Beautiful structure, new, excellent value for money. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, very helpful manager. Good location as well, just a few minutes' drive from the area's beaches and supermarkets nearby the structure. Recommended.

We stayed for one night found last minute. The manager was very kind and helpful in finding a solution to our needs. New location, well maintained and very clean. It is worth mentioning the green note as the building has a water recovery system. Great experience.

Clean, tidy and very helpful staff.

The only negative note: a bit of sewer smell, but probably because, having gone in the winter months, it's not very crowded.

Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The structure is new and with great expectations, but it left us greatly disappointed. Despite the excellent external temperature, the room needed to be heated, instead we found it cold, there was no way to heat the bathroom (which has the light switch behind the door and no lamp at the mirror), so no shower, but there was no hot water. The furnishings are inadequate: there is no support point for the suitcase. Comfortable bed but inconsistent pillows. TV setup, but no TV, I didn't read if there was one, but nowadays it's everywhere.
