Our B&B is placed a stone's throw from the local beaches and lido facilities ('Spiaggia Rena Bianca'...) in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the old city centre. "Domus De Janas" is a prestigious home where the echoes of times past linger in sounds, scents and emotions, design with meticulous attention to detail, unique, distinctive style, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

Self service Breakfast On the table of Domus de Janas, every morning until 10. 30 am you will find single-serve jams, honey and Nutella, various types of tea and teas, biscuits, cane and white sugar, fresh fruit, fresh bread and croissants. In the kitchen (adjacent to the breakfast room) in the fridge local honey, Sardinian cream cheeses single butter, white and fruit yoghurt, fruit juices, eggs, whole milk, partially skimmed, soy milk and without lactose. On the kitchen table, toast bread (of three different types), espresso coffee pods, moka coffee and American coffee machine, barley, Nescafe, instant chocolate, cereals and 4 types of biscuits. Also in the kitchen there are various electric espresso machines, moke, kettle (always electric) for tea, barley and Nescafe and 2 toasters. In the kitchen you will also find a selection of gluten-free products.

Wonderful, authentic stay with a warm, welcoming host. A lovely, characterful property with a terrace and rooftop views of Corsica. Very central, so there is some street noise, but the rooms are well soundproofed. Recommended.

Our stay at Domus de Janas was amazing. The B&B is very cosy, even if there is plenty of space. Attention to the details from the host, the lovely Daria, is extreme. Very nice breakfast, amazing terraces where you can enjoy a drink or an aperitivo (as we oft did!). Our room was nice and having the bathroom "external", which in our case was exactly in front of the door, was not a problem. Even if our bedroom was facing the main street, we did not have difficulties in sleeping. The windows isolate A LOT the external noise/music, which during the summer nights is to be expected. We absolutely recommend to stay at Domus de Janas!

Lovely stay, amazing host, good location. I was not a fan of the prepare yourself breakfast from the kitchen. If there were 2 couples in there at the same time, it was difficult to move around. I didn't expect a family room, and the ugly high chair in the room did not need to be there. Interesting property and very clean, would return.

Just an outstanding place to stay at in an outstanding cute and wonderful town that is great to explore northern Sardinia. All the positive reviews you see on this site delivered 100%. It is located in the heart of Santa Teresa with a beautiful view on a high terrace that looks onto the northern coast of Sardinia with Corsica in the distance. Daria is a wonderful enthusiastic host who is always available, attentive and ready to provide advice/tips/recommendations on anything Sardinia-related. The place is impeccable, very clean (thank you Denisia!) and the breakfast is perfect (especially while sitting on the terrace with the great view!). Details are also taken into account from beach umbrella to swim masks and a little booklet filled with recommendations of places to eat and excursions. There is no attributed parking spot but the place is well situated and even though at nights the streets can be more crowded (especially when we went in July with festivals at night) you always end up finding a free spot somewhere. Even the friendly and sociable cat Sophie will be missed! This is a place we will always remember looking back on this trip and highly recommend to anyone wishing to explore the northern region of Sardinia.

In the USA I provide rentals and I see all the details it takes to do an excellent job. This space is thoughtfully designed on so many levels. A lot of open space areas, great views from upper deck areas, just next to one of the town's best walking/eating spaces. The owners' display of art and family art is abundant throughout the rooms and halls. Common spaces and rooms were always very clean... Our issue with internet when we were able to move to a larger room was addressed very quickly. I was a bit unsure about parking as there are no spots by the unit but I adapted and always found a spot within a short block or two. Used Google to get me around the streets for our week stay with little issues. This great location along with the owner being a warm, charming and super helpful person more than made up for a short walk to the car if you needed it. We are in our 70s and have stayed in a lot of rooms and loved this place! Hope this helps. Gary.

Daria is absolutely friendly and loves to give tips on where to go and what to see. She was very available and made me feel safe (I was traveling alone). The entire accommodation was charming and very, very clean. A lady cleaned the rooms every day! And brought new towels! The breakfast was very good and nice! Due to the interesting conversations with the other guests and also with Daria, breakfast lasted until noon; -) So lovely! Parking was free on the street. The amazing beach is within walking distance (5 minutes). I love this beach! I had a really good stay! Thank you Daria and I am looking forward to coming again.

The best place we have been in Sardinia. The hosts are wonderful and give a lot of very useful advices ranging from food to archeology. The place is clean, nice, affordable and very beautiful. The situation in the center of the city is very practical and there was ample parking space around at least at low season. It can be slightly noisy in the night, but it did not disturb us in our sleep and the B&B provides earplugs. The breakfast is one of the reason you will feel like home: you have everything you can wish for and a kitchen at your disposal to prepare it as you wish. Did we mention the 2 terraces with sea sight? We had a romantic dinner on one of the terrace at sunset with pizza and prosecco, it was simple and unforgettable. Further the region is full of attractive hikes and beaches, our favorite in Sardinia so far.

Domus de Janas is a great Bed and Breakfast in the center of Santa Teresa. The location is lovely and the hosts are wonderful people. It was our third stay there and we enjoyed every minute. We will certainly come back and stay there again. The hosts and the location let you just feel wonderful.

I had a wonderful stay at Domus De Janas, the location is perfect, right next to the main square with 3 communal terraces - despite the place being full when we were there it never felt that way and we always had the terrace to ourselves to eat breakfast while enjoying the sea views. Daria and Simone are wonderful hosts - so helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend this to anyone and look forward to coming back.

This Bed & Breakfast was excellent! We had a nice, clean and new room with bathroom. It was also big enough for our suitcases. Daria and Simone are very friendly and helpful hosts! The breakfast was very tasty and we had a large selection. The table was prepared with fresh food and optionally the kitchen was open for everyone to take more/other things. So we felt free to eat what we wanted. We also had the option to use the nice terrace for our breakfast or just for relaxing. The B&B has a good location. In the middle of the town close to restaurants and the main square. I would recommend this B&B very much and would come again!

Love at first sight for 'Domus de Janas' (I think mutual), a welcome like at home, wise advice, constant smiles. Daria speaks perfect French (even if she says no) and is very helpful. Facilities up to expectations and a lot of freedom to organize, enjoy the terraces and especially the one overlooking the city.\nWe hope to come back to explore the region a little more and go to the Lavezzi islands which are just in front. The city has an authentic taste, there are good restaurants and bars right next door. So, French people, go there but not all at the same time to leave us room to come back 😅\nAnd let's not forget the mascot of the house, the famous Sophie 😉

Dream establishment in a paradisiacal place. Daria and Simone immediately put you at ease and provide advice and information about the city and the region. It is very pleasant to walk around this establishment and meet them always smiling, warm, while being discreet. My dear and I went on a week-long road trip in northern Sardinia. We fell in love with this B&B and with our hosts who welcomed us superbly (welcome in French, it's always nice after several days struggling between Italian and English). We regretted staying only one night, as much the charm of the accommodation as well as the city pleased us! Very comfortable room and VERY abundant breakfast (there is something for all tastes). There are several small terraces to relax and enjoy the sun in complete privacy and have breakfast. Only a 5-minute walk from the beach, we also took advantage of our morning for an early morning swim before returning for breakfast. To be redone.

We spent a 10-night stay at Domus de Janas with Daria and Simone, two charming, attentive, smiling, simple, smiling, and helpful people. They speak French, English, do their best to welcome and inform their guests. The house is clean, flowery, typical, full of charm, very well located. Our double room with private bathroom was spacious and protected from noise. The breakfast is very plentiful and varied, taken on the terrace, it's a delight. Wonderful stay at Domus de Janas with Daria and Simone. Just a stone's throw from the central square, three steps from the sea, everything is within reach. Two sunny terraces with a beautiful view, an intimate shaded terrace, and a very pleasant solarium. Breakfast is high quality and generous, access to the kitchen all day is greatly appreciated. Snorkeling masks, umbrellas, clothesline, small details designed to facilitate and make our stay enjoyable. Great restaurant recommendations, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

An excellent address that I recommend to all French people who want to stay in the north of the island. Moreover, DARIA, our host, spoke French! There are places where it's good to stop, this is one of them. Santa Teresa di Gallura is a must-stop before heading back to Bonifacio. We were supposed to stay for only one night but, in front of the kindness and professionalism of our hosts, we ended our vacation at 'Domus de Janas'. With the warmth and generosity that characterize them, Daria and Simone made us enjoy all the good tips, restaurants, walks... Not to mention the breakfasts on their terrace facing the sea with the backdrop of the bay of Bonifacio. An unforgettable stop.

If you don't like hotel resorts, you're in the right place with Daria and Simone. You feel at home in this tasteful B&B with only 6 rooms. The unusual concept for us is based on mutual trust and respect. Breakfast is self-service. Until 11 a.m. there's everything one could wish for, the fridge is fully stocked. The few housemates treat the kitchen as their own. At least during our stay everything was always spotlessly clean. You can also borrow beach umbrellas - no deposit required. The location in the center is great, no need for a car. Small downside: during high season there's no quiet before 1:00. The windows, however, seal quite well and then you can also fall asleep earlier...if you want. There are free parking spaces nearby. After 9 p.m. access is difficult as some streets are closed. If at all, you can only park in short-term zones...and this goes until 24:00 in July/August. Particularly beautiful is the courtyard and the two terraces on the 1st and 2nd floor. You always find your spot to chill. Thank you Daria & Simone, we'll be back!

The welcome from the owners, Daria and Michele, was great and so was our stay. Not only is the location magnificent, but also the personal treatment and quality of the owners. They know how to create a friendly atmosphere that facilitates the stay and relationships among guests who thus become dear friends. We expected a splendid dinner in the dining room, but it was set up for the very complete and abundant breakfast the next day.\n\nWe will definitely come back. This is the kind of place worth considering for a stay because there are many hotels, but few endearing places.

Calling it a bed and breakfast is absolutely an understatement. Beautiful, modern and meticulously cared-for property. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the breakfast area is always well stocked. The owner of the property, Daria, is incredibly helpful, kind and always ready to meet guests' requests. The value for money is really good. I recommend this fantastic property to everyone.

A truly special B&B in the heart of the beautiful Santa Teresa di Gallura! Through a small blue door you enter this lovely corner where everything is designed to provide rest, warmth and a sense of well-being. Daria is an exceptional host who fully welcomes her guests,joyfully and authentically conveying her great love for the beauties of this land and the genuine pleasure of meeting people. Always present but discreet, she is available in every possible way,offering excellent suggestions,help and attentiveness to make the holiday as enjoyable as possible. The property is perfectly soundproofed,so we were never disturbed by external noise. The rooms are equipped with everything needed,including an umbrella and mats for the beaches. A mention must also be made of Denisia,the woman who takes care of tidying and cleaning,very attentive and thorough in every detail. A plus of the property are the magnificent, well-equipped terraces that make mornings and evenings at sunset very enjoyable. Breakfast is self-prepared,except for the fresh pastries brought each morning, but the kitchen is stocked with many products and utensils: there is everything one might need and it is kept with the utmost care. Moreover,it is available all day,which is a rather rare possibility to find. We really enjoyed every day of our holiday and we hope to return in the future. Thanks again to Daria(my birthday twin) for all the attention shown to us.

Really special, with its 3 terraces adorned with beautiful plants, with taste and attention to the comfort of the guests. Daria immediately gave us precise and important information on where to go to the beach when the Maestrale blows, which in Sardinia we learned is really dangerous. The location in the busy center of Santa Teresa has its advantages in terms of convenience and atmosphere, and some disadvantages in terms of noise in the evening, and it was not always very easy for us to find parking in the adjacent streets. The breakfast is very sweet-oriented; there was ham and cheese available in the fridge, but we didn't really know how to 'use' them in the sense that the ham was a whole piece and not already sliced. Denisia, the lady who keeps everything tidy and clean, truly deserves compliments. As does Daria's willingness to allow the use of the kitchen during the day, and even to let guests bring takeout dinners like pizza, etc. It was our first time in Sardinia, and after Santa Teresa we moved to Alghero and then the southwest coast. Santa Teresa is the place we liked the most, certainly also thanks to Daria, Denisia, and Domus de Janas.

We had a great time, excellent location, and I would also add that there is a terrace with a stunning panoramic view! The structure is very beautiful and Daria is a fantastic person! We stayed there for the last 10 days of September. Unfortunately, I was not able to write the review earlier, which I still give a 10 and praise. I start by saying that Daria, the owner, welcomes you with infinite kindness, then advises you on the various beaches based on the wind (which she explains how to understand from which direction it comes), and gives you tips on restaurants. Furthermore, the B&B provides umbrellas and mats. The rooms are new and spotless thanks to Denisia, who also takes care of the common areas. There are terraces where there is a stunning view and you can also eat something, buying it already prepared (you cannot cook obviously), admiring the scenery. For breakfast, there is everything and more, from sweet with (every morning fresh brioche and pastries alternate) jams, Nutella, to savory with cheeses, cold cuts, eggs (which you can cook as you wish). Fruit juices, tea, coffee, cappuccino, etc. I hope to return soon because I found myself not well but very well.

Perfect stay, the bed and breakfast is in a very central location, just above the town center and 5 minutes from Rena Bianca beach. Daria is fantastic, an excellent host, capable of making you feel at home immediately. She provided valuable advice and insights on the main locations in Gallura. We greatly appreciated the discount reserved for bed and breakfast guests in some restaurants in the town. The breakfast is rich, both sweet and savory. The room is spacious and clean. Beautiful terraces, cared for in every detail, with a splendid view of the town and the sea. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience, we felt comfortable from the first day! Daria was exceptional and very sweet in recommending the best beaches, restaurants in the area with a 10% discount for some, all done with endless sweetness and sympathy. Very wide and satisfying breakfast, you can also have it on the terrace enjoying a beautiful view of Corsica. Spacious room equipped with all the necessary comforts. If you are looking for a B&B in the Santa Teresa area, this is the place for you.

A magical place, with wonderful people, where you feel at home from the first moment. Daria is a fantastic person, she gave us many tips, from the most beautiful beaches to the best restaurants. The B&B Domus de Janas exudes a unique magic. It is located in the center, where in the evening you can take beautiful walks through the shopping streets, where you will find many nice bars to have a good aperitif. The breakfast in the morning is delicious! It has two terraces where you can have breakfast... and with its mascot, the little cat Sophie, who makes this wonderful place even more unique, cuddly and sweet! Thank you for the love and passion you put into your work, and thanks also to Simone for helping us with the reservation... I will miss our chats! Thank you very much for everything! Daria and Simone are truly fantastic and super helpful in everything! Bed and breakfast located in the center of Santa Teresa but with double glazing, I assure you that you don't hear any noise at all! Top breakfast! 100% availability from the managers! Top marks for everything: lovely place, convenient location for everything (it is in the center of the beautiful village and parking around the structure is free), Daria and Simone - the owners - extremely helpful and super, super nice. Breakfast, due to Covid, was served at an attached restaurant, with a wonderful view and delicious food. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely come back!

Stay of 3 nights with perfect holiday bonus, the owner is super helpful and explains everything to see in the surroundings. We did not have breakfast but there were coffee pods and tea available 24/7, also in the room fridge we were provided with 1 liter of free water every day. If you want, in the room fridge there are beers and wine at reasonable prices, and if you don't want to consume them, just remove them from the fridge and they will not be charged. Spacious room with a view of the main streets, double glazing so absolute silence at night (and yet earplugs are also provided). The house is very cute especially in the external areas, there is a solarium at the entrance, clotheslines, a small terrace with sofas and tables, and a higher terrace with a view of the Strait of Bonifacio and Corsica and the main square of the town. If you need, the owner has a large umbrella available to take to the beach. There is a library where you can borrow books or do book crossing. Rena Bianca beach is very close, 350 m on foot according to Google but taking the steps you can get there in 2 minutes. Furthermore, the property entitles you to a 10% discount in some restaurants in the town (with excellent reviews). What else to say? We hope to see you again in the future. Thank you for everything!

B&B with a fantastic location, managed by Simone & Daria, where the love for the activity they carry out shines through 365 days a year. Discreet people but attentive to the needs of customers, always available and open to suggestions to improve the service of the structure, even though it borders on perfection. Abundant breakfast in quantity and choice (homemade jams are a must) with attention to those with intolerance problems, what more could one ask for? I think nothing, there's practically everything.

Fabulous B&B. Clean, welcoming, new. Possibility to access the kitchen area for tea, coffee, limoncello or other at any time. Common areas furnished in the smallest details with style and elegance. Daria and Simone, the owners of the B&B, made me feel immediately at ease: professional, welcoming, friendly, and always available. The structure: very clean, attention to detail, flowery, colorful, bright. An internal courtyard with comfortable sunbeds and a sheltered corner from the sun (armchairs and sofa), two terraces with a splendid view where you can also enjoy the abundant breakfast. The beach and the sea, what a beach and what a sea, just a stone's throw away. The main square of the village around the corner. You can't wish for anything better: I will come back.

Daria and Simone (the two owners) are people you would talk to all day and they provide a structure located in the heart of S. It is a beautiful house with 3 terraces. The terrace on the ground floor is perfect for relaxing (fantastic sunbeds). The terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors have a spectacular view of the bay and Corsica. The breakfast is fantastic. You can have whatever you want, truly amazing! Daria and Simone are fantastic hosts. They love to provide detailed advice on the area, restaurants, etc. and are always available when you need them. Really hospitable and friendly people. You feel right at home. The surroundings are truly beautiful. Islands off the coast, beautiful beaches with crystal clear blue water and last but not least Capo Testa (bizarrely shaped rocks, truly unbelievably beautiful). In short, all in all, this is the best place I have ever been and I have been to many!
