We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place! He is a great host and we felt very well welcomed(with fresh fruits from his huge garden 😍). It's a peace of mind just close to the center of the city. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back for sure! Thanks a lot, Stefano! ☺️

Beautiful accommodation. Great surroundings with many fruit trees. Very kind hosts. Only one flaw: the accommodation is located along a road where young people go to the disco in the evening and return at night. Unfortunately, they are so loud that restful sleep was impossible.

Excellent option for staying in San Teodoro. Although it has parking, it is about a 10-minute walk from the town center, which makes it very convenient to get around without a car. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and was just as shown in the photos. Stefano was super nice and recommended both beaches and places to eat. Very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed three nights in this fabulous structure. Stefano, the host, was super kind and recommended a lot of places to go for dinner to try typical products. The nice thing is that you can pick all the fruits from the trees and eat them. The only thing to reconsider is breakfast since it's all packaged stuff. Other than that, the structure and staff are top-notch.

The owner Stefano was courteous, kind, and helpful. He welcomed us without any problems at one in the morning due to the delay of the ship at the port of Golfo Aranci. Cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. The structure is just a few steps from the center and immersed in nature. I highly recommend it. I would gladly return.

Everything was perfect. I thank the owner Stefano very much for the pleasant stay. Possibility to park the car inside the structure. It's not a small thing in Sardinia, since in Cala Gonone there are very few parking spaces and I got a fine because the renowned hotel didn't have internal parking.

B&B in a good location, beautiful and comfortable rooms, a nice cool garden where you can relax and have breakfast in the morning, and Stefano is welcoming and knows how to give you great advice. Fantastic family-run establishment with great attention to guests, their comfort and needs, as well as the pleasantness of their stay. A surprise in San Teodoro, a bit too colonized by tourism. A corner of paradise that lends itself well to exploring the interior and the enchanting coast. Attention to detail, cleanliness, spaces set up to pamper, wonderful welcome from the Pittorra family, especially Angela who delighted us with her warm and strong hospitality. A special guide for sunny and rainy days! Not to be missed, and indeed we will return!

The quality price ratio is excellent. It is close to the center.

Pleasant stay, good welcome. A place I recommend for those who want to relax and visit the wonders of the coast. The center is reachable on foot.

This structure was a pleasant discovery: thanks to its location, it is a perfect destination to reach the beaches (by car, but also by bicycle or shuttle) as well as the city center (comfortably on foot). Our room was spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The cleaning was excellent as well. For breakfast, guests are given great freedom to choose from many sweet products and fresh drinks (stored in the refrigerator) or hot drinks (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc.), which can be consumed in the room, at the tables outside the room, or in the spacious garden. There is also a kitchen available for all guests to use freely! Inside the structure, there is a convenient parking lot. The real gem is the possibility to stroll through the garden picking and eating the organic fruit (figs, pears, plums, pomegranates, limes...) grown by the host and his family. Delicious! The welcome from the host Stefano was excellent, never intrusive but always available.

Great stay at this property! Very peaceful location, excellent position (10 minutes walk from the center of S. Teodoro but in a quiet area away from the evening hustle and bustle; close to the roads leading to beaches and Olbia airport), accurate room cleaning (frequent change of linen/sheets), admirable courtesy and availability of the manager. Certainly, if we decide to return to this area of Sardinia, we can only choose “Casetta Rosada” again. Another original but highly appreciated aspect, the possibility of picking seasonal fruit (excellent) to take to the beach. A heartfelt thanks to Stefano for his great courtesy, demonstrated availability, and passion in managing this B&B. Recommended!

We stayed 5 days at this property. Excellent location, a stone's throw from the center and close to public transport. Super cozy rooms equipped with all the comforts. The owner, Stefano, was very kind and helpful from the start. Highly recommended place if you want to spend a vacation feeling at home.

We really enjoyed the location, the view from the ground floor room overlooking an orchard made us feel on vacation, relaxed, silent, surrounded by nature. Despite the property being close to the road, we slept well at night, even with the window open. A short walk takes you to good restaurants and the center of San Teodoro, already very crowded during our stay; for us, who already knew the area, the traffic to get to San Teodoro and the search for parking, the location is great, you are in peace and in a few minutes in the village's nightlife and San Teodoro is also chosen for that. The breakfast, with pre-packaged products as required by regulations, is plentiful and varied, sweet and savory, plenty of juices, yogurt, the possibility of making coffee, cappuccino, tea. We will be back, thanks Stefano.

We stayed at this property equipped with all comforts and attention to detail, with impeccable cleaning service. Mrs. Angela is an exceptional person, very attentive and ready to meet the needs of her guests, very kind, made us feel at ease. The location is enchanting, immersed in greenery, surrounded by a fig and pomegranate orchard, equipped with a large outdoor area, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in a pristine natural setting. The structure is located in a central position, a 5-minute walk from the main street. The rooms are very clean and provided with everything necessary. The shared kitchen is always clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking. The garden is spectacular, full of fruit trees, deck chairs, hammock, and swings to relax on. The manager is friendly and always available.

We stayed at this truly wonderful property. We immediately felt at home, which is not taken for granted. We were fortunate to meet Mrs. Angela, an extraordinary, helpful, and down-to-earth woman. Daily room cleaning and towel change midweek. The garden of Casetta Rosada is a true paradise, priceless. Nowadays, it's hard to stay in such a green-immersed property. Until next year! I stayed from 28th June for 4 nights. Extremely well-kept and clean environment both inside and in the huge garden. Quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the center. Very helpful and truly friendly hosts. Impeccable daily cleaning of the rooms. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends. Self-service breakfast with many products and drinks. Thank you very much, Emanuele.

We had a great time at Casetta Rosada, surrounded by greenery yet just a stone's throw from the center. Stefano, the owner, was very kind and pampered us in every way! The room was well furnished and clean, with bed linen and towels changed mid-week. The garden with fruit trees (delicious figs!) was much appreciated, a perfect place to relax and have a drink after returning from the beach. What can I say, once again we left a piece of our hearts in San Teodoro!

Spacious garden with parking 10 minutes from the center, clean rooms kitchen available for anything, kindness of the owner and his wife.

Very beautiful structure, the rooms overlook a wonderful garden, even equipped with a barbecue. Despite the short stay, we really appreciated both the place and the host, Stefano, very kind and very helpful! Optimal location as it is a five-minute walk from the central little square of San Teodoro. I highly recommend it and hope to return in the future, maybe for a longer stay.

We stayed at this property last week as a couple. Fantastic experience! The bed and breakfast is located 10 minutes from the center of San Teodoro, in a meticulously cared for garden where there were trees with fresh and genuine fruit, as well as vegetables, all at our disposal. Everything was delicious, in a quiet and relaxing environment, typical of country life that reminded us of childhood. We loved it. Stefano, the owner, was also very kind because he offered us a local Vermentino exquisite wine and liqueurs of Myrtle and Pomegranate from his own orchards. Not to mention that even though we arrived late in San Teodoro (past midnight), he came to pick us up with his car in town to take us to the property. Very kind! We felt at home, welcomed like never before anywhere in the world, despite being frequent travelers. There are also several things available in the bed and breakfast kitchen: coffee, tea, sugar, honey, etc. and vouchers to have a more complete breakfast at the bar 5 minutes from the property. We couldn't use all the vouchers that Stefano kindly reimbursed us for, very kind. Stefano's family was also very welcoming, including the little dogs that we adored. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for relaxation and tranquility, cleanliness, kindness, and hospitality. Throughout the week, we understood that the Sardinians are truly warm-hearted and very welcoming people. Oh, and the property offers a breathtaking view, with an impressive greenery and mountains in the background. All necessary services are available, including a fridge in the room, very useful for preparing lunch for the beach, the kitchen, the washing machine, drying rack, coffee maker with coffee available. The small tables in the garden amidst the green lawn where you can sip a good coffee while looking at the mountains. In short, a fairy tale! I hope to return soon to visit Stefano and his family, in an idyllic San Teodoro as a city, with a spectacular sea. Rating 10+.

B&B immersed in the greenery at the gates of San Teodoro, we had a great time, the hospitality and cordiality of the manager made us feel comfortable right away. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery but at the same time close to the center. Hot water is produced only by a solar panel, however, it is not sufficient for the three rooms, so we always had to take cold showers. Breakfast is not served at the property but in a bar in the village that is 700m away from the B&B; taking a walk just after waking up under the sun is not very pleasant. The rooms and the kitchen are complete with everything else and the relaxation area in the garden is well equipped. The owner is always available.

Stefano, the owner, waited for me well past midnight (ferry delayed) and welcomed me kindly. Very nice structure with a beautiful garden. Room equipped with everything and extremely clean. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at the B&B in the center of San Teodoro for one night with my boyfriend. The location is great for those like us who wanted to go out and have fun without needing the car! The owners are very kind and equally helpful. The room is very beautiful and very clean. If we were to return to San Teodoro, we will certainly come back here.

The structure is not far from the center, which is within walking distance. The room, tastefully furnished and finely cleaned, was equipped with all the comforts and overlooked the private garden. Excellent reception. I recommend it.

Cozy and clean structure, surrounded by greenery; it's like being at home. The courtesy and kindness of Matu make the difference.

We stayed as a couple at the Casetta Rosada from August 5th to 14th and felt right at home. The Bed & Breakfast is surrounded by a perfectly manicured orchard with gazebos and rocking chairs. Each apartment also has its own veranda with a small table and sunbeds for sunbathing. The room was clean and modern, as well as the bathroom. Inside the garden, you can park your car, very useful for reaching the various beaches. As for the town center, it can be easily reached on foot in less than ten minutes. A special thanks to Mrs. Matu, extremely helpful and attentive to guests' needs, but never intrusive. A beautiful place that stays in the heart!

Strategic location compared to the different destinations for the beaches. Nice garden-orchard with lots of greenery. Unfortunately, the back of the property is very noisy due to the intense passage of vehicles both during the day and at night and due to the passage of those who return to the village from the nearby disco at night. The furnishings need a bit of renovation. Excellent reception.
