Room and bathroom very spacious, renovated and very easy access system, staircase is shared with another room. Breakfast with pastries, coffee machine etc. I found some hairs in the bathroom, but the cleanliness is quite good. It is close to the airport, but getting to Cagliari without a car is a bit tricky.

Very clean and well-organized room. Perfect management, precise and quick responses from the contacts. I recommend.

Room curated in detail, large bathroom with spacious shower, kettle for tea and coffee with respective bags and capsules, welcome biscuits and candies. Really nice gestures, congratulations!

This bed and breakfast is brand new, comfortable and tastefully decorated. In the bathroom, large and extremely clean, there is a spacious shower, although the courtesy set was missing which would have avoided unpacking the luggage. However, the lady is extremely kind and helpful, and the self check-in/out is priceless. The breakfast, convenient because in the room, is suitable for those who prefer sweet breakfasts. It's a place I would come back to.

We stayed one night at the property for the convenience of its location near the airport. We were really satisfied with the choice made, the room was clean and equipped with every comfort, the helpful staff provided us with all the necessary information. Even though we chose not to have breakfast, we were offered biscuits and coffee. I highly recommend it.

Stayed for work, excellent location near the airport, well-kept and comfortable premises, good reception as well, also a great pizzeria nearby that turned out to be useful, experience to be repeated.

The landlady was impeccable. Punctual and kind. Upon my arrival, she asked what I would have liked for breakfast the following morning, to make me find something pleasant, and so it was. The room is pleasant, spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet.
