"Antica Residenza Marina Di Castello" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, elegant design with attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style.

Our guests will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets, be amazed by the work of our artisans, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, explore cultural events and exhibitions, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.

Getting around
The location makes our facility ideal for shopping in our local Christmas market, perfect for transfers to the nearby railway station 'Stazione Cagliari'.

Breakfast on request can be sweet or salty and in each moment during the morning, flexible is the magic sound words in holiday ! Creamy cappuccino, coffee, tea for every taste, yogurt, fruit, juice varied. Bread, toast, butter and jam, honey Sardo, ham, Dolce Sardo, in addition to the typical Sardinian sweets are an example of breakfast. With the aim to satisfy every palate, typically for medium or long stays we adapt to those that are the tastes of our customers who are the protagonists of the B & B, offering for example the delicious bacon and eggs.

A lovely B&B in the city centre, amazing view from the roof top terrace, good breakfast at the rooftop, enthusiastic host. Parking in front of the accommodation (not free).

The location near so many excellent restaurants is fantastic, and it's a pleasant walk (if uphill) to most sites. Very near the train station and cheap public buses if you're not in the mood to walk uphill. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the harbor one way, and the castello district on the other side. There are kitchen facilities and the owners live on premises, so it is homey, beautiful and comforting. Everything well considered and designed.

This was a very disappointing experience. The entrance to this B&B is through a filthy elevator that was actually scary to ride. None of the hallways leading up the floor flights were well lit and the top floor where this B&B is located had no lights at all. The B&B on the inside is charming and in a good location, but the photos online are very deceptive as the place is unattended and in much need of upgrading on the top balcony where breakfast is served. We feel you should remove this property. The girls in attendance were very sweet and helpful, but we never saw the owner or manager, cereal was stale, breakfast tables were rickety, and there was very little preparation for fresh juice, etc. Only good part of the breakfasts was the hot scrambled eggs. We had to ask for bowls, milk, butter, and juice. This was probably a very nice place at one time, but the rooms are small and the lighting very poor, especially in the bathroom. Plants are all dead on the balcony. Not a very good way to start our visit to Sardinia.

Had a wonderful stay at the Antica Residenza Marina di Castello, beautiful comfortable rooms (our group had all 4 rooms). Sabrina and her staff are so helpful. Would recommend staying here, the location is so central and the rooftop terrace for breakfast is the best.

This is a perfect place to stay in Cagliari. The rooms are very stylish, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet at night so we slept really well. The roof terrace is spectacular, a wonderful place to sit out. Sabrina was a very friendly and helpful hostess.

Ideally located establishment when you do not want to rent a car: train station at 600m, city buses and bus station with ticket purchase at 200m, in the heart of the lively city center with shops and restaurants.\nVery nice room that perfectly met our request (2 single beds) and very clean.\nWelcoming, helpful and always available staff to answer all our requests! A big thank you to Sabryna for her responsiveness and the time spent answering all our questions.\nWe loved our 3 days in Cagliari and will definitely come back!

The accommodation was perfect. Sabryna is a very nice and kind host, the location of the B&B is excellent, right on Via Roma, yet very quiet as the rooms do not face the street. Fantastic rooftop terrace, very nice people. Kitchen available for use. Highly recommended.

We had a great time! Sabrina is a wonderful and sunny person and treated us as if we were family. The location is perfect for visiting Cagliari and is close to all means of transport. Cozy and very clean rooms and a spectacular terrace. We will definitely come back.

Very central and convenient location. Welcoming structure, Sabrina is very kind and "pampers" you. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Excellent breakfast, especially when possible, to be enjoyed on the terrace with a beautiful sea view. Definitely highly recommended.

Nothing can be said about this establishment except for positive things. As soon as you enter, you feel an air of cleanliness, serenity, and tranquility. The welcome is truly beautiful with all the necessary information. Mrs. Sabrina is a sunny person, radiating positive energy from every pore, extremely available, kind, and attentive to the guests. I have never found such availability in my experience with accommodations. The staff is simple, discreet, and well-prepared. Definitely a high-level B&B.
