The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean and nothing is too much trouble for the owner. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return.

Amazing host: could not have been more responsive, kind or helpful, from booking through to departure. Care and attention to detail in every respect. Clean, homely, and well-prepared accommodation in a newly-renovated traditional building. Perfect combination of easy access by car, secure on-site parking, and instant pedestrian access to city centre. Breakfast is at a popular and very good local patisserie.

Great central location in Piedmont, right in the old town with many shopping opportunities. The town is quiet, charming and characterized by friendly residents, so you immediately feel welcome. From here you can also reach many beautiful villages and small towns in the region easily and quickly. The accommodation is super clean, secure and has a private enclosed parking space. It is furnished in a modern style while also featuring elegant, timeless furniture. The stylish paintings give the rooms a very special atmosphere and a lot of character. Another highlight is the beautiful garden, which invites you to relax and linger. The breakfast at an excellent café-bakery was a treat every morning. From the accommodation you can easily reach outlets (30 km), shops, restaurants, nature and rivers. By car the sea is also quickly reachable in about 45 km. From there you can visit various beaches and lovely coastal towns. Particularly practical is that in this B&B everything is available that you might need during your stay, from snacks and drinks to personal care products. I felt especially comfortable thanks to Michela, who is very friendly, warm and helpful. She is extremely hardworking and attentive and always made sure I had everything I needed. Michela thinks of every little detail that guests might need during their stay. I was warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The accommodation was even better than I expected. Charming accommodation in the middle of the city. Very lovingly furnished and a delightful host. She also gives very good restaurant tips. Each room has a private bathroom. The fact that it is not directly in the room did not bother us. The parking is at the house and is fenced. Breakfast is typically Italian: coffee and cornetto in a small café 50 m down the street. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back.

We stayed at this B&B for one night and were truly impressed. The property is a beautiful farmhouse tastefully restored, managing to combine the charm of tradition with modern comfort. Everything is extremely well cared for down to the smallest details and the cleanliness is impeccable. The room was very nice, cozy and well organized, while the bathroom, spacious and functional, was equipped with every comfort. We greatly appreciated the attentions given to guests: slippers, a sleep mask, a variety of toiletries, small bottles of water and a welcome kit in the room with coffee and some snacks. Small details that make you feel truly pampered and show the great care reserved for guests. A special commendation to the owner, always smiling, kind and helpful. Her hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. A property that we recommend without hesitation and where we would gladly return.

Very well-maintained property, renovated with taste and attention to detail. Quiet setting, a pedestrian passage that leads directly to the narrow historic street (the 'budello') and allows you to enjoy the city without needing your car. Excellent.

Everything was perfect, a beautiful historical residence renovated and equipped with technology in the center of Ovada. Michela is an excellent host, she welcomed us by allowing us to park inside the structure in the reserved parking space. She accompanied us to the room showing us the entire opening mechanism. The room was spotless, with a welcome kit (slippers, water, chips, kettle, etc.). The bathroom is not in the room but is always private. Equipped with all comforts and especially useful details all packed in single-use (cap, hair removal kit for men and women, makeup removal towel, cap, toothbrush, etc.). Super breakfast at a partner pastry shop! What can I say, everything was perfect!

Brand new facility, spacious, perfectly clean. Huge bathroom with a shower like in a 5-star hotel. I particularly appreciated the lady who waited for us outside for parking for check-in. I also really liked the double entrance: one on the street where you can access with the car and the other pedestrian, on the other side facing the town's street. Breakfast with a coupon at a bar near the facility was very good.

Thanks to Michela for her excellent welcome. We were able to relax in the large and beautiful room. La Dimora di B. Cairoli is ancient, beautiful, and cool. The structure, as explained by the owner Michela, is an old convent renovated in 2018, very beautiful with a garden in front and a porch to relax in the evening. Extremely clean facility, located in the center of Ovada, with very large and spacious rooms and internal parking. The bathroom outside the room (it is a door adjacent to the room itself) is large, equipped with a shower and bathtub. Despite being in a central street, the area is very quiet. Nearby there are many restaurants affiliated with the facility (10% discount), such as "La farinata", where you eat very well, spending just the right amount. The owner Michela is very friendly, very helpful, and we gladly exchanged a nice chat in which she explained the history of Benedetto Cairoli and the structure. Since we also had a bike, she even gave us the opportunity to put it in her personal garage, really kind! Breakfast is in a pastry shop adjacent to the structure (not a buffet). I recommend it!

Very nice room and spacious bathroom. It is just a pity that the bathrooms of the two rented rooms are located one behind the other.
