Clean and very well equipped room. You can tell it was recently built. At check-in we found a bottle of water and some snacks for breakfast even though it was not included, which is by no means obvious. The host was very kind and helpful and recommended the most beautiful beaches and the best restaurants in the area. The Conad supermarket is within walking distance; I recommend the Saturday morning market for typical Sardinian products. If I returned to Villasimius I would choose this accommodation again. Rating 10.

New, modern apartment equipped with every comfort. It is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but at most a 10-minute walk from the centre. Stefania and Simone are very welcoming and available for any request.

We stayed at this property and the experience was really very positive. Our room was a bit small, but the property also has larger rooms, some even equipped with a kitchenette. Everything was completely new, modern and cared for down to the smallest details. Despite the size of the room, nothing was missing: refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and even some welcome snacks. We also really appreciated the common areas, with the possibility of using the washing machine and the drying rack, a really convenient service especially for those who stay for several days. A real gem was the free availability of beach umbrellas: we took one on arrival and used it for the entire stay, a detail we found really useful and much appreciated. Overall, a welcoming, well-organized property full of small services that make a difference. We strongly recommend it! I almost forgot, street parking is available and it's free!

We stayed at this guest house and had a really good experience. The property was recently renovated and is practically new: modern rooms, tastefully furnished and very clean. We also appreciated the small breakfast area in the room, with a coffee machine and a basket provided with jams, Nutella and other small snacks, a truly welcome detail. During our stay we had a minor problem with the shower, but it was resolved immediately. The owner proved to be extremely helpful, friendly and attentive to guests' needs. A pleasant stay in every respect. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a new, welcoming environment managed with great care.

New property, spacious accommodation equipped with everything needed. The host was very helpful. The town center is easy to reach. It is convenient for using the sea shuttles because, since it is not in the very center, the shuttle is never full. It was fantastic to have access to a shared washing machine to rinse towels and swimsuits.
