La Maison de Gioel is a modern and independent holiday home in Olbia, ideal for short stays.

The city centre, ferry port, and airport are just a few minutes away, while the Costa Smeralda can be easily reached by car.

Perfect for couples, solo travellers, and business stays, featuring self check-in and all essential comforts.

ACCOMMODATION:
The apartment is cosy and functional and includes Wi-Fi, free washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron, and coffee machine.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and mirror.

The bathroom has a shower and a classic hair dryer.

There is also a small dining area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.

The bed is prepared and ready for use upon arrival, just like in a hotel.

Bed linen and towels are included and provided only at check-in. During the stay, guests are responsible for managing their own bed and bath linen.

The property also features an outdoor area equipped with a clothes drying rack and washing machine, both available free of charge.

Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor area and is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

CHECK-IN:
Self check-in via key box from 3: 00 PM.

CHECK-OUT:
By 10: 00 AM.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• To complete your reservation, you must provide a valid phone number. This will allow us to send you all the necessary information regarding check-in and key collection.

• At check-in, all guests are required to present a valid identification document, as required by Italian law.

• It is strictly prohibited to accommodate any guests who were not declared at the time of booking.

• The accommodation is not suitable for children.

• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.

• Quiet hours must be respected between 9: 00 PM and 7: 00 AM.
