This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Room is absolutely mesmerizing, massive terrace with breathtaking views. The host was so friendly and caring, helped us with some guidance around the city. It is quiet there, you’ll definitely have some good rest. Will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. We booked the top rooms with adjoining patios which were beautiful and comfortable for late night wine and conversation. Very much enjoyed chatting with our host each morning. The location was central enough for us to enjoy the city and the beach. Found lovely restaurants and shopping close by.

Unfortunately, the electricity went off in the whole house during the first two nights. Therefore, we had no air conditioning nor running water in the morning. In addition, the emergency light, which went on during the night, did not let us sleep at all. This can happen, but the owner should have informed us about the situation already after the first night and also react earlier and care about the guests. So we are really not happy about the way we were threatened as guests. The room is nice, but especially in the bathroom, there could be more storing facilities and the outdoor furniture could be cleaner.

Loved my time here. The room was wonderful, the breakfast lounge was super stylish with a wraparound balcony. My own private balcony was amazing along with the view of the harbor. And Leo is the perfect host. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed in the room with terrace and sun bed. Perfect spot to take a short nap or a time out after a hot city tour. Beautiful apartment, stylish, jazzy music in the background. Good intro by Leopoldo, city plan and places to be. In a nutshell, a great place to spend your city trip to Cagliari.

Leopoldo was helpful and very accommodating. We arrived late, which was no trouble. He provided lots of details about the area and what was worth visiting. He was helpful throughout our stay when we asked for dining recommendations - both of which were perfect! We had a lot of luggage, including a large bike box and bike, which he had no problem with us storing in the hallway. Rooms clean, beds very comfortable, lovely terrace and lots of nice extras such as a decent hairdryer, excellent air conditioning, and a cold fridge! Supermarket and cafes nearby - all reasonably priced. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return - thank you!

We had a great time staying at Leopoldo Rooms. A perfect place to stay for a few days in Cagliari. Clean, fresh and modern rooms and the roof top terrace is very nice. The host is very helpful and always very welcoming! Highly recommend!

Good stay, Leopoldo is welcoming, gives good advice and kept our luggage after check-out and before our departure to the airport. The place is close to shops, with a view of the old town and a few minutes walk from the city center. The breakfast is good with the option to have it in the room or on the private terrace. Good quality bedding, air-conditioned room and well soundproofed. Slight downside on the cleanliness of the room and terrace. Indeed, more effort should be made: many marks on the white walls, dried stains not cleaned above the bathroom switch,... and the cleaning carried out daily by the housekeeper is basic.

Very pleasant stay. Spacious room, with a large terrace, well decorated, practical. Very well located to visit the city. Breakfast very simple but more than enough for us who are not big eaters in the morning! Leopoldo is very friendly.

We felt very comfortable here. Right in the city with a super great atmosphere. Great terrace on the 6th floor. Leonardo, the host, is super nice and very helpful. He immediately explains upon arrival what is recommended and where one should not go. Insider knowledge. We felt very comfortable. In the evening, every day, the flamingos 🦩 flew over our terrace.

The stay was enjoyable. Great view from the rooftop rooms. Public parking across the street for €8 per day. The landlord was very helpful. All tips from Leopoldo, the landlord, were excellent. Anytime again.

We really enjoyed the 'Leopoldo Rooms' accommodation in Cagliari. The owner of the apartments welcomed us warmly, gave us many useful tips, and bid us farewell with an espresso. The accommodation's equipment matches the description and offers a splendid view of Cagliari. The accommodation is located in a very central position near the historic center, so all the attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. It is recommended to explore the great beaches of Sardinia with a rental car. We were always lucky when looking for parking as we always found it near our accommodation. We had booked without meals and had our small daily breakfast at the café across the street.

Located on the 6th floor of a building very close to the center, it allows with its rooms to have a panoramic view of the city. Excellent cleanliness, everything of high quality and Mr. Leopoldo is a very good host. I highly recommend it.

Leopoldo is very helpful. The place is well-kept and full of beautiful cacti. The terrace outside our room is a spectacle! It's a shame we only had time to stop for one night. We will be back!

Nice room. Well clean and everything there. Located on the 6th floor but there is a lift. Owner friendly and helpful. Small but fresh breakfast for a very low price. We think that at this room price it should be cleaned up every day.
