We were very pleased with the Ettore Manni B&B. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Andrea was very understanding after I messed up meeting time. Everything you could need for your stay was provided including coffee, some snacks, mini fridge. For being a B&B, it felt more like an apartment as it had a small seating area with sofa. We would stay here again.

Our stay at B&B Ettore Manni was very pleasant. It is an elegant "small apartment", very well cared for in its furnishings and details, very convenient to the historic center of Turin (reachable on foot). The cleanliness is impeccable and exceeds what is necessary. There is no kitchen, but there is a well-equipped small room with a coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. Mr. Andrea was very kind and discreet, available for all needs.

Elegant little apartment located in the city center just a few steps from Piazza Castello and all the main points of interest in the city. Welcoming and well-furnished, it features an elegant entrance, a functional breakfast area, a spacious bedroom, and finally a new and comfortable bathroom. Excellent value for money. I would definitely return.

The location of the property is excellent. The host is very kind and welcoming. Although we did not opt for the breakfast service, he made sure we found water in the fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine, tea bags, cookies, and cups, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom is clean and functional, with everything necessary. The bed is comfortable, sometimes a bit cold since there was no real duvet, but at night I did not particularly suffer from the cold. The room was well heated. The TV with Netflix and Prime service was available, but the Wi-Fi provided did not work for us; we managed to use it with the hotspot. For parking, there is a garage nearby for €30 per night. The only negative points are the teapot, which was left dirty by previous tenants, and the microwave that was dirty inside with tomato. Surely, these were oversight.

Perfect room, actually 3 rooms with two beds. Perfect structure, just missing the elevator but it's on the first floor. Great location, really close to the center. Refreshment area perfectly stocked with water, kettle, and snacks. Breakfast not served in the room but at a nearby bar, very cute and run by very kind people. The B&B manager is courteous but you need to consider a couple of things, which however do not detract from the structure. The first is that you need to provide the exact arrival time. We gave a 30-minute window and still had to call the manager and wait for him to arrive (3 minutes of waiting anyway). Maybe for you it's normal so it doesn't change anything for you but we are used to not arriving at an exact time. The second is that you can pay by bank transfer and cash, not credit card. Still issues a regular receipt, so no problem here either but obviously make sure you don't only have a card. None of these two things affect the experience anyway, it is a location that we highly recommend and would gladly return to.

My expectations about the Ettore Manni B&B were not disappointed, everything perfect! We had a small inconvenience the first evening, promptly solved the next day and they even granted us a late check-out until 16! I hope to return soon.

The structure is well positioned and very clean. There is everything you need and it has a small space for breakfast (where you can also find excellent products for a simple breakfast). The double bed, I imagine for a hygiene issue, has a waxed mattress cover and therefore sleep is not the best (it feels like sleeping on plastic). Unfortunately, as much as the fixtures are very nice, they are dated (as admitted by the owner himself) and the street the apartment overlooks is really noisy. Even the small entrance room where there is a single bed unfortunately suffers from the proximity to the condominium stairs (the entrance door does not soundproof) and we, perhaps unluckily, had very noisy neighbors during the night hours. Communication with the owner was not very smooth, neither at check-in nor at check-out but this is a subjective aspect. Small info that I didn't know (I don't know if because it's not written or because I didn't read well): there is no elevator and it is on the first floor of an old building, so those with mobility problems are not facilitated.

I highly recommend this property for attention to detail, nothing is missing (even a first aid kit and a diffuser for curly hair dryers), beautiful sheets, very comfortable bed and pillows, cleanliness, location. Available in the room for breakfast kettle, small fridge with water (excellent!), milk, juices, butter and jams and chocolates, toaster and coffee machine and all the necessary packaged. If you want to pay for breakfast separately, Tea and Roses is a pastry shop affiliated 50 meters away absolutely worth trying for the delicious cakes and the many types of tea (closed on Mondays). Andrea is a very attentive, punctual and caring host.

The room we reserved, equipped with a breakfast area and a small living room, is rich in cinematographic furnishings. Excellent quality of rest and general cleanliness of the premises; spacious shower, although lacking support surfaces for bathroom accessories. The Piedmontese hospitality and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant.
