We're from Paraguay and stayed here for three nights. Overall, the stay was good. Regarding the accommodations,although we knew our bedroom didn't have air conditioning,considering the summer in Sardinia the ceiling fan could be more powerful,which I think is a point for improvement. Regarding the shared bathroom,we found it clean at all times,and we visited during peak season. As for the location,it's steps from bus stops and cafes,and there's even a car rental agency nearby. You can easily leave your vehicle on the street;the area is very safe. The host was very kind to us;we asked many questions and they always answered our questions about our stay in Olbia. I think that in these cases the host's kindness makes any stay sensational,as it was in this case. I hope my review will help improve the facilities.

It was a very clean place to stay. I will stay here again when I visit Olbia again. I recommend it to everyone. There were no problems. For one thing, the coffee maker never worked. It's possible that I didn't even understand how to turn it on.

Staying at Olbia home was a pleasure. The host is really polite, kind and friendly! Gives you great advice on things to do in the area and recommendations. The property is very clean, comfortable and cheap compared to average prices in Olbia. The only downside is there is no aircon, but there's a fan which kind of does the job :). It's located near the city centre, very easy to walk around, plenty of shops and coffee shops in the area.\n\nThank you for having me and I wish you all the best!

Cheap, clean, friendly and close to Olbia city center.

It was a pleasant stay in a lovely neighborhood near plenty of shops and little restaurants. Hosts were very friendly and sought to all my needs. Place was very clean and well kept. Very modern inside and makes you feel at home.

Very friendly owner and staff. They accepted to keep our bags prior to check-in.

We found a parking space very easily and were at the airport in a few minutes. The rooms are practical and very clean. The owners are friendly and uncomplicated. I would book it again for the purpose of a sleepover before heading to the airport.

I spent 2 nights in Olbia. Everything was very good, and above all very clean. Although there is no air conditioning, there is a ceiling fan and it is very much appreciated. Although the bathroom is shared, this posed no problem. Very good exchange with the host who recommended restaurants and ice-cream shops. I recommend it.

The value for money is frankly not there. It is a room without air conditioning, very basic, with an outlet that does not work, a small fan that barely cools and a shared bathroom. It is a room in France that would not be worth more than 50 euros. The price is excessive for the service.

It is a lovely little apartment, you are close to the center, close to the outskirts of the city. The owner is very friendly. There were water and cold drinks upon our arrival, very appreciated!

The room was simply furnished, but had everything you need for one night. The owner was very kind and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The only reason I didn't rate everything highly is that it was incredibly warm in the room. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and it was unusually warm.

Everything was perfect, service was a 10, clean, spacious. I forgot a couple of things and they gave them back to me the next day.

Wonderful hosts! The property is fairly central, well maintained and welcoming. The staff (family-run) are the strong point and they pamper you like at home. Breakfast was not included, but they serve it anyway; the air conditioning was not supposed to be there, but it was. Excellent value for money. The only drawback is the shared bathroom for some rooms, but the lady is very attentive and makes it so you don't even notice. In the room there was an undefined smell that might bother some people, but with the shutter closed and the window open it tends to disappear after a short while.

Although breakfast was not included, there was a moka pot available with ground coffee, fresh water in the fridge, and packaged croissants. Very kind and attentive owners.

Perfect place to stay in tranquility and not far from the center of Olbia. The girl who welcomed me is a treasure, very kind! The room was spotless, coffee is offered, and I was able to do laundry too. There's a nice outdoor space.

The appointment is 20 minutes on foot from the center and well connected by public transport. Nearby there is an osteria where you eat very well. The owner is cheerful, welcoming, and kind. Worth returning.

We used this facility for a few hours while waiting for our return flight (we had to be at the airport by 4 AM). Shared bathroom but clean, the manager was very nice and kind, she left us a couple of contacts for the taxi, very useful. Recommended.

We stayed only for one night but we found ourselves very well! First of all, the strong point was the kindness and availability of Diego who welcomed us. And then the cleanliness and the super central location of the structure, ideal for going out for a walk in tranquility. Highly recommended.

All good, great location.

I gave 10 to everything for the great hospitality and availability. Don't expect a 5-star. If you don't have high expectations, it's the perfect place. The location and the owners' availability make up for everything! The beds are comfortable. Clean and functional bathroom. Up to the washing machine. The kitchen corner is missing. The apartment is 15/20 minutes from the center of Olbia. There is always parking. I am fully satisfied. Thank you.

The house is located in the outskirts of Olbia and it is difficult to reach the city center without a car. The kitchen lacks frying pans (there are only two pots), there is no moka pot, and the coffee machine was lacking capsules. The bathroom is new and clean. The house overall is a bit dark, bedside lamp bulbs are missing in the bedroom, and towels were placed in a basin.

Central and well-served structure. Clean and well-kept for guests' needs. Internal courtyard. I highly recommend it. Very kind managers, I will definitely come back.
