B&B Terrazza Bellavista

We really enjoyed our stay at Guisi and Salvatore's place. They were very attentive and discreet at the same time. The homemade cakes with the delicious citrus jams were delightful! Excellent breakfast. The view from the terrace of the large room is breathtaking. The island of San Pietro is definitely worth staying overnight to enjoy its atmosphere at all hours. We spent 2 great evenings in the lively village in the evening. And a 5-minute walk from the B&B Terrazza Bellavista. We highly recommend this address.

Salvatore and Giuseppina are very welcoming and caring. The view from the terrace is magnificent. Breakfast in the garden is a delight.

We spent one night at B&B Terrazza Bellavista. We chose the blue room, the first on the right. It is much smaller than the one next door (we had the option between the two) but we preferred the decoration. There is air conditioning, which was appreciated given the heat. It has a small balcony accessible from the bathroom, but what is really nice is the common terrace and the garden where breakfast is served, both with a magnificent view of Carloforte. Breakfast is quite good, especially compared to what we are used to having in Italy. Salvatore is a lovely host, very welcoming. He speaks French and English.

A wonderful place of peace and relaxation with a superb view over Carloforte. Great location. The owners are very warm-hearted. Great breakfast! We will gladly come back!

The B&B is located in the upper part of the village and enjoys a splendid view. The room where I stayed was well kept and clean. Breakfast is excellent, plentiful and prepared with great care. The hosts, Giuseppina and Salvatore, are attentive people with a friendliness that truly makes a difference. It was a pleasure to stay here and I hope to return soon. Highly recommended.

Property located in the upper part of the village. Our room had a large terrace with a splendid sea view. The room was spacious, bright and quiet, and we also had a kitchen equipped with everything. The hosts Salvatore and Giuseppina pampered us during our stay, making us feel at home and providing all the information we needed. The breakfast served outdoors in their garden with a sea view was really pleasant. And what about the pastries made by the "Pasticcione di casa" (as Giuseppina calls Salvatore!), strictly baked in a wood-fired oven, a real delight. A truly pleasant stay in a human-scale village far from the more famous destinations. Parking in front of the house.

Excellent property and a wonderful welcome.

We spent three days in Carloforte to visit this wonderful island by sea and through the characteristic narrow streets of the town. We stayed at the accommodation of Mr. Salvatore and Mrs. Giuseppina,who gave us affectionate hospitality. We were five,divided into two rooms. The first,La Grotta Azzurra,offered a breathtaking view overlooking the port of Carloforte;the second was intimate and cozy. The place was clean,the rooms comfortable and functional. A special mention goes to the breakfast,abundant and enriched with fresh products prepared on the spot and with fruit picked from the trees in their garden. Thanks to Mrs. Giuseppina,warm and affectionate,and to Mr. Salvatore who served us prickly pears just picked,very sweet. I recommend it.

A very pleasant two-night stay in a location with a spectacular view. The Stella Marina room was spotless and very charming: cared for in every detail. We slept very well and were pampered by the exquisite breakfasts prepared by Salvatore (the jams and freshly baked pastries were excellent).

B&B in a fantastic position overlooking Carloforte from above. The house is located in an area of incredible tranquility. You can reach the center in 5 minutes on foot via a staircase or by car in another 5 minutes. The managers of the B&B are truly fantastic, the breakfast is great with homemade sweets and jams made by Mr. Salvatore, husband of Mrs. Giuseppina, the managers of the B&B.

Everything great. The strengths are the location, the excellent breakfast served on the terrace with seasonal fruits, homemade pastries and jams.\n\nMoreover, the owners, Mr. Salvatore and Giuseppina, show an exceptional friendliness that makes you feel at home.

The place is beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. The terrace of our room was wonderful because it overlooked the sea. Mrs. Giuseppina and Mr. Salvatore are friendly and always ready to fulfill any request. We will come back.

We stayed only one night at the B&B Terrazza Bellavista but we were able to appreciate the kindness of the managers who prepared breakfast on the terrace with a splendid view of the city of Carloforte. Also great the possibility to park the car in front of the property. The city center is really just a few steps away.

Fantastic location with spectacular view. Kind and always available owners. Good breakfast with homemade cakes, cookies, and jams. Suggested a greater attention to daily bathroom cleaning including towel change. We will definitely come back.

Central and welcoming and very clean structure. The managers are very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast! I will recommend it!

The Terrace on the Mediterranean. With a view over the town, the pond with hundreds of flamingos, the sea of Southern Sardinia, and the nearby island of Sant'Antioco. Mr. Salvatore and Mrs. Giuseppina are naturally hospitable and try to make the stay at their little villa in the upper part of Carloforte, next to the walls, as pleasant as possible. Despite being up high, in 5 minutes (timed) you can reach the center through quiet streets or romantic stairs. Breakfast is enhanced by homemade jams (oranges and figs) and fruit and cinnamon cakes and tarts. Seconds and thirds are allowed with a smile. Spacious and bright rooms with heat pump, exclusive bathroom. Very high quality-price ratio. I was there in mid-September 2015 but it's worth returning in every season.

I would say that the B&B Terrazza Bellavista is the most beautiful place in Carloforte, very peaceful, with a stunning view, the owners' welcome is magnificent, the breakfast is delicious, I hope to return soon.

It was a wonderful and unforgettable holiday in a special and unique place. The B&B Terrazza Bellavista is located in the upper part of the city, where characteristic narrow streets and stairways wind below. The structure is wonderful, fortunately adjacent to the historic walls. From the inside, from every point of the house but especially from the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the port and the city with the coming and going of ferries, all spectacular. Truly a beautiful view! You can't ask for a better way to have breakfast every morning in the garden in a magical atmosphere next to a well surrounded by greenery, flowers, and the sound of the first birds singing, with a magnificent view. All very relaxing, a really great start to the day. Breakfast is good, with exquisite homemade organic jams, excellent cakes and biscuits, as well as bread, rusks, and various biscuits. I would have appreciated finding some fruit as well. Drinks are available. Our sea-themed room is beautiful and unique, with a modern bathroom and a lovely small terrace. Unfortunately, the shower with the worn tap gives a painful and annoying sensation, as if the water cuts the skin. Also, the absence of cleaning service in the bathroom throughout the several-day stay was unpleasant, especially since it was indicated as a daily service at the time of booking, along with other declared services that were then found not to be active and were promptly canceled and modified after customers' complaints. We were left with only one roll of toilet paper, which is embarrassing to have to ask for. The transportation service from the port to the B&B was useful, but the vehicle, despite apologies, was very dirty and not suitable for transporting customers and luggage. The availability and kindness at the time of booking were excellent. Courteous reception from the whole family, but unfortunately no receipt was issued. A holiday full of emotions to remember.

Beautiful location under the castle of Carloforte, beautiful structure with the terrace overlooking Carloforte and a stone's throw from the center. The owners are nice and polite. I definitely recommend it.

Comfortable environment, quiet structure outside the center but reachable in a few minutes. Very nice managers, excellent breakfast, jams really homemade by Mrs. Giuseppina, pastries from her daughter. Highly recommended, there is no television but we did not miss it.

The location is perfect, practically in the center, but away from the chaos. One of the few parking spaces available in the village. The owners are very nice; if you arrive without a car, they will pick you up at the ferry and then take you back at departure. The rooms all have the convenience of a private bathroom, well maintained. Absolutely recommended.

We spent four days at the B&B Terrazza Bellavista, which enjoys a fabulous location in Carloforte and its beaches. We were spoiled with figs, jams, and homemade sweets by Salvatore and Giuseppina, who delighted us with information about Carloforte and its life.

How can we forget the courtesy and availability of Giuseppina and Salvatore, attentive and caring hosts who made our vacation pleasant and relaxing by offering us information on the beautiful places to visit and the typical dishes to taste. And how can we forget the delightful breakfasts with the figs that Salvatore provided every morning and those cakes and jams that we could enjoy in that lovely little garden with our eyes filled with the blue of the sea that was in front of us? There could not be a more fitting name than "B&B Terrazza Bellavista"! It is definitely a place that we feel we can recommend for anyone wanting to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation. Thank you to Giuseppina and Salvatore and we hope to return soon.

A cheerful garden offers us coolness on a hot day in July. Salvatore welcomes us and we go up to our room which, although not very spacious, is comfortable, equipped with excellent services and especially cool at night even without the air conditioning which is available. But the real pleasant surprise is found at breakfast when we have the pleasure of tasting wonderful figs just picked from the tree, exquisite cakes and homemade jams and, especially for us from Genoa, "fugassa" which Salvatore very kindly made sure to provide for us every morning. Thank you to "Cicerone" Salvatore who guided us to the places and restaurants of Carloforte and thank you to Giuseppina whose friendliness made us feel always at ease.

One night with a friend. The place is nice. Perhaps the taste of the furniture and the rooms is a bit questionable (too many marine stars and shells, but after all, we are by the sea!). Certainly simple and very clean. Mrs. Giuseppina and Mr. Salvatore are smiling, friendly, and helpful (they came to pick us up at the port!). The breakfast is excellent (the figs picked from the tree will remain in my memories!). The terrace is beautiful. Great advice on how to get around San Pietro. Go there!
