Stefania is a great host, very welcoming and provides all the information you may need for the area, the B&B is very clean and is in a great location close to everything, the breakfast was amazing, would definitely stay again.

We were greeted very kindly by Stefania. She is an affectionate and helpful landlady, always available for her guests. Nice and cozy courtyard for having breakfast and relaxing. Modern and clean room with a fridge. We will come back.

Well-kept and clean B&B, in the center of Villasimius, perfect base to visit the area. Great breakfast in the lovely inner patio. Kindness, availability, and courtesy characterized our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at B&B Il Patio. It is a very clean place and nothing was missing of everything we needed. Every comfort was available and the breakfast was excellent. It is located a few steps from the center and a few minutes by car to reach the most beautiful beaches.\n\nBut what made the difference was Stefania. With her hospitality and advice, she made this holiday even more enjoyable. We will come back soon to visit her.

Let's start with the kindness of Stefania, who takes care of B&B Il Patio down to the smallest details. From breakfast to the rooms, even acting as a guide of the place, she is always there to satisfy the customer. Our room was always clean, with very fragrant towels and all the comforts. The breakfast room was very nice, where we could take what we wanted and then move outside to enjoy a splendid breakfast with delicious products. Everything was perfect, from B&B Il Patio to the center of Villassimius, which is very close to the property.

All 10? Deserves all of them, too bad there's no 11 or a perfect ten. Stefania, who runs the B&B Il Patio, deserves more. She is prepared, kind, available for all guest needs, always smiling and with good advice on where to go (including food). Even outside of hours, she accommodates you in solving your needs. We, on a motorcycle, had a dedicated parking. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent structure, centrally located in Villasimius, my husband and I were welcomed by Stefania who manages this B&B with impeccable care and professionalism, kind, caring, and ready to give advice on visiting the most beautiful beaches in the area and recommendations for lunch or dinner. The breakfast at the B&B is excellent with a wide selection of sweet and savory items. The cakes prepared by her are excellent. Well done, Stefania! We really enjoyed our stay! Everything perfect! Stefania is an exceptional host, knows how to pamper and advise her guests at best, and the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property are a demonstration of how much passion she puts into her work. Pity we only spent two nights... in any case it will be our reference point for a return to Villasimius.

I was pleasantly surprised, clean place in a quiet interior, spacious rooms with air conditioning and minibar with complimentary drinks. I have a big dog and I wanted to see the nearby beaches, unfortunately not dog friendly. The owner made herself available to keep my dog in the afternoon as a courtesy, super cute. In Villasimius you will hardly find better.

The highest ratings are not an exaggeration: the structure is beautiful (try the patio), recent and perfectly maintained (as well as tastefully and gracefully furnished), the location is practically in the center but the soundproofing is so well done that no annoying noises are heard during rest hours, the rooms are spacious and have air conditioning, the breakfast is varied, abundant and of quality with homemade cakes and fresh fruit. But the highlight is Stefania, who will "adopt" you throughout your stay, give you advice and directions, assist you in booking restaurants and various services. The only "issue" is that it doesn't have a private parking, so you have to manage to find parking around there: but this is also an easily solvable issue because there are parking possibilities a few hundred meters away. We were two but some rooms can accommodate more people. Highly recommended to everyone.

Structure a few meters from the center and about 2 km from the nearest beach 'Simius'. Well-maintained rooms and fabulous breakfast. Stefania always available with her advice to spend wonderful days. To come back.

Very comfortable in the city center yet quiet and peaceful. The owner is very attentive to provide advice for exploring the area well. Only downside is the parking. Breakfast with a wide selection but no local products.

We stayed one night in this cozy property, and I was immediately impressed by the room decor. In the morning, we enjoyed a plentiful and excellent breakfast in the charming patio. The manager Stefania was very kind, we immediately felt 'at home' and will definitely return!

The B&B is very nice, great location (center of Villasimius but in a quiet street). Excellent breakfast, large and clean room. \nWe had no problems finding parking in the narrow vicinity of the property in August. \nThe real added value is Stefania, the host, who was really kind and helpful! \nWe can't wait to come back.

What can I say, perhaps the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever seen. Excellent cleanliness, Stefania was more than helpful and very kind, top breakfast. Located in the center of Villasimius, quiet and just a stone's throw from the main street. We hope to come back soon and stay longer.

Lovely B&B right in the center of Villasimius yet in a secluded and quiet corner. The structure is brand new. The owner, Stefania, is very kind, helpful but not intrusive. Excellent cleanliness. Abundant and varied breakfast to be enjoyed in the beautiful patio shared by all rooms, 3 of which are on the first floor. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous B&B managed by a very kind Stefania who never let us down during our days here! The B&B, located in the center of Villasimius, recently renovated and modern, consists of 5 rooms all with separate entrance and bathroom. Every morning Stefania prepares an excellent and rich breakfast with care and attention. The daily cleaning of the rooms is also impeccable. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back!

Perfect place to spend a holiday in Villasimius. 50 meters from the main street which becomes pedestrian in the evening. The landlady Stefania is very kind and attentive to every possible request. Highly recommended!
