Anania

The owners are fantastic and friendly people. They suggested some very nice places to eat. The accommodation is extremely clean, we always found a parking space in front of the building. The area is safe and quiet (one-way street), not far from the centre (15-20 minutes on foot, although there is a bus that stops very close), Spar shop is in the vicinity as well as the petrol station. We enjoyed our stay at their place. Water, coffee capsules and biscuits were provided, which was a nice touch. We highly recommend this place.

We have stayed in this place only for 1 night, but we have enjoyed it so much. Giorgio and Nicoletta are a very nice, helpful and kind couple. When we arrived, they showed us and explained everything (even how we can get to the city centre, where the best restaurants are and where we can find the nearest supermarket). Our room was furnished simply, but nicely. Everything was clean and made a great impression. The small minus was only the breakfast which was not served in the house, but a few minutes walking in the cafeteria and you could choose only 1 piece of the croissant or pizzeta and coffee / tea with the juice. It would also be good if there were a fridge for all guests in the hall where they can put some food (there was only one in the second room which was occupied by other guests). But everything else was perfect - I can only recommend it.

We spent three nights at the B&B Anania and it was very pleasant. Giorgio and Nicoletta are really lovely and welcomed us very warmly. They took the time to show us around the city and explain how to get around using public transport to discover Cagliari. Always available for information. The rooms are pleasant and air-conditioned. The bathroom is clean with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room or at a nearby café. Thanks to Giorgio and Nicoletta who made our stay in Cagliari very enjoyable.

Super nice hosts, who warmly welcome you upon arrival and are always available for questions. The location is also great, in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and everything is quickly reachable by bus. There is also a supermarket available. It was a very, very nice stay, for which I want to thank the extremely nice host couple again.

It is always a pleasure to stay in Giorgio and Nicoletta's house, kind, 'human', smiling and very helpful people. The studio is cozy, simple but equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable bed, perfect bathroom. The structure is quiet and in a good position to reach the city center on foot as well. Our stay was excellent! Cagliari and the people of Cagliari, huge love. First time in Sardinia, a trip decided suddenly, not knowing the area well we had imagined having to rent a car to explore the wonders that Sardinia offers, we were wrong. Cagliari enchanted us, a city organized with efficient buses, scooters and bikes to rent, often free for the first 15 minutes and they take you everywhere. A city full of parks where you can spend moments of relaxation and enjoy magnificent views after a short walk up to the panoramic points in Monte Urpinu park, Monte Claro park, Bastione di Saint Remi, all the promontory that from Sant'Elia beach leads up to the lighthouse and the anti-aircraft tower with a wonderful panorama over the cliff between the Grotta delle Ostriche and Calamosca. We visited the wonderful public gardens near the bastion, the Villanova and Marina districts, rich in small squares and clubs, we wandered in the covered market where you can breathe and experience humanity and scents and find excellent products, stuff to organize a truck to transport them home. We enjoyed the sea of Calamosca, Sant'Elia, and the magnificent Poetto, a 7km beach in the city with clear sea. Poetto alternates a private beach with a free beach, for the entire stretch of beach, as said 7km, with all services, very clean. All enhanced by the human beauty of the CAGLIARITANI, wonderful people, when you read about "people who have the sun and a smile in their eyes" I will always think of them, wonderful, friendly, always available and with a real smile that can be perceived in their gazes, authentic well-being is breathed. Giorgio and Nicoletta exactly reflect all this, people who make you fall in love not only with the holiday but also with the people, a rare thing today. Very helpful, moreover Giorgio is a cycling enthusiast, he will recommend bike rides and excursions to discover the infinite beauties of Cagliari. The structure is welcoming, organized, located in a beautiful residential area 1km from the city center, reachable on foot in 15/20 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes, absolute peace to rest after long days at the sea, in the city or in the parks. For every need, Giorgio and Nicoletta are always ready and with the typical sun in their eyes. This experience in Cagliari put me in difficulty, if you manage to live and fully grasp the beauty and well-being of living in this city, you risk questioning the work and the city in which you live thinking about Cagliari and the Cagliaritani. I stayed at this property in July 2018, on the first floor of a small, quiet condominium located about a 30-minute walk from the center in a peaceful area 300 meters from the bus/metro stop with the possibility to park your car nearby and where there is also a large supermarket. The double room assigned to us was equipped with a two-door wardrobe, 2 chairs, and a large table with drawers, with a small balcony. The bathroom with a shower - not windowed - was equipped with recent sanitary fittings. The environment appeared essential but clean and tidy. Change of linen scheduled after about 3 days. A kettle for tea/coffee, beach towels, and umbrella are provided. The owners proved to be kind and caring people, always very helpful towards guests' requests. Overall, a valid offer and a reasonable price. I would return without any problems.

B&B Anania - We found it by chance, we got in touch with Giorgio, a very kind person whom we thank for his hospitality and availability. A quiet place from which we moved to different points of the city with extreme ease. The room, a double room with en suite bathroom, was spacious and clean. Great advice from Giorgio for the pizzeria.

We stayed at the property for three nights. It is a quiet place, well served by public transport. The owners are kind, affable, and very helpful. We had a great time, so much so that we recommend it to our daughter for her next stay in Cagliari. Although not prohibited, the smell of cigarette smoke that can be perceived upon entering the B&B may be somewhat unpleasant.

Great structure, recently renovated and tastefully furnished. Among the countless comforts, we really appreciated the possibility of using the kitchen and the microwave. We stayed with 7 people booking the entire apartment. The owners were very kind and extremely helpful, super highly recommended. See you soon.

The B&B Anania is a very welcoming accommodation. It has well-furnished, modern rooms equipped with every comfort: wifi, heating, TV as well as an excellent breakfast. I stayed at Casa Anania during the Christmas holidays and I had a great time. The desk and the bed I found in the room were very comfortable; as well as the medium/large TV on the wall. Free Wi-Fi connection; varied and abundant breakfast, offering a choice of excellent products. The owners, Giorgio and Nicoletta, are exquisite people, hospitable and always attentive to making the stay pleasant. Also very convenient the transfer to/from Elmas airport. I really felt at home. I will come back and I can only recommend it to everyone. My overall rating is 10.

Excellent and quiet location in the city (well served by public transport and a stone's throw from a very convenient market). Extreme kindness, discretion, and courtesy of the owners. Very clean. No negative notes, I recommend it!

I stayed just one night in passing. I chose the Anania hotel precisely because from the photos I saw it seemed very clean, tidy, and also cute. I was not mistaken, I opted for room number 1. The room is spacious, the bathroom very nice and super equipped, as well as extremely clean and welcoming. The location is quite central, very close to Via Dante. The staff is very kind, very helpful and willing. I highly recommend it. The only thing that seemed strange to me is that, despite the abundant breakfast, it was self-service. However, nothing to say, we were really good. It deserves a 10. Congratulations!

We had a great time, nice, clean place in a very quiet area. Recommended for a romantic getaway, while if you wanted to visit the city it's a bit far from the center (even though Cagliari is not San Francisco) but we fit into the first case. The managers are very kind and helpful. I recommend it.

We opted for the 'Third Environment', namely the studio with adjacent kitchenette and exclusive external bathroom. Environment equipped with every comfort exactly as described on the website: kitchenette, very bright and separated by curtains from the rest of the environment. Small but nice and comfortable bathroom. The location is very quiet and did not give us any parking problems; it is also well served by public transport and it is still possible to reach the center with a nice walk. We had a very good time and we want to thank the very kind and always available owners again.
