Second vacation at this B&B that we adore! The property has been completely renovated like new, with custom-made traditional furnishings, beautiful Sardinian fabrics, impeccable cleanliness, and breakfast with great coffee and homemade cakes. You wake up in the morning to the smell of croissants and, above all, the warm welcome and courtesy of Roberta and Carlotta. Everything perfect!

We stayed from August 13 to 18, 2026 at Dimore di Simius. Very positive experience. The owner, Roberta, is an exceptional person, very kind and helpful. She and her family made us feel as if we were at our own home. The property is very clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was varied (croissants, cakes, tarts, fresh fruit, cookies, juices). I highly recommend it.

Friendliness, availability and customer care. Strategic location from which to start visiting the various beaches in the area. A short walk from grocery stores. Highly recommended.

Magnificent property, with carved wooden furnishings typical of Sardinia that make it a warm and welcoming place. We had a wonderful stay; the owners were extremely kind and made us feel at home. A special mention goes to Carlotta's cakes; they were delicious.

Room with a private bathroom and a small usable terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, furnished with particular care and very clean. The property is located in a quiet area, not central or close to the sea but with services (especially two supermarkets) in the immediate vicinity. The town centre is easily reachable on foot. Breakfast was varied, abundant, and very well prepared, served personally by the owners in a relaxed atmosphere like a five-star hotel. We were traveling by motorcycle and were also given the possibility of keeping it in the garage overnight. The owners were always present, very kind and helpful. Definitely worth returning to and recommending to friends.

The B&B "Le Dimore di Villasimius" deserves praise for the welcome and availability we found in Roberta and also in her delightful family. The location is fantastic, the Sardinian-style furnishings are wonderful, we literally fell in love with it. We found a plentiful breakfast and Carlotta's cakes are delicious. The room is cozy and spotless, as are the common areas. Highly recommended also for the excellent location. For us it will remain an important point of reference. Thanks again to Roberta for everything 💞.

Le Dimore di Simius deserve 5 stars. First of all for the availability and the warm welcome shown, and also for the excellent breakfast with always varied, fresh products and homemade cakes. The cleanliness is excellent, the style of the property is fantastic: every detail is cared for and nothing is left to chance. The location is strategic, a 10-minute walk from the center, and allows you to reach many magnificent beaches in 10 minutes. Thank you for everything! We left a piece of our heart.

We stayed in an annexe of the property from July 9 to 12, 2026 and we were really pleased. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch! Breakfast was not included in our package, but I still had the chance to see the buffet and taste what Mrs. Roberta had prepared: everything was excellent and marked by attention to detail and cleanliness. I recommend it.

Excellent in every respect. Brand new, elegant, furnished with taste. Roberta was very kind and helpful. We were able to park the motorcycle in her garage. Definitely a place to return to.

Everything was exceptional. The B&B has been recently renovated, with typical Sardinian furnishings and wonderful finishes. It is a 10-minute walk from the center, along a pleasant stroll. Very close to an Eurospin or Coop supermarket. Roberta was wonderful and helped me when my son got sick during the first 2-3 days of our holiday. Highly recommended.

We spent a few relaxing days. The property is convenient for reaching many beautiful beaches in the area. The town center can be reached on foot, allowing you to shop easily and eat out without necessarily having to use the car. The person who hosted us, Roberta, was very kind and attentive to any request. We hope to return soon.

Unfortunately, the ranking ends with the number 10. If it ended with the number 20, I would have given 20 to all the questions. What can I say: after our arrival, we felt like family. Meticulous cleaning, a fully equipped B&B, a very clean bathroom with a truly incredible shower. The breakfast looked like a buffet from an international hotel with 20 rooms. Every need was met with love and simplicity. A truly wonderful experience.

I stayed at this property. I had a great time. Beautiful room. Everything smelled new. The breakfast is great. The lady welcomed us with kindness and availability. It is close to the center and the beaches. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return.

We stayed for a week in this wonderful structure. Roberta (together with her family) is a wonderful host, she made us feel at home! Always available and super nice! The structure is very beautiful, always clean and tidy. For those like us who stay without a car, the location is excellent. Close to various supermarkets, close to the center, and also close to the bus stop (convenient for visiting the various beaches). The breakfast at the structure is good and plentiful. I really hope to return because we had a great time.

Highly recommended, very cozy atmosphere, recently completely renovated with great taste, clean, soft and fragrant linen unlike what is found in many places, good breakfast served on the little terrace and above all we were welcomed by Roberta & family who are delightful and super helpful.
