S'Erbei Niedda Guesthouse

We loved our stay at Fiamma's B&B! The view from our balcony was amazing; we had our coffee there every morning. The location is perfect; we walked everywhere. Our room was perfect: clean and comfortable with great A/C. Breakfast offered many local options. Fiamma and her sister Laura were great to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend their B&B! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Fiamma and Laura!

We stayed at this beautiful property from 21/02 to 22/02, after having to move our reservation from the previous weekend. Thanks to the owner's prompt communication, we managed to avoid a major inconvenience during the trip: an attention that is far from obvious and truly appreciated. Fiamma, the owner, was extremely kind and attentive, as well as very creative: she offered us several Valentine's Day packages, all with dedicated setups and curated down to the smallest detail. We chose the package that included, in addition to breakfast, an aperitif and sweets. Everything was delicious and truly generous. The property is new, extremely clean and cared for in every detail. You can feel the passion and commitment put into every aspect. We will definitely return, because we had a wonderful experience and felt welcomed and pampered from beginning to end. Highly recommended! ✨

We spent one night with friends and children at S'Erbei Niedda. The property is modern and equipped with every comfort. Host Fiamma was impeccable in every way. We absolutely recommend it to explore Seulo and its surroundings, immersed in nature and local traditions.

We spent only one night at this accommodation. The stay was truly pleasant. Thanks especially to the hostess, Fiamma, who made us feel immediately at ease. A very kind and helpful person, as well as very friendly. The B&B is housed in a recently renovated building. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with all the comforts that sometimes are not even found in hotels. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent and delicious breakfast, thanks to Fiamma's cakes and doughnuts. The lunch boxes prepared with local products are also noteworthy. Seulo and the whole surrounding area are a gem to visit for those seeking peace and serenity. Highly recommended.

We have taken you into our hearts because we have very fond memories of the days in Seulo. The conversations with the men on the bench. Thank you for all the great tips: the pizzeria around the corner (Pizzaria Trattoria Perdedu) and the visit to the goat farm, the caves, the waterfall and the lunch in Sadali. Your holiday home was wonderful. Very clean, breakfast well prepared, comfortable bed and a fantastic experience to be close to Sardinian life by sleeping in your house. We also really enjoyed the conversations with you. You are a beautiful, strong, very positive and energetic woman. Thank you for meeting us.
