A good, comfortable room, a very helpful host, good advice about what to do in Cagliari, and a great location in the older part of Cagliari. Best for people who like walking. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Such a cozy guest house with spacious rooms and quality staff. The bed was so comfortable; after a long day you will sleep well. The host was always available to help; he is such a gentleman and informative, and he took his time with the map to show me the city's highlights. The location is excellent with beautiful scenery. I will definitely come back.

We stayed only one night, but we were very well received. Paolo is a great guy, very kind and excellent at English. First he showed us where to park the car. Then he showed us the city map and gave us wonderful recommendations for a full walking tour of the city. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The house was also very nice. The breakfast was not very extensive, but you can't really complain at this price point. It also included some very tasty poultry dishes made by Paolo's wife. I recommend everyone stay here for the complete experience.

I cannot recommend this Guesthouse enough and its owners. They went above above and beyond to not only ensure our stay with them was great but that our visit to Cagliari was great. The house and facilities are fabulous as is the location. As it’s in an old part of town car parking could be difficult but the owner Paolo helped us get the best parking and not have to pay over the local rates. If you are going to Cagliari this is the place to stay.

Amazing stay thank you - deserves a 3 star or higher. Amazing cakes and breakfast home made by the host. They helped with everything including restaurant bookings. Very friendly and lovely people. Would stay again.

The accommodation is excellent, with all amenities, immaculate. The area is quiet and just a few blocks from the historic center. You only need to respect the vehicle entry times, because it is a ZTL zone: from 15:30 to 17:00 and from 21:00 to 7:00. Nearby, just 2 blocks away, there is a parking lot where you can leave the car for 24 hours for only 2.5 euros. The host Paolo is great: he attended to us, explained everything and was attentive the whole time, giving advice. Highly recommended.

Great place close to nice venues for a night out, chosen especially because it's near my favorite cat café in Cagliari. Excellent host, thoughtful and helpful. Clean and quiet place to rest. Recommended, I would go back.

Excellent place to stay in Cagliari. The room was very large and clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and good. It is in a location where it is easy to reach the various points of interest in the historic center on foot. The owner was very kind; he came to show us personally where to park and also gave us many tips on what to do in Cagliari.

Paolo and his wife were very helpful. Paolo took us directly to the property and gave us all the necessary information for a great stay in Cagliari and the most beautiful beaches and helped us with our requests. The room with bathroom is nice, very clean, and functional. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful.

We stayed for 3 nights and we really recommend this property to everyone. The owners, Paolo and Valentina, are exquisite people, they know how to make you feel comfortable right away. Upon our arrival, they welcomed us by showing us our room and through a map they recommended places to visit and where to eat. The room is clean, equipped with towels, soap, and a hairdryer. Daily cleaning and real attention to detail and the guest. Perfect location to visit the entire center of Cagliari and in 10-15 minutes by bus you can reach Poetto beach.
