Host Michele was very organized to confirm my arrival time in advance so that he can make sure he is present there and not let guest to wait for the door to be opened. When I ring the front door bell he saw I'm carrying a lot of luggage and he was kind enough to come down to the entrance and offered hand to help. Not every host do this based on my experience. He explained a lot about the neighborhood and where to go, etc. Room and common area are very clean and well maintained. Felt like staying in my own apartment, it was so cozy and hard to leave. Location is the best, a few minutes walk from the train station and central area. There is a supermarket nearby as well. But what makes this B&B the great place is still the host Michele and his personality!

OK to arrive or depart, not for a stay, especially in summer. The value for money is not good: over 90€ without breakfast is exaggerated even in Cagliari where everything is a bit overpriced. The convenience of the location near the train stations and the center, and Michele's welcoming smile do not make up for the lack of charm of the place. The building is not soundproof at all, the lighting is insufficient for reading, giving it an austere and even gloomy feel. Avoid the room without a balcony (n°1?) because you can't dry towels there (only one bathroom hook). You roast in the afternoon, air conditioning is essential even if you hate it: the blind doesn't work, the curtain doesn't protect from anything, and the large (not very clean) windows turn the room into a sauna. Let's add that the breakfast not included was a surprise. And finally, the tourist tax is more expensive than three streets away.

A great choice, very centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the train/bus station. The room is new, very clean with AC, TV, wireless connection, and balcony. Very affordable. Michele was a friendly and very helpful person. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Michele was very helpful, always responding quickly both on WhatsApp and via email. On the day of departure, our flight was in the evening and he gave us the chance to leave our luggage. The room is comfortable and clean. It is located 5 minutes away from the train and bus station. It is a 10-minute walk from the center.

Very close to the city center. The manager is very hospitable. Great cleanliness. They accept pets and that's definitely a plus. We had a great time and, without a doubt, we will come back if the opportunity arises.

Perfect cleanliness, flexibility of arrival at any time and excellent point of reference for holidays, work stops or just passing through. A stone's throw from the center, the port, the bus station and the train station, literally 5 minutes walk if not less! Well-equipped with public transport this accommodation is ideal for those who want to stay in Cagliari in relaxation and without stress. The service is 5 stars, Michele is very kind and super helpful. I definitely recommend it, the best in the sector.

The structure is welcoming, clean, comfortable, and meets every traveler's need. Michele is a lovely person, kind, caring, generous with valuable information, very helpful, precise, and last but not least, an animal lover which makes the stay perfect for those accompanied by a four-legged friend. The B&B's location is optimal for transportation, close to the FS station, ARST, and numerous local bus stops, allowing for easy and immediate movements throughout the city. I stayed one night at the B&B Un Letto a Casteddu because I was in Cagliari for a concert. Very central location on Viale Trieste, a few minutes walk from the center and, in my case, very convenient to reach the Mediateca del Mediterraneo and the Fabrik, which are a few hundred meters away. Michele was professional and very helpful, I found the room very comfortable and in impeccable condition. I did not have breakfast because I left very early the next day, but I hope to have a new opportunity to do so soon. In summary: comfortable, very central, clean and with a very helpful owner. Recommended!
