Cinzia e Dario started this B&B in 2015 after they closed their tea shop in Orta. So they know exactly how to serve their customers and how to make a B&B feeling like home for their guests. The rooms are big and even with a child you have enough space. Every day your room is done and cleaned. The big cherry on the cake is the breakfast. To be honest I've never had a better breakfast in a B&B. Everything on the table is organic and locally produced. The coffee is genius, the fresh juice is amazing and Cinzia is serving a cake you will never forget. Both are always there to assist you or to bring you tea or coffee. They are just so kind and friendly and you really feel what a great couple and team they are. Dario speaks English fluently and gives you great recommends where to go and what to see as well as where to eat (e. g. La Genzianella, to be see in separate review). We made day trips to Lago di Mergozzo, The Borromean Islands, The Monte Falo and of course Isola San Giulio. It is better to arrive by car which you can park directly at the B&B. Otherwise you have to walk a bit or take a taxi up the hill. We highly recommend this outstanding accommodation with a stunning view and wish you good luck to get one of the 3 rooms. Our promise that you never want to leave again.

Dario and Ciara were charming hosts who welcomed us into their home. The room (Camera Dei Monelli) was not big, but certainly big enough, although I do think that the matress could be improved - we found ourselves rolling into the middle! The parking situation isn't great, especially with a big car, although Dario assured us that they were hoping to improve it this autumn (2018); however, when we had problems associated with this situation, Dario went out of his way to help us solve them, for which we were very grateful. Good recommendations from Ciara for restaurants & activities. If you want to visit Lake Maggiori, find out about the Maggiori Express. Breakfast was copious and delicious - especially the freshly squeezed fruit juice and home made cake. It was nice to share the table with the other guests and to have international discussions. The kitchen is available for guests' use during the day - interesting teas to sample, and more cake too! We hope to return sometime - possibly for the prog-rock festival, which we just missed out on!

Lovely property with extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Not right on the lake - a car is useful - but spectacular views, quiet and lovely setting. Breakfasts delicious and all locally sourced ingredients - only slight improvement would be an option for non-seeded bread as well but that would just be the icing on the cake! Having tea/coffee and homecake available all day was a really nice touch.

Excellent welcome, clean and modern room. A splendid view of Lake Orta. Breakfast is a real feast with good products. The places are quiet, only the birds disturb this silence.

I had a very pleasant stay at Lavanda e Rosmarino. I received a warm welcome and the room was bright and spacious, with a simple and elegant design. The view of Lake Orta was very beautiful and the terrace was very enjoyable.

We highly recommend this address. A very pleasant place (large well-furnished and well-decorated rooms), very attentive owners, a magnificent view of the lake, abundant breakfasts with very good products (choice of very good teas and herbal teas, homemade yogurts, unlimited fruits, etc.). And the best part: good music in the morning to start the day in a good mood!

We were warmly welcomed by the owner in a place with a splendid view of the lake. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast taken in the garden delicious with plenty of local products. Highly recommended!

Very kind and helpful hosts. The accommodation is clean and offers a beautiful view of Lake Orta. Good and plentiful breakfast. The only drawback is the bed, too soft and creaks. The access to the accommodation is a bit difficult to find and quite narrow. Parking spaces are sufficient.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und das Frühstück ein Traum. Milch, Käse, Joghurt, Marmelade usw Alles frisch von einem regionalem Bauernhof.

Das BB L&R ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir haben drei Nachte da verbracht und die Gastfreundschaft der Dario und Cintia sehr genossen. Bei dieser Ruhe, dem leckeren Kuchen der reizenden Gegend und nicht zuletzt dem schönen Wetter haben uns sehr erhohlt. Vielen Dank.

Great and friendly welcome. Comfortable rooms. In a great location. Excellent, varied and quality breakfast (everything, especially the homemade spelt bread and cheeses). 👏👏👏🌈.

Excellent structure, managed with great care by the owners. Beautiful to have breakfast or sip one of the many herbal teas at our disposal, admiring Lake Orta and the surrounding landscape. A place of peace and relaxation, where we felt at home, thanks also to the courtesy and friendliness of the owners. Definitely worth going back!

Located in a panoramic position with a lake view, the Bed & Breakfast is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is varied, good and plentiful. It is served indoors or outdoors, in the company of the hosts available for pleasant chats. It has a garden with tables and sun loungers.

The Lavanda e Rosmarino B&B is truly a treat. Beautiful location just a few minutes from Orta from which you can see both the lake and the mountains, from the room you can admire the lake and a truly relaxing panorama. Not very easy to find but the directions provided by the owners are very clear. The rooms are bright and spacious, clean and well furnished and have access to the garden with sun loungers for each room. Large bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. The breakfast is abundant and includes quality local products, both sweet and savory, yogurt and juices from local producers, fresh fruit. An extra treat is the possibility to use a kitchen with coffee and tea and very inviting herbal teas. The owners are very helpful, kind and professional, ready to provide any kind of information requested and suggest itineraries and special places to visit. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Brand new location with a stunning view. The hosts are two delightful people and welcomed us warmly. The room is exactly like in the photos and everything is spotless. Surely if we return to Lake Orta we will stay again in this wonderful B&B.

Che dire, spettacolare in tutti i sensi, solo un pochino difficoltoso da trovare, ma tutto molto bene.

Camere pulite e ben tenute, qualche problema di insonorizzazione si sentivano molti rumori dalla cucina e dalle altre stanze. Molto disponibili i gestori ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio, molto bella la vista sul lago.

Nuovissimo B&B situato in collina in bella posizione panoramica sul lago d'Orta, a pochi minuti dal centro di Orta San Giulio, in zona tranquilla e immerso nel verde, circondato da un bel giardino in cui fare colazione nelle giornate di bel tempo. Squisita accoglienza dei proprietari, così come squisita e abbondante la colazione, con ricchezza di prodotti locali. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Parcheggio privato. Sicuramente consigliato per chi visita questo bellissimo angolo della zona dei laghi prealpini.

Posto fantastico, gestori super disponibili per tutte le cose, è stato come sentirsi a casa, avendo un cane di 23 kg che si è sentita a casa anche lei, colazione buonissima con vista spettacolare.

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni di vacanza presso il B&B Lavanda e Rosmarino, la struttura è nuova, pulita e accogliente. Ogni camera si affaccia sul giardino (ottimo per i cani). Bellissima la vista sul lago e sul monte Rosa. Impeccabile la pulizia, i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Ottima la colazione con le squisite torte preparate da Cinzia.

È davvero difficile chiedere di più a un bed & breakfast. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, è stata veramente una toccata e fuga, ma ci è davvero rimasto nel cuore questo posticino. La posizione è ottima: siamo a Miasino, 2 Km circa sopra il borgo di Orta S. Giulio, in posizione privilegiata dato che c'è un panorama splendido con il lago, le colline e il Monte Rosa nelle giornate limpide. Non difficile da trovare (indicato anche da un cartello circa 100 metri prima della svolta a destra), attenzione all'ingresso che è un pò delicato con macchine grandi ma gestibile. Presente il parcheggio interno. Noi siamo stati accolti da Dario, simpaticissimo e gentilissimo (si era rimasti in contatto lungo la giornata perché il nostro orario d'arrivo ha subito un po' di variazioni causa impegni e traffico), che ci ha spiegato tutto e mostrato la nostra camera. La casa è davvero bella, moderna, accogliente e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera dei monelli, pulita, dotata di tutti i confort necessari e con bagno privato decisamente grande e pulitissimo. Si ha l'accesso diretto al giardino, la posizione è tale per cui la sera rimane in ombra e si respira davvero bene. Come dormire a casa sostanzialmente (il che è un complimento ovviamente). La colazione..beh, splendida. Pane fresco, burro e yogurt di produzione locale, marmellate artigianali, torte, spremuta, caffè e simili, presenza di tè/tisane/infusi, piccola parte salata.. il tutto servito in cucina con vista lago dalla vetrata e allietata dalle chiacchere con Dario e Cinzia, che abbiamo conosciuto la mattina. Gentilissimi nel lasciarci la camera sino a mezzogiorno circa, per permetterci di cambiarci per il pranzo prima di andare. Qualità/prezzo ottima, 60 euro e accettano bancomat/carte senza problemi. Ci è davvero spiaciuto fare solamente 1 notte, posto consigliatissimo e grazie ancora a Cinzia e Dario per l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni piacevolissimi al B&B Lavanda e rosmarino, tutto corrisponde perfettamente alle descrizioni. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la casa, con vista sul lago, e un giardino con sedie e tavolini, accessibili anche dalle camere; la camera, accogliente e pulitissima, con un letto comodissimo; la colazione, con ottimi prodotti artigianali, servita in cucina con grande elasticità di orari. A tutto questo si aggiunge la gentilezza, la simpatia e il profondo senso di ospitalità dei proprietari, Cinzia e Dario, che ci hanno dato consigli preziosi per visite e cene. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto Paola e Sergio.

Anche se abbiamo usufruito di un solo pernottamento, dobbiamo riconoscere: ospitalità, competenza e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Noi se decidessimo di rifare ancora un giro sul lago d'Orta, sicuramente torniamo al B&b Lavanda e Rosmarino, Nicoletta e Salvatore.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte, ma è stato tutto perfetto. Il gestore ci ha spiegato dettagliatamente come raggiungere la struttura, fornendo anche alcuni preziosi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. La struttura è molto pulita ed estremamente accogliente: tutto dai mobili ai libri esposti è curato nei minimi dettagli e fa sentire gli ospiti come a casa propria. La camera offre una vista sul lago assolutamente pazzesca e ha tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno confortevole e perfetto. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Siamo stati ospiti il 31 dicembre e siamo stati accolti da Dario il quale è stato molto ospitale, siamo stati benissimo. La stanza, calda e accogliente, è pulitissima con affascinante vista lago, la colazione è stata super! Grazie.

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi già dalla prenotazione, la camera era molto carina e pulita, soggiorno molto accogliente, bella visuale vista lago, colazione abbondante con prodotti a km 0. Ottimo.

Abbiamo approfittato del B&B day per soggiornare in questa struttura. La zona B&B è nuova, molto pulita e accogliente. La camera del funanbolo molto spaziosa e con vista. Colazione abbondante con prodotti locali e ottimi dolci! Inoltre nella zona cucina/colazione si può bere una tisana o un caffè anche in altri momenti della giornata (per noi ottimale un momento di relax visto il pomeriggio uggioso). I padroni di casa sono stati molto accoglienti, ospitali e ci hanno dato utili consigli, sia per visitare che per mangiare bene! B&B consigliatissimo per un weekend sul lago.

Posto davvero bellissimo, molto pulito, con una vista spettacolare e delle persone davvero accoglienti.

Location tranquilla e con un bel panorama sul lago. Due note negative: un cane del complesso vicino che abbaia a tutte le ore quando qualcuno si avvicina alla proprietà (erano le 3 e mezza di mattina) e sarebbe gradita una migliore insonorizzazione delle camere. Nel complesso comunque ok.

È una struttura ben disposta pulizia impeccabile posizione panoramicissima. I gestori sono meravigliosi ti offrono tutta la loro disponibilità e si prestano a tutto pur di farti sentire a tuo agio. La colazione è sublime con dei prodotti ottimo che i proprietari vanno a cercare direttamente dai produttori e le torte fatte in casa da Cinzia sono stupende, diciamo è una colazione a km zero. È stupendo rientrare la sera e trovare la torta in forno per la colazione della mattina che invade le stanze col suo profumo. Ci torneremo senza ombra di dubbio.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura con il mio fidanzato. Vista dalla stanza mozzafiato, direttamente sul lago e i monti circostanti. Stanze moderne, arredamenti ben curati, atmosfera molto familiare e tranquilla. La colazione ottima e abbondante, con prodotti artigianali e fatti in casa. Cinzia e Dario sanno consigliare su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare, sono discreti, gentili, disponibili e molto simpatici. Comodissimo per raggiungere Orta San Giulio (solo 5 minuti di macchina, o 20 minuti a piedi percorrendo un sentiero in mezzo alla natura), e per raggiungere il lago maggiore (30 minuti di macchina per arrivare a Stresa). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente consiglieremo il posto e ritorneremo.

Camere accoglienti e pulite, colazioni abbondanti e genuine, gestori molto simpatici e disponibili che fanno apprezzare il territorio.

B&B con vista sul lago, ero lì per una mini vacanza, ed è stato perfetto. Colazione buonissima e proprietari bravissimi e gentili. Consigliato.
