The accommodation is well located in Turin, close to its transportation and supermarkets, although the neighborhood may seem abandoned. The apartment was in good condition. It's on the 6th floor with a small elevator, great. For the kitchen, it's equipped with the bare minimum (we had to ask for the pot) and the fridge could use a little cleaning. The room overall is quite clean but nothing extraordinary, well equipped in terms of the bathroom (towels, shower gel and hairdryer). The place is fairly quiet at night although the insulation is not top-notch, it's still decent.

The place is nice. The room is spacious and everything is very clean. There is a bit of noise from the street from time to time, but it is not very disturbing. The only thing to keep in mind is that payment must be made in cash. Mehdi is very attentive, always willing to help.

Good location, very close to the Mercato Centrale, 30 minutes walk from Porta Nuova. Room and bathroom very well equipped, with gel, towels and hairdryer. The building and the apartment are very nice, with very beautiful views! Equipped kitchen, in the fridge you can take water or leave your products. Medi is very friendly. We 100% recommend this accommodation. We will definitely come back :) Remember that you only pay in cash.

The quality-price ratio is probably unbeatable, obviously with all the compromises involved. The area, contrary to what is read online, is quite quiet. The manager is available for clarifications; it is clear that he cares about the well-being of his guests. The only flaw, which is definitely excusable given the price, is the bathrooms, which, although private and inside each room, are really small. Furthermore, the shower closes with a curtain that, for some reason, does not stay in place! It seemed possessed. This caused inevitable water leakage during the shower. I would therefore recommend replacing the curtains with sliding doors or any other solution that seals the shower area hermetically from the bathroom. For the rest, everything is fine, excellent for a short tourist stay.

The location of this facility is really excellent! All the main places of interest can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes on foot. A few meters away is the Porta Palazzo stop, where tram 4 passes, useful for getting to Porta Nuova in a few minutes, and other very convenient buses to reach various points of the city. Mr. Medi is absolutely kind and available, a really very nice person! Recommended structure for the convenience and the services it offers.

Porta Palazzo is a necessary place to really know Turin, which is not made only of aristocratic buildings, but also of multiculturalism, markets, and clothes hanging on the balcony. The structure is in a strategic position. Less than 500 meters from the center. The person who welcomed us was cordial. Unfortunately, cleanliness is important even in bed and breakfasts, and all the environments are infested with cobwebs. The fans, present everywhere, have blades blackened with dust. There is a common area abandoned to itself. Refrigerator with a broken seal and it does not work well. Broken chairs with a table eaten by woodworm. Microwave dirty in every part internally with incrustations dating back years. Then there is the issue that the manager expects the customer to buy things when instead he should be the one to do it, such as oil, vinegar, salt, napkins, and so on. In every bed and breakfast I have been to, without breakfast offered, when needing something in the common areas, the manager has always offered to comply. Not to mention that the linen is washed and hung on-site with the aggravating circumstance that in case of rain it is not even collected. In short, a disaster. At this point, the price cannot be just for the position but should be lowered by at least 30%, given the lack of many services offered. And this is very disappointing. Therefore, my judgment is terrible.

Gentile ospite, dopo avervi trattati con molto riguardo e salutati con un forte sconto (60 euro a notte il prezzo super competitivo e poi ancora scontato per voi all'atto del pagamento), rimango allibito rispetto alla vostra valutazione e mi chiedo se il giudizio, del tutto arbitrario, che emerge sia dovuto al diniego di procurarvi olio e aceto in cucina. Il Cielo sopra Torino è un affittacamere e come tale non ha uso cucina e nel nostro caso non prevede servizio colazione. Proprio per questo non siete stati soddisfatti nella vostra richiesta. I mobili che arredano l'appartamento sono comprati al gran balon (mercato dell'antiquariato) e il quartiere è certo popolare ma non insicuro, c'è un grande bellissimo mercato, frequentato da persone di tutto il mondo. Ma voi considerate gli 'extracomunitari' gente poco sicura? Forse non siete abituati a viaggiare... Il Cielo sopra Torino lo pulisco io personalmente e quotidianamente con cura. Non mi pare possibile abbiate riscontrato un livello di trascuratezza tale quanto quello da voi segnalato. Inoltre avete goduto della camera più bella dell'affittacamere, con una splendida vista sul centro città e le montagne. Dispiace riscontrare come le valutazioni siano spesso utilizzate dagli ospiti in maniera non corretta. Medi.

This apartment is very close to the center, but also next to the central market which, if visited like us on a Saturday, creates a lot of chaos. Our room, as I believe the whole apartment, was clean but the photos do not convey the quality well. The owner, a very kind person, should invest in some nice furniture because they are really old and worn out.

Very convenient location, very quiet area, possibility to order from Glovo or other services, everything arrives at all hours. Then it is very close to the central market, the Cathedral, and various shops. The online photos do not do it justice, but the bathrooms are equipped with everything. Very comfortable beds, the place is equipped with a refrigerator. We were a group of 10 guys and it was very convenient both for the price and its location; all ten of us had a great time, we had no problems with anyone. I recommend it to groups or couples of guys who go around to see cities or museums.
