The rooms could be less noisy and maybe a bit bigger but it didn't bother us. Happy to return.

This place is misleadingly advertised because they tell you that there is a breakfast and that it is abundant. However, apart from the possibility of making a coffee, there is nothing and the price of the stay is high compared to this. Furthermore, the owner responsible for reception, the famous Angelo, has never been seen. We saw an employee who acts as an intermediary. If you want to provide a service and rent a room with a bathroom, upon arrival you are informed that the toilet seat is broken. Do not leave the customer without a toilet seat for 5 days. You can find someone to fix or replace a toilet seat, you don't wait so long because you have to arrive with your maintenance people and you don't even show up. Also, when I asked for the courtesy of getting an adapter for a hair dryer, I was told they could not procure it. The only courtesy that was granted to us was lending us an umbrella that many leave in the establishments since they cannot take them on the plane. It was small and the tip came off immediately because it was one of the cheaper ones, but we managed to plant it anyway and it came in handy. Valentina, the lady who manages some things, is very helpful and kind. The location, although not central, is strategic and there are various external services: mini market, ice cream shop, pizzerias, delicatessen, and finally the bar that should replace breakfast. But alas, the staff is not very welcoming, indeed, so it was only done once. Unfortunately, it could have been better and at a structure and a site where inconsistencies and misleading advertising are reported, I would have expected it to be immediately updated since there has been no breakfast for years.

Very courteous. We had a failure of the air conditioning, they immediately took action. They gave us another room in exchange.

Cozy, clean structure and very good location. Unfortunately, we couldn't have breakfast on the terrace due to Covid safety regulations (we were duly informed in advance). Very kind owners!

Great Bed and Breakfast, very well-kept and comfortable. Quiet and the bed very comfortable (it's not always like this).

Good welcome, excellent location to visit the beaches of the coast, convenience in parking the car and freedom to move to and from the structure without time limits, very kind owners.

An exceptional bed and breakfast, the two managers were very helpful, the structure is new and the rooms are well arranged and clean. The breakfast (abundant) on the veranda with sea view is something unique, not far from the center of Santeodoro, the bed and breakfast is located in a very quiet area. Rating 10. Paolo.
