The beach house is a unique B & B, on the coast
10 minutes from the Poetto, 15 minutes from the beautiful city of Cagliari.

From the lounge, through the garden, you arrive on the beach.

On the 1st floor there are two beautiful double bedrooms, with a private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.

On the ground floor is the double room, ideal for families, overlooking the garden
The turquoise lounge / kitchen overlooking the large terrace with sea view, where breakfast is offered in summer.

Each room is equipped with flat screen TV, wi-fi, hairdryer, fridge, air conditioning.

In our B & B, an Italian breakfast is served, so a sweet breakfast, coffee, tea, milk, brioches, yoghurt, cereals, fruits etc. In case you want a salty breakfast, you can ask for it at check-in and charge € 3 per person per day.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, had everything you need and a beautiful view of the sea. By the way: it is by the sea / beach. We had our own balcony and there were also beach towels and sun umbrellas for the beach. Thank you very much for this great and nearly perfect stay at your place.

As the name suggests: right on the beach! Very charming B&B, in a quiet location, about 20 km from Cagliari. Ideal place to relax, lovingly furnished, comfortable and very clean. We felt extremely comfortable, our room (the green one) had a spacious balcony with a wonderful sea view, a large bed with a firm mattress, a large wardrobe, several shelves, a TV (Italian channels) and a fridge (the noise might bother those who are very sensitive). There are insect screens on the windows. Sun umbrella, beach towels, and loungers are available. There is an outdoor shower in the beautiful garden. The bathroom is well equipped and super clean. Roberta is very friendly and warm and always ensures that you feel comfortable. The B&B has only 3 rooms and is therefore very intimate and quiet. The rooms are lovingly decorated. Breakfast is simple and sweet. Coffee is freshly brewed on request, there are juices, fruit, pastries, yogurts, cakes, and white bread with sweet spreads available. We bought cheese and cold cuts from the supermarket, so it was okay, but not more. The beach is right behind the garden. It is a long bay, sandy beach with slightly rocky water access. The beach is quiet, never crowded, as it is mainly used by the neighborhood residents. Dream beaches like Mari Pintau can be reached in 15 minutes by car. A supermarket and 2 restaurants are about 600 m away. A car is advisable. We would book the B&B again and highly recommend it!

Sleeping with the sound of the waves and waking up overlooking the beach from the terrace was priceless. Marina welcomed us with great warmth and was always very kind, in addition to giving us excellent advice on restaurants and activities in the area. We couldn't have asked for more, we hope to be able to come back soon.

We stayed for 3 days at the B&B La Casa Sulla Spiaggia. Upon arrival, a girl greeted us with great kindness. During our stay, Roberta was always helpful and kind. Not everyone has such a welcoming attitude. We spent days of relaxation and tranquility, the room with balcony and sea view gave us a beautiful panorama. Excellent breakfast and very clean place. Beach towels and umbrella available. Highly recommended for those who want to spend days in complete relaxation.
