A very cute bed and breakfast with an excellent host. The location is very convenient, however there are stairs that may be difficult for larger/heavy suitcases. The communal areas smelled fresh and very clean, a nice treat to walk into every time. The selling point for us was the shower - nothing beats an amazing shower and this delivered, great water pressure with clean soft water. Mattresses were a little firm but the pillows were delightful.

The host provided quick communication and confirmation of the availability of the property. We were met on arrival and shown the room and facilities, all of which were great. Loved having access to the coffee machine all day, and breakfast was satisfactory. Try the homemade strawberry jam. Yum! All was great for our 1-night stay.

We stayed for three nights, the welcome is excellent. Nicola is very attentive, he gave us restaurant addresses that turned out to be very good. The room and the bathroom are very clean, the mini fridge in the room is very convenient for cold drinks. The location is in the upper part of the city, next to the monuments, restaurants, and a shaded park, it is very well situated.

We had a great stay at this bed & breakfast ideally located in an authentic neighborhood of Cagliari. Just a stone's throw from the city center and in a very quiet area, this B&B is very charming and tastefully decorated. The room is very spacious for a couple and a child. The air conditioning is very effective. Nicola was present and responded to our various requests when needed. He remains very discreet, which is really pleasant. He gave us the warmest welcome and provided excellent advice for our stay in Cagliari. A big thank you to Nicola. I highly recommend this B&B.

Excellent structure, clean and as shown in the photos on the website. Nicola is very attentive and helpful. The only issue is that cleaning and towel change are not done daily. Arriving on Thursday and leaving on Monday, the room was cleaned and the towels changed only once. Otherwise, everything is excellent. The breakfast at the nearby bar is very good.

Nel vostro caso è stata fatta un’eccezione e sia il cambio asciugamani che le pulizie sono state fatte dopo due giorni. Mi spiace per questo piccolo malinteso. Grazie ancora, alla prossima, Nicola.
