There were some things that needed to be replaced or repaired (bed, water cooker and the air conditioning), but the shower is the best ever. There is coffee, tea and a snack, which is really nice. It's near a lot of great museums and the best of all is the cleaning lady. She did an amazing job and was very nice. She gets 11 points.
