The structure is located in an excellent position to reach the hospital and the university campus in a very short time. The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person. He met all my needs, responding immediately to messages in a clear and professional manner. Absolutely recommended structure.

Stefano is very kind and professional, the bed and breakfast is clean and welcoming with Wi-Fi, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. There are three rooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. I also recommend it for the strategic location for those who need to go to the university citadel or the Polyclinic.

B&B that offers more than it describes. I have had the opportunity to stay multiple times at this B&B. Initially started staying for its convenience with the proximity to the Monserrato hospital, I have also returned for pleasant occasions. Now I use it as a base when I need to reach Cagliari. It is indeed very close to public transport. Furthermore, in addition to the extreme cleanliness, there is, not of little importance, the kindness and availability of Stefano, who manages this structure. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a great location relative to the University Clinics of Monserrato. The strength was the enormous availability provided by the owner, to the extent of accompanying me to and from the clinics with his own vehicle, as I was unable, at that moment, to use the car. Thanks for everything. RECOMMENDED.

The owner is very helpful, responds promptly to any needs and is easily reachable. Regarding the stay, the bed is very comfortable and the private bathroom (though not inside the room) is bright and clean. The other guests were very polite and respected both private and common spaces. Additionally, it is located in a well-connected area, close to the M stops (which goes directly from the station), there is a Conad a few meters away and an ATM 5 minutes away by bus. I had a great time, I recommend it.

The B&B is in a strategic position, from here you can reach everywhere and there are very close means of transportation to take. But the best thing is really the friendliness of Stefano, the owner, and the cleanliness of the B&B. Alessandra (Parma).

Simple rooms but equipped with all comforts, warm and very clean. The B&B is located very close to the Policlinico but also to the beaches. The welcoming deserves a mention. Stefano's availability is priceless: especially if you arrive in Monserrato for visits to the Policlinico, you cannot wish for greater discretion and flexibility than that shown by the owner. I hope to return to enjoy the beautiful surrounding beaches!
