As B&B Villa delle Rose is a non-commercial accommodation facility, and in compliance with regional regulations prohibiting the preparation and serving of handled food, all breakfast products are individually packaged, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety. To guarantee maximum freshness and quality, supplies are purchased daily and stock is continuously replenished according to guest occupancy. Guests with allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements are kindly requested to inform us before arrival. We will do our best to accommodate requests within the limits permitted by current regulations. Wow! What an incredible stay at B&B Villa delle Rose. My daughters and I were visiting from the US, and we stayed here a few nights with some relatives who live in Sardinia. We all wished we could have stayed longer. The highlight was definitely our host, Tonino, who was so kind, hilarious, and treated us like family. An absolute angel. The entire property was stunning and well cared for, very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were perfect - super clean, with comfy beds and air conditioning. Amazing beaches like Lu Impostu and La Cinta are just a short drive away. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. Tonino seriously catered to our every need. You could not find a better host or a better place to stay. We will be back for sure.

The host is incredibly hospitable and solution-oriented. The villa is in perfect condition both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful, clean rooms and well-maintained bathroom facilities. A lovely pool and terrace area with sun loungers and bath towels. From the villa, there are the most stunning views of the sea and the mountains.

A stay absolutely perfect at Villa delle Rose! Our host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always attentive to our needs. The room was spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable, a real pleasure to rest in after our days of exploring. The pool with a sea view is simply superb for relaxing. The location is ideal: close to the paradisiacal beaches. A big thank you to Tonino and the housekeeper. We recommend this B&B to anyone looking for comfort, warm hospitality and an idyllic setting in Sardinia.

We felt very comfortable here. All our wishes were fulfilled. Antonio and his colleague are so warm and welcoming. The view is wonderful and the whole house, including the garden, is very clean and well maintained. We had a lovely holiday. Thanks to Antonio.

We stayed at this splendid property for three days and our experience was excellent. Our host Tonino was a fantastic host, very kind and helpful, and made sure that throughout our stay we felt comfortable and welcome. The property is very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything needed to spend a pleasant and worry-free holiday. A great advantage is the available parking, the tasty breakfast and the ideal location to explore this part of Sardinia. We particularly appreciated the pool, available throughout the day, and the surrounding area where it is possible to relax after excursions or a day spent at the beach. Overall, a splendid property that we highly recommend and where we would happily return.

Good morning. Excellent B&B, clean, tidy and elegant. Food excellent and fresh. The manager, Mr. Antonio, is exceptional and helpful in every way. Service at the top. Highly recommended, 100%. This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It has become my go-to place when I visit the Malamurì, Budoni, San Teodoro and Olbia area.

Review B&B Villa delle Rose – Budoni. We had a really great stay at B&B Villa delle Rose, from August 8 to 16. Tonino, the manager, was very kind and always available, as were the cleaning ladies. The property is welcoming and well maintained, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is Italian style, with pastries, coffee and juices: good and plentiful, although we, being used to eating savory in the morning, found it a bit limited in that regard, but nothing irreparable. The location is convenient: it is about 1 km from the center of Budoni and 10 km from San Teodoro, ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the beaches. That said, the experience was super positive in every aspect. Highly recommended.

Great stay. First of all, a warm greeting and thanks to the very kind and helpful owner who welcomed us with a smile, a few words and a cup of coffee (and gave me a beautiful yellow rose on the morning of our departure). The property is in a privileged location with a splendid view of the sea, a nice pool, convenient parking, and an infinity of roses. Our "Ancora" room was spacious and comfortable, very clean, with a lovely terrace and direct access to the pool. The hot tub was much appreciated. It is worth noting that we found two bottles of water in the room fridge, a form of attention and courtesy that we missed during an 8-day stay in three and four-star hotels. Absolutely recommendable.

Great location, just a short distance from the sea, reserved parking inside the villa, beautiful view, gorgeous pool (which we didn't use due to the little time we had available). Spacious and very clean room. We stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi hot tub, fantastic, just what we needed after a tiring day. Tonino, the owner, is very kind and super helpful. If you pass through the area, you can book with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.

After reading the various reviews, I find it repetitive to make other considerations and superlative descriptions to describe the stay in this establishment. We benefited from the privacy, panoramic views, and the beauty of this structure, which we highly recommend to anyone looking for tranquility. The villa is monitored by external cameras, and the owner, Antonio, is always present, with absolute availability. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect. The location of the villa allowed us to be just a few minutes by car from the city center, restaurants, and bars. Seven days of absolute relaxation and carefree. Thank you, Antonio.

I just left this very nice B&B. The owner Tonino is welcoming and helpful, it feels like being at home. Good room cleaning and breakfast as well. If I go back to Budoni, I would definitely come back here. The pool is also very nice. I recommend it.

First of all, we would like to thank Tonio. Talking about B&B Villa delle Rose means talking about Tonio, his availability, his generosity, and above all his charisma and dedication to the guests. Even though we didn't spend the whole day at the property, the short time we spent there was very satisfying. From the details with which the place was designed to the pleasant chats with Tonio, everything added up to a great experience. We felt at home. We rated everything a ten because it truly deserves it. Rooms, breakfast, garden, pool, vegetable garden. And what about the fantastic view from the terrace, it's truly wonderful. We definitely recommend B&B Villa delle Rose with enthusiasm. We are sure we will return.
