THE ACCOMMODATION
La Maison de Gioel has been designed to offer you comfort, privacy and complete independence during your stay.
The accommodation includes:
* A charming double bedroom with a TV and air conditioning.
* A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
* A small dining area with air conditioning and a TV, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a conventional oven, allowing you to prepare your own meals.
* Various kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
* Free Wi-Fi.
* An electric capsule coffee machine.
* An electric kettle.
* A toaster.
* A washing machine, available free of charge.
* An iron.
The bed will be made up before your arrival, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.
COFFEE CAPSULES
A few coffee capsules will be provided for your first night, allowing you to use the coffee machine straight away and check which type of capsules is compatible with it.
As this is a holiday home and not a bed and breakfast, additional coffee capsules are not included during your stay and can be purchased independently at one of the many supermarkets in the area.
TOILET PAPER AND SHOWER GEL
An initial supply of toilet paper and shower gel will be provided for your first night.
During your stay, additional supplies are not included and must be purchased independently according to your needs.
There are several supermarkets and shops within easy reach.
BED LINEN
Upon arrival, you will find the bed made up with clean bed linen, which must be used for the first seven nights of your stay.
The host does not provide a bed linen change during your stay, regardless of its duration, including after seven nights.
For stays of more than seven nights, an additional clean set of bed linen will be available in the wardrobe.
Guests are responsible for removing the used bed linen and making the bed themselves using the clean set provided.
The host does not personally change or remake the bed during the stay.
TOWELS
Each guest will be provided with one set of towels consisting of:
* One face towel.
* One bath towel.
* One small hand towel.
For stays of more than three nights, after the third night you may open the designated wardrobe and take one additional clean set of towels per guest.
No further automatic towel changes are provided after this second set.
For the remainder of your stay, you are welcome to use the washing machine available in the accommodation and wash the linen yourself whenever necessary.
A clothes-drying rack is also available for drying your laundry after washing.
The host does not personally change or replace towels during the stay.
NO SMOKING INDOORS
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Smoking is permitted exclusively in the outdoor area.
REMOTE ONLINE SELF CHECK-IN VIA A LINK
Every guest must provide the details of their own valid identity document for the remote online self check-in procedure.
Under Italian law, all accommodation providers, regardless of category, are required to collect the identification details of every guest and transmit them to the Italian State Police through its official Alloggiati Web portal.
Before arrival, all guests must therefore complete the remote online self check-in procedure by simply clicking on the dedicated link that you will receive shortly before your arrival.
The link and all the necessary instructions will be sent to you before arrival through the Airbnb chat or via the telephone number provided at the time of booking.
Upon arrival, you will collect the keys independently from the key box located next to the entrance gate at Via Malta, 18, Olbia.
We will remain available throughout your stay should you have any questions or need assistance.
Check-in time: The accommodation will be available from 3: 00 PM. If it is ready earlier, we will be happy to inform you as soon as possible.

La Maison de Gioel is situated in a quiet, semi-central area of Olbia, ideal for guests seeking a peaceful environment without giving up convenience.
Nearby, you will find supermarkets, pizzerias, cafés, shops and local services.
Olbia’s historic centre is just a few minutes away on foot, and the city’s main points of interest are easily accessible.
Approximate travel times:
* Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport: 5 minutes by car.
* Isola Bianca Port: 5 minutes by car.
* Train station: 15 minutes on foot.
* Historic centre: A few minutes on foot.
The location is also convenient for exploring the Costa Smeralda, San Teodoro, Budoni and some of the area’s most beautiful beaches by car, including Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and La Cinta.
PARKING
We do not have private parking. However, our guests can usually find free parking spaces along the quiet public street directly in front of the entrance gate at Via Malta, 18, Olbia.
Please note that parking is on a public street and is not privately owned or reserved.
ACCESSIBILITY
There are no internal stairs, as the accommodation is entirely on the ground floor.
However, there are two small steps in the outdoor area, located in front of the accommodation’s entrance gate.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read and respect the following rules:
* The accommodation can host a maximum of 2 people per booking.
* Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
* Every guest must provide the details of a valid identity document through the dedicated link sent before arrival. These details are collected exclusively for the remote online self check-in procedure, as required by current Italian legislation, which obliges accommodation providers to collect the identification details of every guest.
* Hosting unauthorised or unregistered persons is strictly prohibited, even for a few hours.
* Our local licence allows us to accommodate a maximum of two adults only. We therefore do not accept children of any age, as children count as individuals and the licence does not permit us to accommodate additional persons.
* Pets are not allowed.
* A valid telephone number must be provided at the time of booking, as it is essential for sending you the instructions for collecting the keys.
* Quiet hours must be respected from 9: 00 PM to 7: 00 AM.
