The room was clean. The toilet dirty and the siphon completely clogged with hair and soap remnants. Therefore, the water did not drain. The mattress was a disaster as it formed a hollow in the middle. The reception was friendly. The lady made an effort, gave us directions to Cagliari. The historic center is still easily reachable on foot. It was okay for one night.

Exceptional place, clean in a strategic location. Not to mention the magnificent hospitality! I can only give a 10 to this beautiful establishment in the center of Cagliari.

The room is clean and welcoming. However, there are some issues regarding the services offered. More than a Bed & Breakfast, it seems to be a guesthouse. There is no possibility to leave the luggage beyond the allowed time, nor to change upon arrival. \n\nMoreover, breakfast is consumed in the room with croissants sealed in a plastic bag. Lastly, the host responds slowly or does not respond at all to initial messages requesting information.

Buongiorno, le critiche sono ben accette se costruttive e veritiere. Noi diamo sempre la possibilità ai ns ospiti di lasciare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Nel suo caso ci siano resi disponibili a farle lasciare i bagagli alle 10.30 nonostante il check in sia fissato alle 15 e mi pare normale che essendo il check out alle 10.00 la stanza non fosse ancora pronta. Alla vs partenza è stato richiesto se avevate necessità e avete risposto in modo negativo, peraltro ho dovuto sempre interfacciarmi con la sua amica in quanto lei non ha risposto ai miei messaggi. Ammetto che nel suo caso non ho risposto tempestivamente alla richiesta di informazioni ma qualora ci fossero state urgenze aveva comunque un numero da contattare telefonicamente. Facciamo inoltre presente che la tipologia di colazione e la modalità di esecuzione sono ben specificate sul sito sul quale lei ha prenotato quindi la invito la prossima volta a non soffermarsi solo sul prezzo ma a leggere tutte le caratteristiche della struttura nel quale prenota.

An excellent room to explore the city. The room is cute and spacious, perfectly clean. The place is right in the center and you can reach all the center by foot.

Spacious, modern, and very clean room. The owner, Stefania, was extremely kind, welcomed us, and met our needs. Excellent location for visiting the most important sites.
