For an overnight stay ideal for transit. Very friendly hosts, unfortunately communication difficulties as only Italian was spoken. The air conditioning in combination with the ceiling fan was great. The television is inconveniently mounted on the wall. The bedside lamps with bright white LEDs are somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was pico bello.\n\nConclusion: For ONE night always gladly again.

We had a great time during the 10 days just passed, excellent location to visit all the beaches in the surroundings... both towards San Teodoro and towards Orosei. Federico always kind and super hospitable.

Beautiful experience. The rooms are very clean, the highlight of the structure along with the friendliness of the managers. Nearby beaches, historical centers, and cultural sites are just a short distance away. A car is useful. Parking is okay. There are many places to eat well nearby. Recommended.

Very positive experience. Federico, the owner, welcomed us warmly and professionally, making our stay very pleasant. The structure is clean and equipped with all the comforts. The breakfasts are very good. Thanks to Federico's advice, we discovered wonderful places. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to experience an authentic and relaxing stay in Sardinia.

Great B&B Il Pepe Rosa with all the comforts: air conditioning, wifi, etc. Quiet on a private road. Beaches nearby just a few minutes drive.

Structure located in the center of the village, in the lower and flat part of the village (to visit), close to bars, small shops, and restaurants. Quiet area, on a closed street with space for parking. A 10-minute drive from the nearest beaches, on the main road that leads everywhere. The host is available, if possible, he allows you to put ice packs in the kitchen freezer to use later on the beach, as some rooms have a simple fridge. Sweet but varied breakfast with fruit, yogurt, cereals, nutella, juices, brioches, etc. Perhaps some tourists would prefer something salty, but for the excellent value for money, I would say it's sufficient like this. Daily cleaning with bathroom kit, towel and sheet change. Air conditioning, hairdryer, and TV.

We had a great time from the beginning, excellent welcome from the owner who is very kind and always available. Rooms really very clean and tidy, nothing is missing. Quiet area from which you can reach many places quickly and comfortably, very convenient parking on the street. Abundant and good Italian breakfast.

We stayed the third week of August in a cozy and well-furnished double room, my friend and I, and we were really satisfied! The B&B Il Pepe Rosa is located in a strategic position, not far from the sea and a few kilometers from other cities. Saverio, the owner, was really hospitable and immediately ready to solve any problem. The quality-price ratio is really excellent. I highly recommend it for those who want to spend a holiday in a familiar environment and in an area really convenient to move around and enjoy this part of Sardinia.

Sergio, Debora, Edoardo. Very welcoming structure. Extremely clean, always seems new, well-equipped, very close to the best beaches. Owners are very friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful. Breakfast caters to all tastes and pays great attention to the needs of even the little ones. We needed to unwind from work and they waited for us until 23:00 to allow us to spend a relaxing and long weekend starting from Friday. See you soon. Thank you from the heart.
