The Italian style breakfast on the panoramic terrace of A View on Cagliari, heated and closed with windows in winter, is a feast for the eyes and the palate. The amazing view of the sea and the Poetto beach, with the wonderful colours of the morning, frame the fresh and genuine products that we prepare for our guests. A stage with the typical local pizza, the freshly baked hot croissants and the fresh seasonal fruits of the historic San Benedetto market, in the center of Cagliari, famous for the authenticity of its products. You will also get: yogurt, rusks, jams, honey, nutella, biscuits, muesli, corn flakes, fruit juice, fresh milk, cappuccino, chocolate and many varieties of tea and coffee. Each room has got a private table. An exclusive service up to a maximum of eight people.

Our 7-day stay was amazing, Laura is really helpful if you have questions about Sardinia she has an answer! She explained to us what to see and how to do it with a map provided by her. Breakfast is homemade, including pastries which were just delicious, lovely atmosphere, it feels like among friends. Every staff member is kind and positive. The room was nice with an amazing view and it was cleaned every day, which is amazing when you are trying to make the most of your stay on this paradise island. We are coming back soon!

Laura is a fantastic host. She is very attentive and explained things to do in the city upon arriving. Breakfast was amazing, Laura made traditional foods and had coffee and drinks available with additional food options. The room was very clean and comfortable with AC and a cute patio to lay out on. The location of this property is very close to the city center so it was convenient to walk to! We really enjoyed our stay at this property and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Cagliari!

Very nice little apartment in the center of Cagliari, very well located for the station, nicely furnished, good fixtures and fittings, towels a little scarce but enough for about 2 nights, quite closed in, it was very hot in Cagliari but the apartment was quite cold at night, I slept under the bedding with a t-shirt over my nightdress, but I would definitely recommend the services they offer, and would consider coming back again, the proprietor of the property is expert, very up to speed and very helpful, she has many solutions, next time I would like to try the b&b and not the apartment. Situation à 15 mn à pied du centre ville. Dans un immeuble au 8 éme étage (avec ascenseur !) Parking sur rue, pas de problème en juin. Chambre design mais un peu petite, salle de bain minuscule type mobil home. Propre et calme. Petit déjeuner moyen (ni pain ni charcuterie) sur une belle terrasse au 9 ème.

Dear Claude, thank you for taking the time to write this review. I also thank you for writing about the location of "A View on Cagliari", a short walk to the pedestrian old city centre. For your stay you booked the green room. We have 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom, 2 of which with a large bathroom and a panoramic terrace (the red and the blue ones), 1 with a large king bed, a window and a small but complete bathroom (the green room) and finally a small double room with a large bathroom and a small balcony (the lilac room). The Italian breakfast is served on a panoramic terrace on the ninth floor (which in winter is heated and closed with windows) and we serve fresh local products, such as croissants, typical Cagliari pizza, cakes, jams, nutella, fruit, yogurt, various types of coffee, tea and juices for drinking. I hope to have you as my guests again. Kind regards, Laura.

During a heatwave of at least 35-40°, the well air-conditioned, clean, surprisingly quiet, and nicely decorated room was like an oasis. Furnishings, bathroom amenities, and cleanliness left nothing to be desired. We only wished for a better mattress. Also, the fellow residents were unfortunately inconsiderate upon their nightly return. The reception by Laura was very friendly, her service (taxi ordered) absolutely reliable.

Super clean, tidy, and very bright structure, with all the comforts! Laura, the owner, is kind, helpful, and very nice! Breakfast is available in the covered terrace of the structure, very good. Perhaps a bit limited in choice, but it's fine like that! We will definitely come back because it's in the center of Cagliari, very easy to reach.

Excellent, the property is spacious, clean, and meticulously maintained with a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy a great breakfast. For a few euros per day, you can park your car in a garage just a few meters from the property. The building is located just minutes from the center, very close to the San Benedetto market and the Lyric Theatre, the location is excellent. We had the pleasure of meeting Laura, an exceptional person, very kind and helpful, she gave us valuable advice on how to visit the city and restaurants with an excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Great location, just outside the chaotic historic center, within walking distance, beautiful view from the 8th floor. Owner very helpful in giving advice and directions, breakfast superbly prepared by the owner! Definitely recommended.

The kindness and professionalism of the host Laura. The room is comfortable and the bed very comfortable, well cared for in detail and very clean. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace on the ninth floor with a spectacular view of the city. The location of the property is strategic in a quiet area, close to shopping streets, the historic center and well served by public transport. I also had the opportunity to experience the electric bike tours of ScopriCagliari Tour that host Laura offers to discover the beauties of Cagliari. Highly recommended.

Il soggiorno è stato pienamente soddisfacente: ottima la struttura e, per i miei scopi, ottima la posizione, l'accoglienza e la colazione. Se devo trovare un difetto, riguarda l'arredo bagno: manca la possibilità di appendere gli asciugamani separatamente.

Ottima ospitalità, ottima pulizia delle camere e della biancheria. Grande luminosità delle stanze. Bellissimo panorama che si può godere sia dalla camera che dall’attico dove si fa colazione. Complimenti a Laura, gentilissima, sempre disponibile e pronta a venire in contro alle richieste degli ospiti. Buona la collocazione vicino a via di grande comunicazione con negozi, ristoranti locali e collegamenti di mezzi pubblici. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Professionalità, disponibilità e squisita oltre che spontanea cordialità e cortesia. Bellissima e pulitissima stanza, dotata di tutti i confort necessari durante una vacanza. Bellissima terrazza dove fare colazione e prendere il sole, con un panorama mozzafiato. In futuro non avrò dubbi su dove prenotare.

La posizione è perfetta perché permette di andare a piedi nei quartieri storici, è possibile parcheggiare in strada e dispone anche di posti auto privati. Stanze nuove, accoglienti e ben curate. E soprattutto, c'è il riscaldamento, una vera rarità a Cagliari, dove spesso nei B&B d'inverno si soffre il freddo. Proprietaria gentilissima. Molto bella la terrazza panoramica al nono piano per la colazione da cui si vede anche il mare. Lo consiglio a tutti ci tornerò di sicuro.

Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile anche a preparare una colazione abbondante senza lattosio per mia figlia che è intollerante. La vista è stupenda e le camere sono nuovissime, molto accoglienti e fornite di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Struttura nuovissima nel centro di Cagliari. Molto comodo il parcheggio coperto nelle vicinanze. Laura gestisce il bed and breakfast con competenza professionalità e dedizione. Consiglio il giro in bici elettrica da lei organizzato alla scoperta dei fenicotteri nel parco del Molentargius.

Abbiamo anche un garage chiuso perfetto per custodire al sicuro la propria moto o bicicletta. Ti sono anche grata per aver consigliato i nostri tour in bici elettrica che organizziamo a Cagliari nel Parco di Molentargius con gli splendidi fenicotteri rosa, nella spiaggia del Poetto, lungo il Golfo di Cagliari e nei quattro quartieri storici della città. Ogni itinerario include accompagnatore e audioguide in diverse lingue. I tour sono ideali per tutti perché abbiamo e-bike di diverse dimensioni e seggiolini per bambini. Esperienza indimenticabile in un bellissimo B&B in pieno centro nella meravigliosa città di Cagliari. Struttura moderna, luminosa e accogliente. Ottima colazione in una terrazza panoramica con vista mare. Ogni confort. Parcheggio privato al modico prezzo di 8 euro al giorno. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci ritornerò presto.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi nel conoscere questo B&B dove abbiamo trovato ogni tipo di comfort, letti comodi, armadio funzionale con cassaforte, frigo in camera (con acqua in omaggio), macchinetta per tè o caffè inclusa, svariati cuscini, prese a portata di telefoni e un bellissimo balconcino con un ottimo affaccio, richiuso da finestre che chiudono perfettamente. Ovviamente tv, condizionatore etc e chi più ne ha più ne metta, non ho trovato nulla che potesse mancare. Le camere sono molto curate nei dettagli e arredate in modo molto gradevole, i bagni ottimi, ricchi di appoggi ed estremamente puliti (addirittura vasca idromassaggio). C'è persino la possibilità di affacciarsi su un parcheggio per tener sott'occhio la propria macchina. La colazione merita anch'essa una lode, si effettua in una terrazza carinissima, ed è abbondante e ricercata. Inoltre abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Laura, la proprietaria, persona eccezionalmente in gamba e simpaticissima, nonché cordiale. Nei periodi di bel tempo può consigliarti anche diversi servizi quali bike sharing e tour. La posizione è centrale rispetto a Cagliari ed il prezzo è onesto per la miriade di vantaggi della struttura. Qualora riuscirò a tornare a Cagliari, non ho dubbi su dove vorrò alloggiare nuovamente! Consigliatissimo.
