Before we arrived at the place, the communication with the owner was very good. The explanations were clear and easy to find and go in. But when we arrived, the cleaning was not as I expected. There were hairs on the floor and on the towels. There was a splash of I don’t know what on the wall of the bathroom, I saw some ants on the floor, on the patio there is artificial grass and very dirty, so when we entered the room there was dirt (like bird poop). I was in Sardinia from north to south and slept in 4 different VERY CLEAN places and cheaper than this one and this was the LUXURY, as the name of the place is, that I was expecting to end my vacations. It was a deception to me because I wrote to the host and she apologized and said that the next morning there would be a deeper cleaning and changing of the towels. Deeper cleaning it was, but not changing of the towels. She didn’t even ask me back if everything was good. For me, LUXURY doesn’t mean just beautiful bathroom.

Everything was perfect. Very nice and new rooms. Great location in the city center. Super rooftop terrace. Oliviero was very kind and gave us tips for our stay in Cagliari. Thank you for everything!
