Excellent host, proud of Cagliari and keen for guests to enjoy the city. A little bit away from the city centre, but walkable (even for the over 70s). Great value....why pay more for a hotel if you are going to be outside most of the time? All in all, a very enjoyable and affordable stay. Recommended.

Very comfortable and clean room with private bathroom. It has air conditioning. It is very close to the center, a 20-minute walk away, and has free parking in front. Andrea is super friendly and always available for any need. I recommend it!

I very much appreciated the kindness of the host Mr. Andrea, who was available to provide all kinds of information, suggestions, and advice to make the stay in Cagliari more enjoyable and fruitful. I was impressed by the attention to small details, such as the mosquito repellent kit, the coffee machine in the room, the shower dispensers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Definitely recommendable, also for the excellent value for money.

Great location a few kilometers from the center and, for those who love walking, it is the ideal place to reach the sea, go towards the park. The room is beautiful, clean, and welcoming.

The location was optimal for us with the nearby stop to go to the city center, also reachable on foot, or to go to Poetto beach. The kindness, the host's welcome, and the cleanliness of the room were much appreciated. It's a place I would happily return to.

We stayed at this Guest house in Cagliari in a great location with easy free parking nearby. The host Andrea is super kind and attentive to our needs, and often sends us useful information via SMS about the area and the city. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It is located a few minutes' walk from the center and the port. Poetto beach can be reached in a few minutes by car, but even those traveling without a car will find the bus stop right in front of the property.

The experience with Casa Diaz was really satisfying! The owner, Andrea, was very kind and helpful, full of advice on the surroundings and places to visit in the city, as well as quick and courteous in responding to any questions and requests during the stay. The structure is perfectly connected to the center, and the presence of a large parking lot in front is not a minor detail. In conclusion, an experience to recommend to everyone!

We spent 4 days in this beautiful property, the owner is very kind and always attentive to everything, the location is excellent with a huge parking lot always available. The cleaning is very efficient, breakfast is not included, but the owner has provided a coffee pod machine: a very thoughtful gesture. The only thing, which was not a problem for us, is the presence of a bidet in the bathroom and if you have difficulty walking you might struggle because the rooms are only accessible via stairs, otherwise we were very happy with the wonderful find. Using the holiday bonus was very easy with Mr. Andrea! We highly recommend it. We will definitely return!
