The entire accommodation is very tidy, clean, modern and new, very nice and spacious rooms. The bathroom is very nice. It smells nice everywhere. The owner Fabio is very helpful and always available. I highly recommend it. If we return to Sardinia, we will book this accommodation again. Rating 10+.

Fresh and vibrant place to enjoy your stay in Cagliari. Just like the beautiful beaches of the region, Fabio has created this lovely place that makes you feel good the moment you step in. The extremely functional space is well equipped with the essentials you might need, in the kitchen, rooms, and the bathroom. Breakfast is just the icing on the cake, with a neatly presented table for the perfect morning. The patio allows you to enjoy the nice weather for your coffee or meal. Some really beautiful beaches nearby with a few minutes' drive. Big thanks to Fabio for creating this wonderful place. The beaches outside the city are best accessible with personal transport, although there is a really big one right in the city.

The property is new, clean and comfortable. The host is kind and very helpful with everything. He lives on the premises and is therefore available for any need. He also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations.

New and clean structure, Italian breakfast with brioche, cake, bread, jam, fruit, yogurt, cookies, and coffee. Fabio, very kind and helpful owner. Strategic location of the host to reach the beaches of southern Sardinia.

It was the third time I returned to Le Tre Nasse B&B and it will be my reference structure every time I want to return to Cagliari. Fabio proves to be an increasingly discreet and extremely kind person towards his guests. The area is quiet and there is always parking available.

Everything perfect.

We stayed 5 nights at 'Le Tre Nasse B&B', managed by Fabio. Very clean, brand new, shabby chic decor, spacious room with private bathroom, very quiet area near the sea. The kitchen is shared, there is everything you need to prepare anything, kettle, coffee pod machine, there is a fridge with fruit juices, milk, and you can also put your own things inside. Numeric entrance code for gate and armored door. Free parking in front of the location. Outdoor terrace with sitting area. We had a great time and Fabio was available for any needs. Recommended.

We had a great time. Very clean, new, functional, modern structure, equipped with many comforts. Breakfast always well-organized and excellent. The owners are available and very kind. Very quiet place. I recommend spending a few days here!

Tactical to visit Cagliari and the coast, Fabio is young and very helpful. The rooms are new, well furnished, and spotless. The stay was comfortable.

It is a brand new structure run by two young people who have passion and truly deserve a lot of admiration. Attentive and eager to do well and improve everything in the name of hospitality.
