Clean room with all the necessary equipment, cozy, nice location - not crowded and 15 minutes away from the center, the host always helped us with useful tips, she even gave us rags & umbrella for visiting beaches.

So pleasant to deal with!\n\nWe did lots of walking as the property was about half an hour from amenities but the room was very comfortable to stay in after our busy days. Would recommend!

Hello, I don't have much to say, everything is perfect, the only off note if it can be called that is that I was aware the room is on the third floor without an elevator. Anyway, a bit of exercise doesn't hurt.

Two couples of friends with adjoining rooms. Optimal location because in a few minutes you can reach the center and you can park the car without getting lost in the search for parking spaces. Rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need. The welcome and availability of those who received us were truly commendable. I recommend it.

Congratulations to the managers of this property, a stay where we felt at home. Nearby there are shops, bars, restaurants and it is a 20-minute walk from the historic center of Alghero. Breakfast is not provided, but the owners offered us snacks and drinks. Very helpful with advice regarding beaches, restaurants, and bars. Excellent vacation, recommended 1000%!

The room was practically new, equipped with a coffee machine, teapot, and some sweets. There was a wardrobe to store clothes, two luggage stands, a TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable terrace equipped with a drying rack. In the bathroom, there were a large shower towel, face and bidet towels, shower mat, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap in large format. The room was cleaned very well every day. The staff was all very kind, welcoming, and helpful in finding solutions to every request. They were always ready to give advice on how to get around, where to eat, and where to have great experiences. The property is located a 10/15-minute walk from the historic center, so it remains in a quiet area for sleeping. Nearby you will find shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, pizzerias - in short, you will find everything you need in the surroundings. Very close by is also the bus stop that takes you to the beaches. The room we stayed in was on the third floor without an elevator. It was not a problem for us, but it could be for someone. Therefore, before giving up, I recommend trying to contact the property. Surely Stefano and Marta, super kind and helpful, will strive to find a convenient solution for both. They have another property a little further ahead, where it was possible to leave our luggage in storage and freshen up. We thank all the staff and Alghero who made our mini vacation superb.
