We had a wonderful time at Margherita Guest House. As others have said, Tore was a perfect host! He was extremely helpful and attentive (we definitely took advantage of several of his recommendations and they did not disappoint). The room itself was spotless and quite spacious, with fantastic little touches that really made us feel welcome during our first couple of days in Sardinia. Everything was an easy walk. A fantastic home away from home.

Our stay at Margarita Guest House was made truly special by its host, Tore. He goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are comfortable and have everything they need. He was always quick to respond and showed genuine kindness and care throughout our stay. The guest house is charming, spotless and comfortable. It was a cool, relaxing retreat during the very hot weather. Its central location is another major advantage: it is within easy walking distance of the town center and conveniently close to the bus stop for the airport as well as the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Margarita Guest House to anyone visiting Olbia. We would gladly stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Tore, who is without a doubt the best host we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, Tore was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional. He was always available whenever we needed anything and gave us excellent recommendations to help us discover the area. His hospitality made us feel at home from day one and allowed us to enjoy a truly peaceful and unforgettable stay. The accommodation itself is outstanding: spotless, beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Every detail has been carefully thought out to make guests feel at home. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Thanks to both the exceptional accommodation and Tore’s outstanding hospitality, we had an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to coming back. Even though we would like to discover other parts of Sardinia, we will definitely return to stay with Tore again. We stayed one night here before an early flight, and the stay was excellent. The place was clean and had many of the facilities you need. It is close to the bus stop for the airport and is located near the main streets of the city center. We even received umbrellas and beach towels. We were lucky to find this place available. The host was very friendly and helpful; all the instructions were clear, and the recommendations were also very helpful for exploring the city.

Our host Salvatore was the best: so helpful and kind. We are vegan for our health and to reduce climate change, and Salvatore showed us the way to the excellent vegan restaurant in Olbia, Panda Burgers (www.pandaburgers.it). Salvatore actually walked with us there. It was the only vegan meal we had while in Sardinia and it was excellent. Salvatore advised us about parking and we ended up parking right outside the B&B with no pressure to leave by 8am, unlike another place we had stayed in Olbia which was dreadful with no nearby parking and where we had to leave by 8am, and no Wi‑Fi. Wi‑Fi at Salvatore's place was superb. On the morning we left we were going snorkeling and dolphin watching and my husband made a mistake about the port we were leaving from. It was only Salvatore's help that meant we got to the correct place for our trip. Salvatore does not advertise breakfast but he leaves a kettle and tea and coffee too. We don't drink tea or coffee but I have a medical problem that requires cooled boiled water and this B&B was the only place with a kettle during our 12‑night stay. Even an expensive hotel in Gorropu did not have a kettle in the room. Little bites to keep us going despite no official breakfast were great. So kind. If you need a place to stay in Olbia, stay here: it is great.

A very warm welcome. The location in the heart of Olbia. Bedding of very good quality. We stayed only one night and everything was perfect.

Tore is a kind-hearted person who tries to fulfill every wish and to solve any problems that arise. It is incredible. We have rarely experienced such service. If you need to stay overnight in Olbia, choose Tore!

Perfect B&B, impeccable cleanliness, equipped with everything and in an excellent location. The owner was very kind and extremely helpful, he recommended several places to eat and have an aperitif and, moreover, in the morning he offered us breakfast. We will definitely return.

There are places you stay and places that stay in your heart. This B&B definitely belongs to the second category. From the very first moment we felt welcomed, pampered and truly at home. Every detail conveys care, passion and love for hospitality. The property is wonderful, spotlessly clean and full of small details that make a difference. But what makes this place truly special is Tore, the owner of the property, very kind, super helpful and attentive to every guest's needs. We leave this B&B with a smile and with the certainty that we will return, because now in Olbia we know who to call. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

An impeccable stay, you feel at home! Exceptional in every way. We had a truly excellent stay. The property is spotless, fragrant and cared for down to the smallest details, with a truly welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, very close to the center and very convenient for getting around on foot. A special thanks goes to the host Salvatore: a person of rare cordiality and availability. We stayed a few days at B&B Margherita and feel like leaving this review because it is truly rare to find hosts like Salvatore. Salvatore is an extremely kind, helpful person who pays attention to every detail. His attentiveness and the many small thoughtful touches made us feel at home immediately. The room was impeccable: very clean, fragrant and very welcoming. We greatly appreciated the refrigerator (with freezer) and the coffee machine (with pods), as well as various personal hygiene products. He provides beach umbrellas and bags with towels for his guests. The location is also perfect for enjoying a holiday in Olbia and conveniently discovering the area's beauties. A stay we will remember with great pleasure and a property we absolutely recommend. Thank you, Salvatore, for making these days even more special ❤️.
