Many surcharges without explanation, beds and pillows that are not comfortable, and no discount at the restaurant even though we are hotel guests.

Well located, welcoming staff.

For one night it was ok, everything was fine.

Exceptional accommodation. The director, Barbara, magnificent host.

The property is beautiful on the outside but dilapidated inside and in the rooms. A sense of abandonment and decay.

The hostel was perfect both for its location and its price. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable. There was air conditioning. There was an antechamber and the bathroom had two very small sinks, but it was a minor detail. Check-in was from 4:30 PM (we rang the bell earlier but they did not open). The staff were absolutely very kind.

Very kind and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Outdoor parking. The city center is easily reachable on foot. Excellent dining.

Accommodation with highly helpful and kind staff. They allowed us to enter many hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Excellent property at an honest price. Perfect cleanliness, well-kept common areas, very kind staff. We dined at the on-site restaurant with prior reservation after reading the positive reviews, which I can only confirm. Generous and very tasty fregola, fried fish excellent both in taste and presentation.

We needed accommodation for one night to attend a nearby festival (there were initially two of us, then three). We found exactly what we needed: a shared room, low prices, and just a short walk from a minimarket, tobacconist, and bar. The outdoor area pleasantly surprised us: a well-kept, clean garden with a beautiful outdoor restaurant (where we didn't have the opportunity to eat). Although it's a hostel, it has all the necessary facilities and the room has a private bathroom. We had a really good stay and the staff were very courteous. I recommend it.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect for its category, very well managed. Excellent cuisine: refined fish dishes and fair prices. An experience to repeat.

Accommodation with excellent value for money. Spacious rooms with simple but clean furnishings. A few small but essential improvements to the property would make everything perfect. The staff were young, very helpful and kind. We ate at the on-site restaurant and it was an excellent surprise. Compliments to everyone.

For what you pay it's perfect. The only major drawback is that the elevator doesn't work.

Excellent property with a great location just a short walk from Pula. Friendly and very hospitable staff. We had a wonderful stay.

The property is a hostel but the offering is more similar to that of a hotel. It has an excellent restaurant, both in terms of cuisine and service. It is surrounded by a garden equipped with children's play areas and gazebos for private conversations. The location is excellent, in the Nora area, very close to the beach and the ancient town; from here you can easily reach all the beaches along the coast, as far as Teulada.

For the price it's acceptable, but the services need improvement.

We were very well.

Very nice hostel about 1 km from the center of Pula, in a quiet area. Clean and welcoming structure, with a nice well-kept garden where you can relax. There is also a restaurant, convenient for those who want to dine on-site. The only point for improvement: the breakfast, which we added separately, but offered little choice.

Always a guarantee. We stayed here last year and returned in 2025. Barbara is an exceptional person, always attentive to the customer. I highly recommend it!

Everything is great as always.

We stayed only 3 nights but we recommend visiting the Glemerald! The place where we slept is simple but there is no shortage of space. Special mention for the catering, the restaurant has a fabulous menu, we ate very well, every evening was a delight. The guys who manage it are always very kind and available to advise us during our stay. Additionally, having the garden with games for us was a plus since our kids could play quietly after dinner. In short, a simple, family-friendly environment but with TOP catering! We hope to return soon!

We stayed for 4 nights and we were well. The room is simple and very clean. Excellent value for money.

This is the second year that we return to this structure for the summer holidays. Courtesy, professionalism, availability, and many smiles, which is something that is not taken for granted in structures especially in August. Thank you to all the staff.

Beautiful and very modern youth hostel with all the comforts, close to points of interest and wonderful beaches. The staff is very kind. There is also a restaurant and bar which make the stay more comfortable.

Property located in Pula, situated inside the town but slightly secluded, hence quiet and peaceful. Very spacious rooms with high ceilings. The structure is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast at the bar (for a fee) is good and offers a wide selection, like in most common bars in Italy. I wouldn't mind going back.

Well air-conditioned hotel, located in a semi-central area. Good starting point for visiting the archaeological site of Nora, with free guided tours starting at 10 am and for the beaches of Chia. Large rooms and bathroom with relative linen. You need to bring your own soaps. Despite a great muggy heat, we slept well with the windows closed. Their air conditioning system remains a mystery.

We stayed one night, excellent facility, spacious room, clean, comfortable beds. Excellent and very kind staff, 10 minutes from the center, on-site parking. Highly recommended, we will return.

Helpful staff, spacious and air-conditioned rooms, aesthetically very pleasant, large outdoor space for children to play safely, green lawn, quality restaurant, strategic location to reach the sea in 8 minutes. Well above expectations. We will return.
