Very nice and charming b&b with a welcoming host. Very good breakfast. Good location between Lago Maggiore and Orta but a bit remote with a single access road uphill. Overall much recommended!

An exceptional haven of peace between lakes and mountains. We had a wonderful stay at Il Riccio. The property is ideally located off the beaten path, offering absolute tranquility and an extraordinary view between lake and mountain. It is a strategic and perfect base, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Lakes Orta, Mergozzo and Lake Maggiore. A huge thank you to our host, Martina, who guided us perfectly throughout our stay. Her French is impeccable, which made our exchanges particularly smooth, warm and helpful. Regarding the amenities, everything is designed for comfort: our room, tastefully furnished, offered a magnificent view that one never tires of. In the morning, the breakfast served is simply sumptuous, a real treat to start the day of exploration. Finally, the presence of a parking area is a very practical and appreciated asset in the region. A superb address that I recommend with my eyes closed!

Superb B&B, the place is very welcoming, very quiet, very well decorated and the whole accommodation is very clean. The location of the accommodation is very good, between Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. The breakfast is very plentiful, it was a treat. The host is very nice, it was a pleasure to chat with her.

Perfect stay. Martina is very friendly, kind and gives great advice about excursions to take. The breakfast is fabulous (eggs, fruit, toast) and very plentiful. The room is very clean and comfortable (no air conditioning but a fan + night airflow sufficient even in very hot weather). Exceptional location 20-30 minutes from Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore by car, many sites to visit in the area.

The accommodation is of excellent quality, set apart from tourist areas but close to three lakes. Martina is attentive and caring.

Breakfasts are incredibly abundant and delicious. The whole house is impeccably clean. But the biggest asset of this B&B is its owner, Martina, who is a very attentive, dynamic host and is always ready to give good advice on activities or visits to do in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Il Riccio and the hostess is great! The rooms are spacious and lovingly furnished. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.
