Good location in the center of Olbia. Close to shops and easy access to the bus network. The apartment is well renovated; the ground floor is practical and secure and the kitchenette is appreciated. The double glazing is effective despite the activity of the restaurants on the street. Plus for the bedding. Minus for the presence of tiny ants. Enjoy your stay.

Small but nice apartment. Being directly on the street it is a bit noisy. There is no effective blackout system and whoever sleeps on the sofa bed is woken early in the morning by daylight.

The loft is lovely. Since it faces the street, I would have installed blackout curtains because at night the streetlights' glow came in, especially onto the sofa bed, and it was very disturbing for me. Otherwise, it is very nice and welcoming.
