Casa Vacanze Cassiopea

Great welcome and great stay.

I stayed for five days at Casa Vacanze Cassiopea in Calasetta. I felt very comfortable, everything I needed was there and it was very clean and well-maintained! I spent a lot of time in the beautiful, protected courtyard. Ornella and Alessandro are very hospitable and helpful. I was very happy to meet them and will gladly come back!

Spacious room,very clean and equipped with every comfort. Mrs. Ornella was helpful and very kind. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

We spent just over a week at Casa Vacanze Cassiopea and had a great time. The North Star room is simple but brand new and equipped with everything, the bed is very comfortable, the electric stove allows you to make coffee and heat up a dish, the air conditioner is perfect (it saved us on scirocco days) and the bathroom is practically another room. Ornella welcomed us with grace and professionalism for a very relaxing stay, highly recommended!

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast which is very quiet, in a great location! The managers are very attentive and helpful! We had a really good time.

We stayed in Casa Vacanze Cassiopea two years ago. We came back! What more can I say? Friendly hosts, attentive to details (nothing is missing, dishes in perfect order), very helpful.

This year we chose to spend our holidays in Sardinia. Upon the recommendation of some friends, we chose Calasetta on the island of Sant'Antioco. Among the various accommodation options, we chose this Bed and Breakfast. From the first phone contact, Mrs. Ornella was very kind and thorough in her responses.\n\nUpon arrival, we were amazed... reality was better than the photos. Upon opening the door facing the street, you enter a clean, tidy courtyard, and despite being a few meters from the center, it was a quiet and relaxing place.\n\nThe rooms are tidy, clean, and tastefully furnished. We stayed in the Papavero room. The B&B offers all the comforts: TV, WiFi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, table and chairs outside, clothesline, refrigerator, microwave, laundry service. We did not have breakfast, as we were given the use of the kitchen. Besides all this, what we appreciated the most was the friendliness, kindness, and availability of Ornella and Alessandro, who did not behave as "owners" but as true friends.

The property is very comfortable with air conditioning and a livable courtyard that protects from the wind (Maestrale) and excessive heat. The proximity to the beaches (Sottotorre and Scogliera near the port) reachable on foot, the easy parking in the street, and the centrality of the property make it easily accessible even without using the car. From the port (5' on foot) depart numerous daily and nightly ferries to Carloforte.

The Courtyard is a fantastic Bed & Breakfast. It is located in the center of the town of Calasetta, from an ancient cobbled street and a small gate you access a spacious and quiet courtyard, with a lemon tree and other plants. Under a beautiful portico you can rest in the shade and enjoy absolute privacy. It is really comfortable after a day at the sea to take an outdoor shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning so that on the hottest days you can sleep peacefully. Ornella and Sandro offer exquisite hospitality. We will definitely come back for the next holidays.

The structure is excellent, in all the aspects mentioned and appreciated. The intrinsic quality, cleanliness, central location, kindness and exquisite availability of the managers. More than good value for money, in our opinion. Next to them, one can remark the remarkable pleasantness of the spacious eponymous courtyard. One suggestion: it would be very pleasant to have an electrical outlet to be able to work on the computer. If there was one, we did not find it. The logistics of the two rooms with their own bathroom is very convenient, fundamental in our choice. We would recommend it and we will certainly recommend it.
