Cabras, quite close to the splendid beaches of Maimoni and Is Arutas. It consists of an annex with three rooms. Ours was on the first floor overlooking the pool. The structure and furnishings are newly built. The breakfast is a true B&B breakfast, rich and abundant. Nothing was missing, but I am sure that if we had asked for something that was missing at that moment, we would have found it the next morning. The owners Giulia and Filippo have clearly made every effort to make their structure the best possible. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Affability, availability, and courtesy are the expression of their hospitality. We immediately felt at home. And then the pool made our girls happy and gave us moments of true relaxation. A moonlight swim in the warm water was remarkable. Thank you Giulia and Filippo.

The stay, although very brief (unfortunately), still allowed us to judge this B&B at its best. Starting with the hosts, exceptional, friendly, welcoming, and very kind people. The breakfast was excellent, rich, and well assorted, enjoyed in a beautiful veranda. The rooms, I would dare say, are better than a hotel, maximum cleanliness, privacy, and silence. Lastly, not least, Carlo is a true gem. Excellent structure, we will definitely return. Thank you, Filippo and Giulia, good luck, you deserve the best.
