Great potential. Needs updates & cleaning (including courtyard area, not sure if a litter box is an ideal sight, yet it’s always tough to find a hidden and good spot for litter boxes!! Very responsive owner & morning breakfast person.

The place was clean, but very basic, and honestly, it stank like a damp cellar, probably because our two-room apartment was essentially a (converted) damp cellar. We were also expecting a breakfast since the listing clearly states 'breakfast included', but this was definitely not the case. I found this detail strange, so in the morning I asked another guest where breakfast would be served, but she said she didn't receive any breakfast during her stay either. We had to go and pay for pastries ourselves. I found this extremely disappointing as pictures of beautiful pastries were posted on the property profile, which was probably the main reason why I booked here. There weren't even a few coffee pods included with the coffee maker, or a bottle of water in the fridge, nothing. I really don't like giving negative reviews, but in this case, I felt really misled, mainly because all the other reviews (falsely) gave us a very positive impression.

Lei ha prenotato una tariffa senza colazione inclusa, come può vedere dalla sua prenotazione che allego. Glielo avrei mostrato direttamente, se anziché chiedere agli ospiti presenti ne avesse parlato con me, dato che abbiamo parlato al check in e al mattino. Le avrei anche mostrato la sala dove era presente la macchina per prepararsi il caffè e the in autonomia. E, by the way, l'appartamento dove avete soggiornato per una notte, non è una cantina riconvertita. Magari avrei potuto parlarle anche del progetto di ristrutturazione e recupero dell'edificio storico dove ha soggiornato, se me ne avesse dato la possibilità. Cordialmente Valeria

The Wi‑Fi connection did not work for the entire stay. The problem is that the 4G also did not work. The air conditioning did not work on the last night the apartment was occupied. The owner tried to fix it without success. Good breakfast. The owner's daughter is very friendly and helpful.

We had a perfect stay at Casa Saba in Orosei! Sara's welcome was simply exceptional: always smiling, very kind, and speaking perfect French, which greatly facilitates communication. The room was modern, tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. You feel good right away. The location is ideal for enjoying Orosei and its surroundings. Room full of charm combining authenticity and modernity with its superb newly renovated private bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was very plentiful. The entire establishment was full of charm, typical of Sardinia. Valeria and her daughter are charming hosts and welcomed us very well. Not always easy to park close to the accommodation, but other than that everything was perfect. Casa Saba exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it!

Highly recommended. There is nothing to complain about. Accommodation clean and close to the center. Beach in Orosei 6 min. by car. There are much nicer beaches within a 25-minute drive. Good breakfast and very tasty cappuccino. Nice host Valeria and daughter Sarah. Thank you very much.

Excellent location,close to the center and from which you can reach every point of interest in Orosei in a short time. Nice and well-kept property;the Sa Domo rooms also have a small private terrace where you can daydream. Clean rooms of adequate size,bathroom ok;it would have been more convenient to have a bidet instead of the handheld sprayer(which was not used because the shower was clearly more convenient). Very comfortable bed;personally I found the pillow a bit uncomfortable,contrary to my girlfriend who slept like there was no tomorrow,with no issues the next day. Valeria and Sara were very kind and helpful in accommodating us regarding breakfast times(we needed to move the time earlier because of excursions). Good breakfast but with a limited savory selection,excellent choice of breads and handmade pastries. Great value for money. If you're in Orosei and want to visit Casa Saba,you should go. A special greeting to Roberto and Grey 😼.

We spent a wonderful week in Orosei at Valeria's Corte. We were pleasantly impressed by her kindness and hospitality. The Corte is located in the center of Orosei,so very convenient for reaching restaurants and shops. The room was spacious,well-kept and always very clean. We hope to return in the future.

I stayed with my partner at this property for a week and I was very happy, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the location was central and convenient to all the town's amenities, the room was clean and there was parking nearby. If I were to return to Orosei I would definitely come back. Everything was excellent.

There was no feeling created with the manager, rather with him, in a climate of discomfort until the 5th and last day. There was also a misunderstanding regarding a costume left hanging and inexplicably thrown away, even though I contacted the facility the day after my departure to notify them. Patience, but I don't understand why it wasn't set aside, it was obvious that it belonged to a guest who had forgotten it. The breakfast was qualitatively good, but the savory one was a bit limited: 2 people so 2 slices of salami or 1 of salami and one of ham. What a pity!

Casa Saba is a beautiful B&B. It is a courtyard with several rooms, very well maintained. The owner Valeria is very helpful and friendly, not to mention her daughters Sara and Nora who are a treasure. Although they live in the same courtyard, they are not intrusive at all, rather always ready to help. The breakfast is made with typical products, the cakes and biscuits are homemade. If we ever return to Orosei, we will definitely come back here.

Great B&B in Orosei, strategic location to visit the beaches in the area. Breakfast rating 10, with sweet, savory, and lactose-free products that I appreciated very much. Quiet and peaceful B&B and this is a big plus for us! The only downside is the lack of dedicated parking, so sometimes you have to wait for a spot to free up but I assume this is a problem for most B&Bs in Orosei. Overall it has an excellent quality/price ratio.

The welcome from Valeria and Sara represents everything one could wish for in a B&B. The atmosphere inside the family house, renovated in a functional and respectful way to its past, is informal and discreet at the same time. I greatly appreciated being able to have breakfast in a large, shaded internal patio. The breakfast is carefully prepared in every detail and offers local products. I would love to return very soon!

Situated just a few steps from the center of Orosei, the bed and breakfast is very welcoming. The breakfast is very abundant, both sweet and savory. The owner, Valeria, is very kind and helpful; she advised us on what to visit and which of the beautiful beaches we absolutely had to visit. We stayed five days in this beautiful structure. The place is located in a corner of peace with nice spaces for breakfast. Valeria and her daughter are very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean, with air conditioning and everything always in order. Breakfast included sweet, savory, fruit, ricotta, honey, etc. It is a structure where you can relax to the point that we forgot the day we had to check out and almost missed the ship to return. I recommend this structure to everyone and I will definitely return.

The structure is new, and the rooms overlook a delightful internal courtyard where a plentiful and varied breakfast is served in the morning. A special note goes to the delicious pastries that are prepared every day by the owner Valeria. She and her daughter Sara, with their kindness, make you feel at home. Finally, I must say that there is great cleanliness and care throughout the entire structure.

I spent 3 days with my family before reaching our vacation destination. It is a perfect solution for short stays, clean, brand new and with great care and kindness from the owners. It is located on a quiet street near the center of Orosei. There is a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and freezer for making a fresh and quick lunch outside the room and enjoying an aperitif in the courtyard. The structure is very welcoming! A few steps from the center. The rooms are small but equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, and minibar. The breakfast in the courtyard of the structure consists of all homemade items prepared by Valeria, who is very nice and welcoming! She pays attention to details. I recommend this structure.

We stayed at this property during the week of Ferragosto. We had a great time. The courtesy and availability of Mrs. Valeria were incredible, attentive and caring, always ready to meet every request. The B & B is located in the center of the village, it is very convenient to reach all the sites on foot. The beaches are a few minutes away by car. The rooms are simple, but equipped with everything necessary. Some rooms are located outside the main building, not far from the core of the structure. Absolutely recommended for those who want to stay in the center of Orosei.

Positive experience in all aspects, both for the caring welcome - they waited for us until midnight due to the delay of the ferry from Olbia - , and for the breakfast based on homemade local sweets, as well as for the impeccable cleanliness. Casa Saba is located in the historic center of Orosei. It consists of two structures a few meters apart. In Saba there is a courtyard where you can find several rooms and where breakfast is served. In Domo there are other rooms and a covered area with a table, a nice large refrigerator, a microwave, and it is possible to eat but not to cook. The Domo room was spacious with a great bathroom and air conditioning. Breakfast offers cakes or sweets prepared by Valeria every morning, as well as fresh fruit, ricotta, cereals, and also savory dishes upon request. The friendly and smiling Sara, Valeria's daughter, always welcomes you with a smile that predisposes you to have a nice day.

We were hosted by Valeria and Sara, two really hospitable and friendly people. The structure is in the center but very quiet, beautiful the internal space in the courtyard where a plentiful and varied breakfast is served. The rooms are simple and clean, very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. There is no parking but we always found a place for the car nearby. Great value for money. We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Orosei.

The property is located in the center and it's easy to go out for a walk in the evening. The rooms are extremely clean and the bathroom is new and clean. The panoramic terrace is amazing, but the most beautiful thing was the kindness of the host, the welcome given to our dog Lucio, and the breakfast with artisanal products. You couldn't ask for more, it was like a fairy tale. It's a pity we could only stay for one night. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at Casa Saba and preferred it for its tranquility and silence. The rooms are beautiful and well furnished. Top cleanliness, very nice hosts, extraordinary breakfasts to say the least. Street parking, but available in July. Convenient for the evening as it is a stone's throw from the center. Good location to reach the beaches by car.

Cozy structure with a sociable and helpful owner. The room and the bathroom are very clean, spacious, functional, and also equipped with a refrigerator. The breakfast is varied and abundant, with homemade products, and is served in a pleasant internal courtyard. The only drawback is the on-street parking, which may not always be easy.

Even though we only stayed one night, we appreciated Valeria's attention in managing her B&B. The rooms were well-kept, there was tranquility, and the breakfast was good. The location was excellent, among the alleys of Orosei, especially for us who could park the motorcycle nearby. We will definitely go back.

Excellent. Recommended for staying in the Gulf of Orosei. Very central relative to the town, impeccably managed by Mrs. Valeria who is always generous with advice and able to meet our requests. Breakfast is rich and varied, including exquisite cakes made daily. Absolute hygiene, a factor not to be overlooked in the time of covid. A flaw? Being in the historic center, it has no sea view... but what are we talking about? Highly recommended.

I stayed at this property from July 30 to August 4 on a holiday to visit the Ogliastra area, which was unknown to me despite living in Sardinia. The b&b has been completely renovated but retains elements of great charm belonging to Sardinian architecture of the early 1900s. It is strategically located and the bed and breakfast formula with breakfast included allows you to enjoy plenty of genuine products expertly prepared by the hostess. The quality/price ratio is excellent and the precision and kindness of the hostess prompted me to recommend the property without hesitation. I will definitely come back.

The presence of a refrigerator in the room is absolutely appreciated when staying in the summer months. Rich and abundant breakfasts served by the owner, Valeria, a attentive, friendly, and helpful person. The only downside is the lack of private parking. Since the structure is located in the center of Orosei, it is not easy to find nearby parking.

At Casa Saba, there is a welcoming family atmosphere and you feel pampered like at home. Valeria is an excellent host, helpful and attentive. The property is elegant, clean, and equipped with every comfort. It accommodates the 4-legged ones and is family-friendly. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 days but we will be back and I highly recommend it.

Well-kept B&B, with a kind and helpful owner, also offers a breakfast with homemade sweets (but if you prefer savory, just say so!). The location is perfect because it is quiet and a stone's throw from the historic center of Orosei, which is stunning, and offers numerous dining and after-dinner options (including some places for young people). The only downside is not having reserved parking, but since we were there in mid-season, we didn't have any trouble finding street parking. Recommended!

Apart from the initial difficulty in finding the property in the one-way streets in the center, the entrance welcomes you with a spacious and bright patio inside a recently renovated courtyard. The family management immediately makes it clear that there are no doubts about the staff. The clean and spacious rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor, each with a private bathroom equipped with all comforts. The highlight is definitely the breakfast, which is not only abundant but also of excellent quality, with croissants and homemade cakes that change every day. Traveling by motorcycle, parking was in front of the B&B, but there was also the possibility to park inside the covered patio. I recommend the property especially to couples traveling who want to be pampered during their vacation.
