For us the location was wonderful, the room was comfortable although the accessibility of the bed was narrow. The breakfast was outstanding. The surroundings were very quiet and we had private parking.

The person was friendly in the first days, I would have preferred, for example, homemade jams. Also, I would have liked her not to make a distinction between being her friend or not because it is not professional. A lack of professionalism.

It was just a weekend in Turin to see a Juventus match. We traveled as a family with our three children and it was very convenient. The property is close to Rivoli metro station. Quiet neighborhood. Well-kept property, the room was spacious for the five of us. The hosts were very kind, they gave us good advice on how to get around and provided us with a very good breakfast. We will definitely return for our next trips to Turin. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything!

We are a family of 5 and stayed for three nights in this warm and caring managed facility. Let's start by saying that a parking spot in a private courtyard is included, with the possibility of parking the car in a garage, which is great for those who do not want to use their vehicle for getting around anymore. The subway is really close, and in 10 minutes you can comfortably reach the city center. Clean room with a double bed and three beds, private terrace overlooking a very quiet inner courtyard, air conditioning, and a newly renovated private bathroom. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, served in a room equipped with a small kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee machine always available. The hosts were truly exquisite, helpful, and affectionate. We were provided with a wealth of information about restaurants and bars in the area and/or in the city center, along with a map of Turin that was explained to us to best manage our vacation. Truly an excellent solution, if we were to return to Turin, we would not hesitate to book again in this B&B where you feel at home.

Family-run establishment managed with warmth and attention to detail. The owner is a delightful person, as is the generous sweet breakfast. Very clean room, cleaned every day, and a very convenient location in the center, with the subway a short distance away. The only downside is that the mattress is too soft for my taste.

A very pleasant stay, very friendly hosts who recommended excellent places to eat in the evening near the accommodation. Clean and well-maintained room, rich sweet breakfast with cakes, tarts, and brioches, juices, yogurt. Possibility to prepare a coffee, tea, or herbal tea for oneself in the kitchen whenever desired or to take a glass of water. Optimal location to visit Turin because it is 500 meters from the metro or tram that go directly to the city center.

Although the structure is a bit dated, the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The environment makes you feel like you are in a private home rather than a hotel. Rich breakfast, only sweet. Incredible value for money. Close to the metro in a quiet area. You can park the car in the courtyard. The Piedmontese kindness of the manager of the structure stands out as she tries in every way to make the customer feel at ease. Highly recommended.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Fulvia who, unable to accommodate us in the room we had booked due to a problem with the bathroom, found us another accommodation. On the day of our arrival, she welcomed us and accompanied us to the hotel. Not everyone would have done that. The next time I am in Turin, I will turn to her. Thank you again.

Fulvia and her family are excellent hosts, always kind and willing to accommodate every request: they are available and prompt in responding on chat. The property is vertically developed, on multiple levels: every space is rich in memories and past treasures. There are two breakfast rooms where you can access the tables and all the kitchen accessories, including microwave and coffee machine. I stayed in two different rooms: the attic is very bright thanks to the dormer windows that allow you to see the stars directly from the bed and it is equipped with a fabulous "xxl" shower. The room on the first floor, with a double bed, is equally comfortable. The breakfast is spectacular, with homemade cakes and pastry products: AMAZING! The location is very convenient: less than five minutes from the Fermi stop; the area is nice and quiet. What can I say? How much I miss waking up there!

We had a great time! The two owners are very kind and helpful. There were four of us and they put us in a room (with one double bed and two single beds for our daughters) that was very spacious and with a bathroom I think just renovated because everything was new. They also gave us the opportunity to park the car in their inner courtyard for the entire duration of our stay, even though there were free and available parking spaces on the street. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices with fresh cakes and brioches. Definitely worth going back!

The room is very clean and tidy, comfortable, elegantly furnished and clean. The bathroom is large and modern. The room is, in short, quiet and welcoming. The area is great for visiting Turin because in a 5-minute walk you reach the metro and in 15 minutes you are at the station, practically in the center. Very convenient parking in the private courtyard. I recommend it and it will be our B&B again next time.

We have just returned from the Immaculate Conception Bridge, we stayed here with 3 other families of friends. The structure has been recently renovated, the furnishings are new, modern, the cleanliness is excellent. The metro is reached with a 5-minute walk. Also excellent breakfast, with biscuits, brioches, cakes and, upon request, also cold cuts and cheeses. But what will remain in our hearts the most was the welcoming attitude of the owners, their extreme availability. Thank you very much and we will definitely come back!

Quiet neighborhood structure 5 minutes walk from the metro stop and several buses (necessary to move around as it is not very close to the center). The B&B is located on the ground floor of a small building in a residential street. Each room has its own renovated and spacious bathroom. We stayed with two children in our room and the space was adequate. The owner is polite and very helpful. The breakfast is traditional with fresh croissants and cookies. We appreciated the availability of fruit, juices, coffee, and water bottles always available during the stay. Parking space inside is available.

Cozy structure with few rooms in a quiet area 5 minutes from the metro stop with private parking so you can easily leave the car and move around the central areas by public transport. The managers are lovely and hospitable people. Excellent value for money.

Located in a quiet area, not very central but very well connected to the city center and train stations, thanks also to the proximity of the subway. Varied and plentiful breakfast. We were guests of Mrs. Fulvia at Easter. Well-furnished, clean, and fragrant apartment. Mrs. Fulvia was super kind to our 2 children especially to provide us with an excellent breakfast. Enrico always available to give us suggestions for visits to do and routes to follow. Excellent parking in the internal courtyard just a stone's throw from the subway. Just like at a friend's house. Thank you very much for all the attention you have given us. Now we have a base if we return to Turin.

Beautiful recently renovated Bed and Breakfast, convenient to public transportation, with private courtyard parking. Comfortable rooms, TV in the room, free Wi-Fi, independently heated and air-conditioned environments, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and everything you need, extremely clean environments, abundant breakfast with a wide selection and fantastic owners. Ms. Fulvia and her husband made us feel at home, too bad we stayed only one night.

I had a wonderful stay. Excellent cleanliness, and the overall environment was very welcoming. Spacious rooms with private bathroom and finally a shower of adequate size. Located in a quiet position near the metro station. Varied and very abundant breakfast. Fantastic the possibility to use an internal and closed garage, especially in my case as I was on a motorcycle! The owners are really kind and very helpful. In two words, highly recommended.

On the occasion of the first cycling Granfondo in Turin, we were looking for accommodation for 5 cyclists not far from the starting grid.\n\nOn the first attempt and without any doubt, we trusted this B&B which already over the phone, guaranteed a good reception.\n\nModern and spotlessly clean structure, spacious rooms with attached bathroom, bright room for the super breakfast.\n\nMr. Danilo and Fulvia welcomed us as if we were old friends, they made every effort to make our stay easy and comfortable. The location is excellent and served by means that take you in a moment to the city center, moreover all the useful information to plan the tour of Turin and surroundings.\n\nThis time it was a race that brought us here, but there will certainly be a next opportunity because there are a lot of interesting things to see nearby. What can I say, we recommend this place to everyone, easily reachable for those traveling by train and for those arriving by car, a convenient private parking is available.

What can I say? I had a great time. I felt pampered. Mrs. Fulvia and Mr. Danilo are very helpful and kind, generous with information to make the stay pleasant and peaceful. Abundant and good breakfast. They prepare a very fresh and delicious orange juice. You feel like home. The rooms are bright, quiet, and clean. Strategic position to move around with the metro, there is a stop 2 minutes away on foot. I will almost certainly return on the occasion of the next edition of the Book Fair.

B&B located in a quiet family building in a residential area equipped with every necessity (subway, supermarket, gas stations, etc.). My friend and I were greeted very kindly and immediately the apartment made a great impression on us: large common living room and quite spacious rooms with modern furnishings and sanitary facilities. Highly recommended for attention, courtesy, and cleanliness. The owners are truly helpful and friendly; given the family atmosphere, it almost feels like being at home. The structure is completely new, the rooms are very spacious and have an en suite bathroom. The breakfast room is very nice and the breakfast is really abundant, excellent croissants prepared by Mrs. Fulvia. The wifi system is very convenient, powerful, and free! It is worth mentioning the presence of a large private internal parking lot, very convenient for those arriving in Turin by car. The metro station is really a stone's throw away, very convenient for those who want to explore the city center without using the car. What else to say, I will definitely come back!

New and very nice structure, just outside the center in a very quiet area, but at the same time very convenient with a metro stop a few steps away or by taxi (10 euros for 4 people). I remember that parking lots are very expensive and if you don't know the city, the ZTL areas are practically all over the center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and with an excellent en suite bathroom, equipped with independent heating/air conditioning. Car parking available in the private courtyard. The owners are very kind and available for every need. I definitely recommend it.
