I spent 5 days in this accommodation and I had a great time in every way. The place is located on a little hill above San Teodoro and it's very pleasant, away from the chaos of the city and in the fresh air. The structure is brand new and very well taken care of in every detail. Impeccable cleanliness. The owner Catia is very welcoming and kind. Excellent and abundant breakfast.

We stayed only one night but we must say that La Casa in Collina has been recently renovated and the room was very cozy and clean; the same goes for the bathroom. It is located near San Teodoro, but away from the 'chaos' in a hillside position with a beautiful view.

Truly satisfying stay, Catia is a superhost, she made us feel at home from the first moment and didn't let us miss anything, she was ready to help us with any need and gave us great advice on restaurants, excursions, and beaches. The b&b is very nice, immersed in nature, away from the city chaos, but just a few minutes from La Cinta di San Teodoro, great location, close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. The room is very nice, comfortable and cozy, highly recommended! Congratulations!

Very recent structure immersed in the countryside near San Teodoro. Although it is about 3 km away from the nearest beach of La Casa in Collina, it is strategic for car trips throughout the area and allows you to enjoy a beautiful sea view from room no. 1, equipped with a balcony. Pro: new and very functional structure; quality furniture with wooden furniture recalling Sardinian tradition; excellent cleanliness; great availability, courtesy, and friendliness of the owner Catia; good and varied breakfast as well as the good position of the breakfast area on the veranda; baricentric and strategic area for trips throughout the area; beautiful view from room no. 1; availability of sun loungers on the adjacent terrace. Cons: nothing relevant.
