Guests love it because: in the city center, abundant breakfast, shopping area, the design of the property, charming property, near the station, very new, cheap, spectacular view.

La Pajassa is located in an Art Nouveau building built in the 1930. We are completing the renovation of the rooms, the garden; we also made a welcoming area for having breakfast or tasting good wine. We like to tell our guests about our roots and send them to discover places that are still not too well known. Much appreciated is our breakfast composed exclusively of local products. The Bed linen and towels smell like laundry. We have parking and private garden.

Our breakfast is simple and genuine. A basket with fresh bakery croissants, milk, fruit juice, and yogurt will be placed near your room. You can enjoy it peacefully in your room where you will find sugar, coffee, and tea. If you have any intolerances and you want to let us know, we will find substitute foods for you. Upon request, you can also have a savory breakfast. The breakfast is not included in the room rate, there is an additional cost of €7.50 per person per day.

Everything was just great! They helped me with everything I needed, very available every hour and day. They are simply lovely people, sociable and always fun to talk to! I would definitely like to come back to visit again.

Great location, just outside city centre, in quiet street with ample parking place. Owners very kind, and gave enough suggestions for restaurants. Would love to stay again, when in Alba.

Il proprietario davvero gentile e permissivo, siamo state per il Collisioni Festival e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Pulizia ottima.

Siamo stati letteralmente cacciati alle 10 di mattina, il giorno prima avevamo un concerto che è finito alle 01:30. Non ci aspettavamo un check-out così tempestivo, specialmente dato che siamo entrati il pomeriggio tardo del giorno prima e speso 80€ per una notte (più tassa di soggiorno di 3€). Prezzo esorbitante nonostante la casa fosse ok.

Accoglienza perfetta, grande disponibilità di Monja e Giovanni che ti fanno sentire a casa. Colazione abbondante e soprattutto genuina e casereccia (crostata di mele eccellente) preparata fresca ogni mattina. Camere spaziose e funzionali. Ottima esperienza. Monja e Giovanni veri padroni di casa sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra.

Buonasera, vorrei per prima dire che Alba è molto bella, ordinata, educata, pulita! Il B&B La Pajassa è in una zona della città perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro ma, nello stesso tempo, zona tranquilla senza rumori e con parcheggio. La camera è pulita, con arredamento moderno, non manca nulla. Molto soddisfatti sia io che mia moglie. Ringrazio i proprietari, cordiali saluti. Fulvio e Silvana.

Struttura confortevole e molto vicina al centro di Alba, i proprietari, Monia e Giovanni, si sono mostrati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Ho soggiornato al B&B La Pajassa per Pasqua 2018, due notti. Ho trovato la struttura per caso, e mi ha attratto il nome per motivi familiari. È stato facile trovare la struttura, l'accoglienza della proprietaria Monja è stata eccellente. Camera molto spaziosa con anche cucina. Luogo silenzioso. Stupefacente la colazione, vere coccole all'ospite. Consigli sulla zona, sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti molto puntuali e azzeccate. Insomma il voto finale è un 10 con Lode. Consiglio la struttura e la zona delle Langhe. Grazie a Monja e Giovanni per aver reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed i gestori sono due persone straordinarie gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi tua esigenza colazione ottima ed abbondante, lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno di tranquillità e lo stabile è vicinissimo al centro che ne vale la pena perché Alba è piena di vita complimenti.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti trovando il monolocale ampio, confortevole, dotato ampia sala da bagno e arredato con ottimo gusto. Gestori molto gentili e prodighi di consigli riguardo siti da visitare e ristoranti da provare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
