Excellent establishment, very friendly welcome, attentive staff, complete breakfast. We recommend without reservation.

The positive aspects are: cleanliness, affordable price, and proximity to the highway for a convenient overnight stay. The negative aspects are: poor internal sound insulation, breakfast quality, and proximity to the highway causing noise.

Relatively new B&B (it should be about three years old). The furnishings are modern and comfortable, and the same goes for the bathroom. We stayed in cottage number 2 with a fantastic little terrace overlooking the whole property, including the pool. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. The common breakfast room is very well kept, it smells nice and offers many little things to use. In the morning there are also fresh croissants and biscuits which we appreciated. We spent two wonderful days enjoying the pool with our child. The spaces are adequate, there is no overcrowding, and the pools and slides are top-notch. We will definitely come back. Thanks to Angela and her husband, friendly and kind.

The rooms were recently renovated. They are spacious, with a large bathroom equipped with everything needed, and each has a comfortable furnished balcony. The cleanliness is impeccable, one of the aspects we appreciated most. Breakfast is also well organized: in addition to the sweet selection with croissants, fresh biscuits and packaged snacks, there is a savory option with ham, cheese and sliced bread to make toast. The pod coffee machine is always available to guests, a much-appreciated service. A major added value is definitely the pool, located just outside the property. Entrance is included for B&B guests and sunbeds and umbrellas are available. The pool areas are also very well maintained, with clean restrooms and convenient changing rooms on the lower level. The staff were always kind, helpful and attentive and the bar is also well stocked. If we were to give a small suggestion to make the stay truly outstanding, it would concern the mattress, which was not particularly comfortable and made sleeping a bit less relaxing than expected. With greater attention to this aspect, the experience would be truly perfect. Overall, it is a property we recommend without hesitation and where we would gladly return.

B&B located outside the town, surrounded by greenery and close to the motorway exit (but with the door closed you cannot hear the traffic). It is very convenient. Being outside the town, you need to take the car to go to shops, bars or restaurants. The room is suitable for two people and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful and varied; a section of the shared fridge is available. We had a good stay and if we returned to the area we would definitely stay here.

Close to the highway and therefore convenient. New rooms amid greenery. Generous breakfast with water, coffee and fruit available upon arrival. The host is very accommodating, even for an arrival at 10:00 p.m.

We had a great time. We will definitely return soon.

I had a great stay. The property is extremely clean and perfect. The room and the bathroom are modern and very nice. I recommend it to everyone. There is also a very large parking space. I will definitely come back.

Nice property, warm welcome, cleanliness and breakfast. The furnishings are top-notch. What else to say, everything was top-notch.

I recommend this property for its location near the highway and, despite the proximity, you can sleep soundly without being disturbed by road noise. Impeccably clean, good breakfast with a variety of choices, and a kind and helpful host.

Property well maintained and very clean. The only thing missing for breakfast was a savory option.

Great experience. New, clean room with a shared kitchen where you can use anything: water, coffee, tea, biscuits, etc. Friendly and welcoming staff. We will gladly return.

Just one night but everything was fine, the room and bathroom were recently renovated in excellent condition. The owner was very helpful. The pool bar for an aperitif is excellent. I was satisfied.

The owner is kind and helpful. We arrived in the dark and the first impression when parking the car was not very positive. However, upon entering the property, we reassessed everything. The rooms are very nice, clean, and well organized. The common room for breakfast is equipped with savory and sweet (pre-packaged) foods, the management of breakfast is self-service, a positive choice since we had to leave at 5:30 AM. The B&B is easy to reach, with a large free parking lot. I will definitely return.

Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Very kind and helpful. Breakfast offered at the top for a bed and breakfast. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night and two days. The owners, always very kind, welcomed every question and request with a smile and did everything to satisfy us. We arrived in the morning to enjoy the pool and the rooms were ready earlier than expected. The pool and rooms were very clean. In the morning, they provided us with not only all the packaged items available for the entire day, but also croissants and a tray of delicious cookies. The spaces are large and even when there were more people, it was still very comfortable. My daughter had a lot of fun and we will definitely return.

What can I say. Hospitality, availability, and friendliness from the managers are certainly not lacking. The structure is very well maintained and clean, and it has everything one could need. Regarding the water in the pools, I wanted to highlight something very important, which is that it is monitored and analyzed daily, something that unfortunately is not done in all water parks. That said, my wife and I will definitely return because we felt at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I take this opportunity to greet Mrs. Angela and her whole family who manage the San Lorenzo water park.

We had a good time. Great location for travelers. Very abundant breakfast. Relaxation and accessible pool supervised by lifeguards.

The B&B was a nice discovery. The room was very clean, with new furniture. There was a good selection of breakfast products, including the gluten-free option. The pools and outdoor spaces were very clean and well-maintained. All the staff and owners were extremely kind and helpful. Recommended.

Excellent facility, we had the need to accommodate some relatives and they were fully satisfied with the services received. Great availability in everything: parking, clean and perfectly tidy rooms, rich breakfast and friendliness from the managers. We highly recommend.

Structure near the highway and very convenient, internal parking with automatic gate that is closed at night, it can be opened with a special electronic key. The rooms are completely renovated with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Large balcony and air conditioning, television. All new. Abundant buffet breakfast with shared kitchen in the pre-entrance of the rooms. Possibility to access the bar below and the pool area. Recommended.

Newly opened B&B. Well-furnished and well-kept rooms. Good cleanliness. Good buffet breakfast. The owner is very helpful and friendly. For those staying in summer, there is the convenience of having a public pool available with a beautiful garden to relax and sunbathe. We chose this B&B because we needed to stay in Santhià to start the Oropa trail. In a few minutes by car, you arrive in the village.

I stayed here for just one night. They have 3 spacious and comfortable rooms. The owners are very kind and the breakfast is excellent, both sweet and savory, very available! Recommended!

Very clean and quiet. The host was friendly. The location near the highway is convenient but a bit away from the town center. Plenty of parking and a swimming pool in summer.
