Everything perfect!

The accommodation overall is acceptable. Simple, but clean. However, what bothers me are the contradictory statements regarding the tourist tax. In the description (Complete Conditions), it is expressly stated, "No tourist tax is required." However, a tourist tax is charged, which must be paid by the landlord/host to the municipality (response to my inquiry). There is nothing fundamentally wrong with a tourist tax, but it should be clearly stated in the conditions and not exactly the opposite.

Pleasant structure, very well maintained, everything is very well cared for and clean. The owners are very friendly and available for anything. We will definitely return.

Simple structure, very tidy and clean, a few kilometers from Cagliari. The lady is kind and helpful. Recommended for those who want to visit the wonderful beaches of the south. It is necessary to have a car.

Room equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, TV, and personal fridge. Private bathroom with shower, all brand new. Everything is available in the common areas, there's even a washing machine if needed! Small inner courtyard where you can sit to eat or have a drink. The structure is convenient as it is located 15 minutes from the center of Cagliari and halfway between the most beautiful beaches in the area. The name of the structure is 'Il Veliero'. Orietta is a kind owner and available for any request.

Excellent in everything.

Very cozy and clean structure, spacious room with all the comforts. Very kind and helpful managers. The structure is not far from the white sandy beaches, well connected to the port and airport.

We stayed at the property with two couples and our overall rating is 10 (even 11 if it were acceptable). The apartment is new, amazingly clean and fragrant, and the cherry on top of this experience in Maracalagonis was the owner, the legendary Orietta, always available and ready to meet our requests, as well as an excellent tour operator both for the beaches to visit and delightful places to savor Sardinian cuisine. A hug from all of us dear Orietta.

B&B found by chance on the web, excellent structure, cleanliness and management. Located 10 minutes from Cagliari, very convenient to go to the city or to the nearby beaches (about 15 minutes by car). The management is really excellent, people easygoing and very helpful. I recommend it with a rating of 10 for the price, cleanliness, very modern structure, services, proximity to the city, the staff. If I needed I would go back without thinking twice.

A place that I recommend for a truly peaceful holiday and very close to the most beautiful beaches, for those with a car. To move around and visit places and beaches, it's easy to reach Poetto beach with public transport. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a Bed and Breakfast to spend 10 days of Christmas holidays, at Il Veliero we found a homely and family atmosphere! Extremely well-equipped structure, very easy parking and quiet and serviced area, very clean, well-furnished, Wi-Fi network, heating. Rating 10 for breakfast, always fresh and of quality, kindness and courtesy from the owners Nicola and Orietta who pampered us with Christmas sweets too! What can I say: we will definitely return to Il Veliero and we highly recommend it both for holidays and for business trips!
