During my short stay in Cagliari, this was the perfect place to stay to feel connected to everything! I was easily able to access all public transportation I wanted to explore the outer parts of the city and get to-and-from the beach as easily as possible. On top of this, Sergio was incredibly helpful and responded to all questions immediately and thoroughly. Even with a language barrier with the housekeeper, she was delightful and showed me the way to where I was staying and allowed me to drop off my luggage before she conducted the cleaning. When I returned, the apartment was spotless and so comfortable, adding to its original charm all the more. This was a perfect experience for my stay in Cagliari, and I look forward to staying at Beni Benius the next time I'm in town!

It is a great place, really clean and well located. I put a low mark to the host because he did not do what he was supposed to do. We had a meeting scheduled or he was supposed to send me the code to get to my room. None of that was done and I have to wait an hour and a half before he showed up. Obviously he has not answered my phone calls and emails... that was really frustrating. So make sure you get the proper information before getting here. Another thing, my room is a very nice room (#5) but it is at the top of the building and the stairs are really steep, be aware if you have a lot of luggage. To sum it all up: nevertheless, I will come back.

Ci sono tanti cartelli che indicano che non si può parcheggiare. Ci sono tanti parcheggi gratuiti ed altri a pagamento, strade dove si può passare ed altre dove non si può passare. Non posso dire dove si può parcheggiare e dove no, per questo ci sono i cartelli che sono uguali in tutto il mondo!

We stayed for one night at Sergio’s place and we were impressed with the location and value! It was maintained spotlessly, and our room had a small balcony with a private outlook. The streets in the area come alive at night with a great street dining vibe that we loved too. Parking in the area is scarce, we had to scout for a space several blocks away.

The property is very well located and well maintained. The host was courteous and prompt in communications (there was an issue with a water service interruption, which was resolved). I definitely recommend it, except for anyone with mobility problems: the apartment I stayed in is on the third floor with no elevator.

Very nice B&B, located on Via Sassari, very convenient if you arrive from the station with luggage but also in the city centre. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the small shared area. I suggest leaving a few bottles of water for guests who arrive hot from their journey, a small thoughtful touch that in other accommodations has pleasantly refreshed us. Recommended accommodation.

The location is unbeatable, just a few meters from the best area of bars and restaurants. The room and the bathroom are renovated, very beautiful. Keep in mind that there are three floors to climb on foot, so it's not ideal if you have a lot of luggage. The only thing I would improve is the bed, which is not very comfortable. But everything else is impeccable! The welcome was very good and the value for money is excellent.

The B&B Beni Benius is located right next to Corso Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main pedestrian areas of Cagliari, 5 minutes from Piazza Matteotti and Via Roma. The property is welcoming and well-kept, the room has a nice double bed and a bathroom, both rooms are minimalistic but comfortable. The only small downside is the lack of shutters to close the windows and make the room dark if you want to sleep a bit longer in the morning.

The photos uploaded on the platform do not correspond to the room I booked. The old spring mattress is very hard and extremely uncomfortable, not to mention the blankets or the type of duvet. The bathroom carved out under the stairs in wood is small, with a sliding door at the entrance to facilitate the little depth of just over a meter. Old fixtures and drafts everywhere, with no curtain but just an old rail waiting. To get there, more than three floors on foot because the room is on the top floor. Overall very disappointing. Personally, I do not recommend it.

Mi dispiace che non abbia controllato prima le foto e la descrizione della camera che aveva scelto lei. Le foto sono state fatte personalmente da me e non da un fotografo professionista proprio per fare in modo che siano il più veritiere possibile. Sono fatte con un normalissimo cellulare. Nella descrizione è chiaramente indicato che quella camera si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore. Il materasso non è a molle ma in latice ed è nuovissimo. Gli infissi sono originali della fine del 1700 ed abbiamo preferito far ristrutturare questi piuttosto che cambiarli con degli anonimi infissi degli anni 2000. Non c'è la tenda perché ci sono gli scurini.

Excellent location for those arriving by ship or train (and therefore also from the airport) and getting around the city and its surroundings with public transport. Large and airy room, clean. Kindness, availability and attentive assistance from the manager and other staff. Recommended! The only downside is that the nights can be noisy due to the proximity of numerous local venues and restaurants.

Great location. However, the value for money was not adequate. The room was clean and as shown in the photos, but there are some things that need to be revised to match the price, which is not cheap, of 75 euros per night (e.g., the shower door opening inwards is not comfortable or safe, and it would have been impossible to use for people larger than us; the air conditioner in the room above ours dripped onto our balcony; the balcony had no chairs or places to sit, the cleaning staff sometimes entered the room, not just ours, without knocking). The owner was kind and helpful. Good self check-in.

Clean rooms, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed. The bathroom is a bit small but everything is new, like the rest of the furnishings, and clean. It's a pity that the rooms don't receive much natural light from the windows, so artificial light is needed. Excellent welcome and check-in. Very central location just a few minutes from the station. I highly recommend it.

Cozy rooms. Breakfast is served at a bar a few steps from Beni Benius. The location is great. Downside: noises from upstairs. Everything else is ok.

The friendliness and availability of the owner combined with the comfort of the structure. Very large room, excellent stay (replicated two days after the first). TV and air conditioning are okay.
