We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean, had everything you needed to feel at home. The view from the back balcony was magnificent, and to get to see the cruise ships really entertained our son. The location of the apartment is perfect, in the city center, close to a supermarket, cafes, shops etc and also close to a 24-hour car park. Renato is a very nice and genuine host, who gave his time to point out where on the map to go, have dinner etc. He provided several restaurant recommendations of which we tried, they were excellent. If anyone needs to stay in Cagliari for a couple of days, you should book an apartment with Renato, you will not be disappointed.

Very beautiful and clean apartment in a great central location with a well-stocked kitchenette. Renato is a friendly and helpful host! Many thoughtful touches such as wireless chargers, beach towels and umbrellas provided. We had a lovely time here.

I stayed in the bed and breakfast apartment for three weeks. As described, the space is beautiful and comfortable, finely furnished, illuminated, and with a fantastic view. The house has all the necessary comforts and services and is located right in the center where you can find the best shops and places to visit nearby. Furthermore, the owner is an excellent host: helpful, attentive, flexible, and always very kind, he pointed out all the best places to me. I highly recommend it if you are in Cagliari!

Grazie Marilena per la recensione. Eh per fortuna che ti ho fatto anche il transfer gratuitamente altrimenti che cosa avresti scritto? Quando ci siamo visti per il saldo mi hai detto che andavi via un giorno prima. E io che ti ho rilasciato la ricevuta completa del soggiorno anche se andavi via prima! Per la colazione ti ho chiesto se ti bastava oppure se volevi altro, e tu, mi hai detto che andava bene così. Per la pulizia sinceramente vorrei capire cosa hai trovato di sporco, contando che la Signora delle pulizie è molto attenta. Forse ti sei offesa perché non ti ho fatto anche il transfer di rientro gratuito ? Grazie, Renato Masala.

Renato is a polite and punctual person. The structure is welcoming and well-maintained. Excellent location, in the city center, well connected by public transport. It felt like being at home for the privacy and reserved atmosphere of the individual apartments. I will definitely come back. Andrea and Ale.

Clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich. The manager is very kind and helpful. Typical Sardinian welcome, excellent! Well equipped, there is also the ironing board and the iron. The only discomfort, being in the historic center, is that it is in the pedestrian area not accessible by car.
