The iconic "pizzette sfoglia Cagliaritane", freshly baked croissants, and seasonal fresh fruit come directly from the San Benedetto Market, renowned for its high-quality products. Completing this feast are creamy yogurt, honey, jams, biscuits, crunchy cereals, fruit juices, and a wide selection of teas and coffee, along with cappuccino, hot chocolate, and fresh milk. Each room has its own private table, allowing guests to enjoy this moment in complete relaxation, with the city at their feet and the horizon fading into the blue. Laura was a great host. She helped very well for places to see around, some tips and tricks about eating options. Also she has been always accessible via whatsapp all the time. It's a great advantage that she lives also in the same building. Our room was small but very clean. So overall we had a good experience in the town.

Our 7-day stay was amazing, Laura is really helpful if you have questions about Sardinia she has an answer! She explained to us what to see and how to do it with a map provided by her. Breakfast is homemade, including pastries which were just delicious, lovely atmosphere, it feels like among friends. Every staff member is kind and positive. The room was nice with an amazing view and it was cleaned every day, which is amazing when you are trying to make the most of your stay on this paradise island. We are coming back soon!

Laura is a fantastic host. She is very attentive and explained things to do in the city upon arriving. Breakfast was amazing, Laura made traditional foods and had coffee and drinks available with additional food options. The room was very clean and comfortable with AC and a cute patio to lay out on. The location of this property is very close to the city center so it was convenient to walk to! We really enjoyed our stay at this property and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Cagliari!

Structure located in a great position, we were welcomed by Mrs. Laura, very kind. The room is very beautiful, cozy, and very clean. Also, there is the possibility of having covered parking for cars or motorcycles.

Super clean, tidy, and very bright structure, with all the comforts! Laura, the owner, is kind, helpful, and very nice! Breakfast is available in the covered terrace of the structure, very good. Perhaps a bit limited in choice, but it's fine like that! We will definitely come back because it's in the center of Cagliari, very easy to reach.

Excellent, the property is spacious, clean, and meticulously maintained with a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy a great breakfast. For a few euros per day, you can park your car in a garage just a few meters from the property. The building is located just minutes from the center, very close to the San Benedetto market and the Lyric Theatre, the location is excellent. We had the pleasure of meeting Laura, an exceptional person, very kind and helpful, she gave us valuable advice on how to visit the city and restaurants with an excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Great location, just outside the chaotic historic center, within walking distance, beautiful view from the 8th floor. Owner very helpful in giving advice and directions, breakfast superbly prepared by the owner! Definitely recommended.

The kindness and professionalism of the host Laura. The room is comfortable and the bed very comfortable, well cared for in detail and very clean. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace on the ninth floor with a spectacular view of the city. The location of the property is strategic in a quiet area, close to shopping streets, the historic center and well served by public transport. I also had the opportunity to experience the electric bike tours of ScopriCagliari Tour that host Laura offers to discover the beauties of Cagliari. Highly recommended.

The stay was fully satisfying: excellent structure and, for my purposes, excellent location, reception, and breakfast. If I have to find a flaw, it concerns the bathroom furniture: the possibility of hanging towels separately is missing.

Professionalism, availability, exquisite as well as spontaneous cordiality and courtesy. Beautiful and very clean room, equipped with all the necessary comforts during a vacation. The location is perfect as it allows you to walk to the historic neighborhoods, you can park on the street and it also has private parking spaces. New, cozy and well-kept rooms. And above all, there is heating, a real rarity in Cagliari, where often in winter in B&Bs you suffer from the cold. Very kind owner. The panoramic terrace on the ninth floor for breakfast is very beautiful, from which you can also see the sea. I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely come back.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. We had a great time, the owner was very helpful even in preparing a lactose-free breakfast for my daughter who is intolerant.\n\nThe view is stunning and the rooms are brand new, very cozy and equipped with everything. We will definitely come back!

Brand new facility in the center of Cagliari. Very convenient covered parking nearby. Laura manages the bed and breakfast with competence, professionalism, and dedication. I recommend the electric bike tour organized by her to discover the flamingos in Molentargius Park.

Abbiamo anche un garage chiuso perfetto per custodire al sicuro la propria moto o bicicletta. Ti sono anche grata per aver consigliato i nostri tour in bici elettrica che organizziamo a Cagliari nel Parco di Molentargius con gli splendidi fenicotteri rosa, nella spiaggia del Poetto, lungo il Golfo di Cagliari e nei quattro quartieri storici della città. Ogni itinerario include accompagnatore e audioguide in diverse lingue. I tour sono ideali per tutti perché abbiamo e-bike di diverse dimensioni e seggiolini per bambini. Unforgettable experience in a beautiful Bed and Breakfast right in the center of the wonderful city of Cagliari. Modern, bright, and welcoming structure. We were pleasantly surprised to discover this B&B where we found every kind of comfort, comfortable beds, functional wardrobe with safe, fridge in the room (with complimentary water), coffee/tea maker included, several pillows, phone chargers within reach, and a beautiful little balcony with a great view, enclosed by windows that close perfectly. Obviously TV, air conditioning, etc., and then some, I didn't find anything that could be missing. The rooms are very well taken care of in detail and furnished in a very pleasant way, excellent bathrooms, rich in amenities and extremely clean (even a whirlpool tub).\n\nThere's even the possibility to overlook a parking lot to keep an eye on your car.\n\nThe breakfast also deserves praise, it takes place on a lovely terrace, and is abundant and refined. We also had the pleasure of meeting Laura, the owner, an exceptionally smart and very friendly person, as well as cordial. In good weather periods, she can also recommend various services such as bike sharing and tours.\n\nThe location is central to Cagliari and the price is fair for the myriad of benefits of the structure.\n\nIf I manage to return to Cagliari, I have no doubts about where I will want to stay again! Highly recommended.
