Is Giana

I came to Is Giana place when I didn't have a place to stay but she was so nice to me and even picked me up by her car at the place where I stayed the night before. She has a really nice apartment between the sea of Cagliari (Poetto) and the city centre. There is a really good bus connection close to her place. She is so nice and warm, she lets you free, you feel independent and also very welcome. I told her I wanted to eat somewhere and she checked the dolmus brochure and explained to me where I could eat, I found a really good restaurant (Sardinian Style) in the city centre because of her. No tourists and just traditional Sardinian food. She told me a lot about Cagliari and the nice places to see. I went that day to a bike shop close to her home and rented a bike to go visit the city and it was so nice. Again I will surely visit her again and I recommend everyone to go to her. Clean room, good bed, air conditioning, quiet, big bathroom with all the necessary things you need.

The accommodation offered by Giana is located in a quiet area, but it is close to the Marina if you have excursions, otherwise it is well served by buses. The room was very clean, well maintained, the breakfast was perfect, Giana asked us the day before what we would like, and we were treated to a royal breakfast. Giana is a very welcoming person, attentive, and so kind! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

The Is Giana property is really perfect. Alessandra thinks of all the details for our comfort and the room as well as the bathroom are furnished with great taste. There are beach towels, umbrella, umbrella.\n\nWe stayed 6 nights everything was fine.\n\nAs for breakfast, it's a bit of a shame to have the same cake for 4 days in a row but the rest is fine.\n\nThank you.

I felt truly pampered by Alessandra. The room was very nice and had everything, quiet and clean. The host was kind and very ready to give advice for visiting the city. The only downside is that the city center is not very close and it takes at least twenty minutes on foot. Definitely worth returning.

Stay was okay in this B&B! Friendly welcome, well-kept room and delicious breakfast. Caring manager and perfect location, not far from the center and the Poetto beach. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a family atmosphere.

Alessandra is very kind and very helpful and you can reach the center of Cagliari in 30 minutes on foot. The location is excellent, we would gladly come back.

Alessandra was very kind and gave me an excellent welcome. She met my needs and I thank her for everything. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Although my stay was short, I had the opportunity to perceive the passion and care that Alessandra puts into managing her establishment: She was kind, available, and welcoming, and the room in which I stayed was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

I stayed one night to participate in a contest, a quiet and clean place, an excellent value for money. Alessandra is a special person, sociable, helpful, ready to give you any information, a very clean and welcoming home; she also recommended me a lovely place to eat where I found qualified and nice people in their work... In short, it was like being at home.... A place I would recommend to everyone and where I will definitely return. Thank you Ale for your hospitality ❤️.

Is Giana is a cozy bed and breakfast that makes you feel at home: the breakfasts are excellent, the atmosphere is familiar, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood near the stadium is quiet (if there is no Cagliari game) and convenient for the city center with various amenities: bus, bike rental if you don't have your own means of transportation. Furthermore, A. manages with care, availability, and attention to the guests: her wonderful and delicious gluten-free margherita cake allowed me to have splendid breakfasts, without deprivation! Some available items, such as sunscreen, beach towels, or umbrella, become useful solutions for smart travelers. We thank A. for her morning smiles and for the advice on places to eat or visit, for her commitment to ensure that the guests have a good stay. We recommend it!

I stayed at this B&B for just one night but the impression was of feeling comfortably at home! The owner's super kindness, clean and cozy room equipped with air conditioning, clean bathroom with various courtesy kits, excellent breakfast!

We must thank Alessandra for her hospitality and her directions. Very clean room, equipped with all comforts, very functional bathroom. The structure is located in a convenient point with buses and in a quiet area. Absolutely recommendable.

I needed to find a place for a short stay for my father, preferably in a quiet area and close to my home. I was extremely lucky to find Is Giana on Via Rockfeller, which not only met my expectations but also had an incredible quality/price ratio (affordable price and exceptional structure). The place is impeccably maintained in terms of cleanliness, comfort, availability, and kindness. The owner Alessandra is the best person who represents Sardinian hospitality. My father couldn't stop praising the kindness of the lady and the cleanliness of the house, which lacks no service or convenience. Congratulations, I recommend it to everyone.

The things that matter in a Bed and Breakfast, close location to points of interest, cleanliness, value for money, and above all courtesy and that feeling of being at your own home, which is priceless. Is Giana has all of this. The hostess is kind and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful and well served, and the bed is extremely comfortable! Never slept so well away from home.

We had a very good time, it's a cute Bed & Breakfast, simple but with all the comforts. The owner is very kind and discreet, the breakfast served on the little terrace is pleasant, there's a beautiful view. The homemade cake is very good, everything is abundant and tasty! We hope to return soon!
